Absolutely horrible service had a package supposibly delivered on the 19th which was not true they left no notice I rescheduled a redelivery they didn't attempt to redeliver I did this 3 times NOTHING I also filed two complaints against this post office . I finally called the post office directly twice on the same day and was told that and I quote " I don't have time to fuss with customers" and when I called the second time I was told to relax and change my tone. They would talk over me and tell me lies about how they attempted to redelivery and how my buzzer was broken which for a fact isn't true due to the fact that I was getting packages from various companies other than usps by BUZZING them in. It is now the 29th I went to the post office to pick up my package this grown women with pictales went to find my package came back 10 mins later saying that she needed a "key" and started gossiping with other employees until she asked me what my tracking number was,this one lady saw my frustration and kindly found my package within 5 mins ! I don't understand what's going on within this post office and who's hiring these nasty people but they need to get rid of everyone and start over no one here does their job other than the kind women to the best of their ability they don't care.something seriously needs to be done.

This post office is supposed to be open till 4pm. At 2:39 when i arrived, it turns out it WAS CLOSED. There was a sign at the door saying it was "CLOSING AT 2:40" But the male teller was still working on a client??? This is not the first time this happened. On a separate occasion he closed the place down at noon, the entire place was full. HE GAVE HIS KEYS TO A COSTUMER SO THEY CAN CLOSE THE DOOR AND ALSO LET THE COSTUMER INSIDE THE OFFICE AREA. HE CLAIMED HE WAS GOING ON A 2 HOUR BREAK!!! THIS IS A FEDERAL BUILDING AND WE WERE LOCKED IN FOR 30 MINUTES UNTIL HE WAS DONE WITH US. THERE WAS ALSO A CROWD TRYING TO GET IN. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS THIS OFFICE RUNS BUT THEIR NEED TO BE 2 TELLERS AT ALL TIME. I RUN A SMALL BUSINESS AND DEPEND ON THIS OFFICE, I VISIT AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK SOMETIMES TWO. I HAD TO WALK BACK HOME WITH A VERY LARGE PACKAGE IN THIS HEAT. I'M ANGRY AND EXTREMELY INCONVENIENCED. Please look into this matter and FIX IT.

The worst place ever .The woman at the window is disgustingly rude .She is very condisending & talks to customers like trash .She doesn't care at all , why because she never gets repremanded. She needs to be transferred or something .She always creates chaos.

It's almost like a nursing home, besides that there's almost always 1 worker on duty which makes service very long at times but he's been a very nice guy on all my experiences there. However can use some lighten up in the place, lights for instance

Can be crowded sometimes, but service is usually fair. The only real problem is that there's only one teller working, which makes the service slower and the lines longer. That's when it gets crowded.

Horrible costumer service !!!! I called and the guy was very rude also very bad on reschedule delivery I had to file a complaint for that I'd say this is the worst one in the Bronx never again !!!

Same thing happened to me. Package wasn't delivered. They didn't leave an info notice. I attempted a redeliver 3 more times and nothing. Now I have to go there and hope my package is there.

The worst po ever!!! Just went in to drop off package and the teller was so rude..lack of professionalism ..they lack training! If I hate your job so much quit!!!!

If I could it a 0 I would. Mail goes missing. Envelopes are opened when they look to see if it has cash even when it's wrapped in paper & foil. Rude.

Not reazon to way more than 2 hours to pick a package, most of the time only 1 person at the window looking for packages, the worst place ever

This post office is the most unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, lazy and uncooperative. Everyone who works in that building must be fired.

I go here all the time and have never had an issue, super convenient that this store is close to my home …
