Just recently one of my Amazon packages was delivered to the wrong address, had nothing to do with this post office since it was a Sunday delivery. Still, it was a USPS package so I went into the office and was helped by the gentleman in charge, I didn't get his name but he is the gentleman wearing the USMC lanyard with his ID, a shorter than most person and very polite and professional. He went to the house where the package was delivered personally and brought it to me personally, he went above and beyond and restored my faith in the US Postal Service. If every post office had a person like him I think we would be in great shape. Thank you again for making it right and more.

Today Feb 6, 2021/Saturday 11:45am a much more older lady like around her 50s or 60s ,gray hair, glasses that was working in the front with the computer was really helpful. When it was my turn while waiting in line ,she said sorry for the wait how can I help you ect.. She was very polite, professional. That's the only reason I give this location a 5 star. She made my day. I left in a good mood/happy.Hopefully other employees there at the usps provide good costumer service just like she did.

Not gonna lie, I really wanted to gatekeep this place, because this was absolutely a breath of fresh air. The best customer service and it was quick! Both men were nice and took their time to make sure that my mail was sent out to the right address and even confirmed each one with me. This is the the most competent, calming post office in SA.

This facility is a joke. I went yesterday to mail something that was going to NW Loop 410. The clerk (lady) asked me if I wanted to "overnight" it. REALLY? When I told her it was inner-city mail, she just shrugged her shoulders. Nothing but upsell here. No wonder the post office is going broke - hiring employees like this.

This postal station is horrible. Always a line, and the carriers are ALWAYS putting mail in the wrong boxes, and I always have missing packages and get other people's packages /mail. I have filed complaints, left missing package information with them and they never contact me back.

Package was supposed to come, The mailman was apparently looking for my address. Couldn’t find it so he put on the order that it was requested that I have it stored at my postal office. So now I have to pick it up If your gonna do something, do it right.

Staff is Always so helpful even when they are busy they smile and say thank you for your patience I don't understand the negative comments people are posting huh maybe YOU ALL are the rude ones

Having been employed by the USPS for over 15 yrs I gotta say getting great service is a rarity but I got some at this location as I was close by and needed items shipped off.

Always a great experience. Never had problems. Lines sometimes but caused by customers. They ring their bell for help after they take long with the same customer.

Nice friendly staff. They should give me a job there. I'm always interpretating.. But love my post office. Beats going 4 or 6 miles. Good service

I have only had great experiences at this post office. I use it when I'm in the Edgewood District. I only wish MY post office was as efficient.

Short lines if any and great staff. Small post office with many options and same services as any. Even have post office lock boxes on site.

The 50 old lady there always with her superior attitude. I just go there because it's the one close but I need to drive to the next one.

Everyone works the same hours they are open so how are we supposed to do business if they close when we get there? Even on Saturday
