Walked in to this Post office only to see a sign that read will be back at 2:00pm. Other customers walked in I asked how could this be and they said this is the Norm here. Could this be? I think this is unacceptable. If the doors are open there should be someone present, especially with the days that we’re living in. Especially With terrorism. It’s just an acceptable. It’s dangerous. By the way I got here at 1:20 it’s now 1:43 and still no one. This is a federal office not good

I was there yesterday and this post office had a sign on the door saying they will return @2:30pm. Since when does the post office close doors when they feel like it. It’s usually open from 8-4pm. This is unacceptable. Just made a complaint to management. I went again guys on Friday 11/15/2019 @1:04pm AGAIN closed same sign , Will return at 230pm. People were coming left & right no one was able to go inside. What’s going on here!!!!!

Why would a post office be closed from 1:00 to 2:30. I can an only get to the post office during my lunch break. This is the 3rd post office in the area that goes to lunch for an hour and a half with a paper sign in the window. Ne Bronx is the Worst run USPS I have ever seen. I use post office all over the Bronx and Nassau county. Unbelievable frustrating

So bad coworker. They could not scan my parcod for retaining package so they ask me to go to cvs to print a new paper with darker barcode. After many attempts ant wasting my time looking for a renter they finally accept to use the number that below the barcode instead of using the barcode it's self!!!! Why they didn't do that from the beginning!?

I was there yesterday at 9am. a worker on the passport window said they only serve the first15 customers. In order to be served we need to come at 7am to take our place in line in very rude manner. We left without being served. Very very disappointed.

Rude workers, they don't know their job , an Asian guy working there was very rude and it tock me 10 min to get the job done, bc he didn't know his job. Avoid it, someone there should take responsibility, I will use ups for next time.

Employees are always rude and the last time I walked in I gagged cause it smelled like hot garbage in there. I hate that this is my local post office.

Worse USPS Ever! They open and close the office whenever they feel like it and they have two of the most unprofessional workers you can ask for.

Never had a problem there you just have to know not to go between the hours of lunch time and off peak hours and it's ok
