This is the only Brooklyn Post Office I have ever enjoyed (am I saying that word?) going to. The staff is very nice, they keep the space clean and stocked with shipping materials, and there is never a long line. It feels like a small town Post Office. I finally have a Post Office I don’t hate going to.

This place is an absolute dump. As if the usps workers aren’t already sloths to begin with, be prepared to spend min 15-25 min in this hole in the wall. Shame on federal government and the system in general for this 3rd world country service they call usps. Understaffed and underfunded shame!

Went here after seeing how long the lines were at two park slope post offices. This location is super clean and new, much shorter lines, distance markers on the floor, the workers were efficient. I will be coming back to this location again the next time I have to mail something.

The rudest employees I have ever encountered. Everytime I go they’re rude. They lock the doors a few minutes before closing time and complain if you have more than two packages. They talk about other customers in front of you. USPS should honestly investigate this location.

They close somewhere around 4 every day, because "I need to take care of myself." I was refused service at 4:10 while inside, BEFORE they even put the sign up saying they were off for lunch & close immediately after that. It's pretty crazy

Despite what the website says when you book a passport appointment here, there is in fact NO photo service at this location. There is place down the street that takes passport photos but will not take baby photos. The UPS store in

I really recommend this place if you wanna get you passport. Just make your appointment, be on time and bring everything that they need. Also, Mister Kenny was a kind person and patient who helped me get my daughter's passport.

Pure laziness. Made up a request on my behalf to have my package to be held at their location for pickup, simply because the weather wasn't in an optimal condition. I hope UPS and FedEx replace USPS completely, nationwide.

This location has been closed for 2 weeks now with no notice on the door of why or when they plan to reopen. Its a whole neighborhood here being inconvenience with no way to ship packages.
