Horrible service - the 1 employee would not take the item that was trying to be shipped - we asked for a supervisor, which was a joke. The post office should know what they can and cannot be shipped. Further - train your employees to understand the rules and guidelines that the USPS has in place....embarrassing for this location to have ignorant employees and horrible supervision. You guys can do better.

They have interesting hours, so check before you go. But, for the reputation of post offices, this place rocks. It is small, and if you choose the same time as everyone else by chance, there can be a wait. Typically, there is one other person in there besides you. The staff seems to enjoy working there, and they are helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Especially about saving money.

I came in right when they opened with two giant bags of books I needed to ship home (in town for a conference). The worker helped me decide on the cheapest shipping option, put my box together for me, and even offered to make sure the tape was sufficient. He was super helpful, and this was one of my best USPS experiences ever.

I've been going to this location for 5+ years. The gentleman that works here is by far the nicest and most helpful post office employee I've ever encountered. Even during the holidays he is cheerful, helpful and efficient. There's usually never a line but when there is it goes quick.

I align with Millennial stereotypes in that I have no idea how to actually mail things (sad, I know)! The man who worked here was very kind, helped me buy a tracking number for my envelope, and didn't even laugh at me!

Kevin at the Butler Square post office is delightful! Always able to answer questions and his mannerisms are just so charming and confidence-inspiring. He's a bright spot in my day when I have occasion to visit.

Must have new staff lately. I was helped quickly and even told how to save money by switching boxes. He was helpful and friendly. Sadly, I don't expect that at post offices anymore, so this was refreshing.

Employees are usually nice. I Was there today and only one employee was there with a long line. Felt sorry for the employee, he was doing his best — people were not happy, several were quite irritated.

Kevin is really knowledgeable and friendly which lends to great customer service at this convenient office. Gets busy around lunch but hard to beat for its location and service.

Best post office I have ever been to! Great and efficient service. He always is able to answer my questions regarding international shipping. Will never go elsewhere again!

Eric really goes above and beyond for his customers. This is my favorite USPS store because of him. He is helpful and will answer any questions you have. 10/10!
