Just went in to drop off a priority package and when I asked for a receipt, the woman said no and told me another location does, and then she doesn't even bother to scan it. No kindness, no respect, didn't say her name, seemed like she just wanted to continue the conversation she was having with her co workers, instead of WORKING.

Not that we expect the USPS to pay attention to the public and their needs but the woman at the front I believe katisha or whatever is by far the worst employee I’ve encountered with the USPS. That says a lot considering about 98% of your employees are trash. This woman is despicable and should be terminated immediately.

I wanted to drop off a priority package and they told me. I asked if I can get a receipt, the employee told me “we do not give tickets at this location” then when I asked if she could at least scan it in from of me, she said “we do not scan in this location”. When I asked why, she said “I just work here”. Unbelievable!

Horrible service. The personnel have no education, they have zero customer service skills. They are always watching their smart phones and when customers ask a question about shipping price, stamps, etc, the are rude and condescending. I wish the USPS would do something about this branch. It smells very nasty as well.

This is the worst location ever. The staff is lazy and arrogant. Each time I used to go there I eventually had to leave and do my business at a different location. I don't go there anymore because it's been nothing but a waste of time and energy. The only thing they're good at is taking extremely long lunch breaks.
