This place is just horrible! They should teach them all a lesson and close this place down. Either the workers are stealing the packages or they CANT READ. Cant get worse. This location is a joke. You always have to watch your tracking online cause they never leave packages even if it states to do so on the box, and the supervisor wont even come down to speak to you in person. Made over ten complaints and was promised a call back from supervisors never received one.

They take forever to help you out. There's only 1 or 2 people there. They're NOT reliable at all. We've been there a couple of times (different months, different situations) but they are not helpful at all. They will make you wait. They will tell you to call them back next day after 8am but it's just BS.
