We asked them to hand cancel our wedding invitations here. We put a lot of effort into making the envelopes nice, and they assured us they would. They put them in the "no machine" bin. Every single one of our invitations went through a machine and ended up getting smashed and covered in black marks.

Best USPS location I've been to in Portland and any other city! I come here to ship packages on a daily basis and Rae and Shane are always super friendly and helpful. They're efficient and I never have to wait too long. Glad I live in this neighborhood!

Staff are friendly and accommodating! I was packing boxes in the lobby for 5 minutes after they closed and they still allowed me to send. Definitely appreciated not having to make an extra trip. Always great experiences at this location.

Never written a review for a post office before but the people that work here are always chipper and happy and their customer service is great. They have saved me money a couple times by their suggestions and just overall seem to care.

There is a post office closer to my house, but I prefer to use this branch whenever possible. The staff is much more pleasant here. It's worth going out of my way for the superior service.

I'm here multiple times a week at all times of day and there's never been an occasion where I've had to wait more than 10 minutes (and that was during the holiday rush!).

I went to 3 different places over 2 days trying to ship a large item safely. I received quotes of $80-$150+ via UPS and FedEx. Way to expensive if you ask me!!
