The woman clerk who works there decided to deny my package because the box advertised a company (reused Glad Box). I was told “you must cover up the entire box” and that USPS doesn’t advertise for anyone else. (Meanwhile Amazon and other companies use USPS in mass production). When I asked for the postal regulation that backs that up, I was ignored and given my package back. The other clerk played “good cop” but he didn’t show me a regulation either. As a veteran who worked USPS overseas and stateside, I NEVER was taught to not accept a box that was reused from a company. This was also the same post office that didn’t accept a tv I was returning because “the box is too big.” Even though this post office is usually faster than the Conner Street one, it doesn’t excuse selective mail handling.

The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!

Small but fast & efficient. Way better than the larger post office. Rarely is there a crowd and when there is, the clerks seem to work at a pace to prevent a long wait. Always stocked with supplies. No complaints! …

Although this a small post office with one staff person, they are efficient and courteous. The larger post office nearby with 4 windows usually has only 2 people working. They are very slow and the line is usually long.

Super small but its so convenient and I always have a pleasant experience. They clean early so you just have to make it on time. But so much better than the larger post office near by

They don’t know how to read here apparently and will ship your package BACK to your own home. Nothing but birds working here I’m surprised they can speak English at this rate.

Best post office in the world so far. The 2 tellers are really nice and helpful. I go out of my way to go here because I know I will get great service.

I don't have a lot of problems here. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The lines can be long though, so be aware.
