Line out the door, two clerks and a kiosk broken down for 3 weeks so I have to wait in the awful line. Consistently rude staff who takes delight in yelling at customers. The worst is the day I went in a 10 minutes to close to ship a Bible book via media mail. The woman snapped nastily, "What kind of book is it." I told her it was a Bible book and she defiantly declared those can't be shipped Media Mail, which was a flat out lie. I immediately drove it to Nora post office who correctly told me I could ship a Bible Media Mail. Then I called National customer service and they were outraged. I later went back to this branch to tell them I was able to ship a Bible media mail and they doubled down on their lie and were posturing to have me thrown out. The women at this branch are among the nastiest entitled government workers you will find in Indy. The only saving Grace for this post office was that I can go in after hours and use a kiosk for a quick package drop off, only now their kiosk is down and they literally don't care. Everyone I know who has to use this branch hates it. I write reviews for all the post offices I use and most are great. This one is bottom rung and should be completely restaffed with competent caring people.

2 weeks ago I made the mistake of going to this branch to apply for a passport. After waiting for an hour the lady that helped me was mumbling, clicking here tongue, and rolling her eyes. Along with most of the other front of house staff, the general concensus I gathered was that no one wanted to be there. I provided everything for the passport and selected expedited services for an upcharge. Everything seemed fine until yesterday when I received an email saying my picture would not work because it wasn't centered. I pulled out my folder where i keep my receipts and such, looked at where she cut the photo out of and to my horror found that it was crooked. I called post office and they were extremely rude and would not assist me. They said the photo issue was because I was posed incorrectly? False. Lady didn't even entertain the idea that maybe there was a mistake made on their end. Worst post office I've ever had to deal with. Long story short, staff are rude, unprofessional, and cannot admit there mistakes. Now i have to go pay for a new picture, postage, and pray that it is processed in time for my trip. If I could give zero stars I would, avoid that place like the plague.

I have been living at this new address for almost 3 months, and I have never ran into unprofessionalism like this through any postal office ever. When I first originally called about making sure mail was delivered, they explained to me that I didn't know how things worked and I wouldn't know how things worked unless I was a driver. Today, they didn't even bother to ring my doorbell to let me know there was a delivery and counted it as me not being available and set it up for a redelivery. You can't even ring a doorbell? Really? All you did was knock on a storm door? Really? Everyone knows that's not how you knock on the door anyway. You don't knock on the Storm door. You open the storm door and knock on the solid door. That's not even the issue here! I have a doorbell that they were too lazy to push and wait for me to come to the door. Unacceptable. I hate that this is the post office I'm stuck with for the next 10 months.

If I could give it a zero I would. Made an appointment for a passport and they lost the appointment. They said they had no appointment scheduled for that time. I argued that I did make an appointment using their exact instructions from the last time they turned me away and if they state that the appointment is open with no one scheduled then why couldn't they just see us. She claimed because appointment was 2:30 and now because of all the discussion it was 2:32, it wasn't enough time. The passport is for my son and trying to get both his parents their at the same time during their limited hours with both parents working weekends is almost impossible it will be another two months before we can try again and she still turned us away. There is no excuse for this extreme level of poor service. After having only used this post office my entire time in Indy I will NEVER set foot in this place again.

I wish I could give negative stars. If at all possible try not to do any business what so ever at or with this particular location. Unfortunately for me its the office that services both my home and my job area. I have had bad experiences on the phone, in person, with managers, clerks, and carriers. The level of professionalism is below the standards for the local McDonalds. Everyone has an attitude. I spoke with two different managers about a package that was not being delivered to my office with the note that I had moved and left no forwarding address. They both gave me bogus information and advice that I just "Watch out for the mail today" I have been in the office all morning and no package. I wish I could choose which post office to deal with because I would go further out of my way to avoid this place. Dont even go in to buy a stamp. Unorganized mess!

Carrier put in she delivered package to the front desk which in fact there is no front desk/reception/mail room and rental office was closed on that day. Now their saying she delivered it to a person who is at a different apartment than mine so she delivered a signature required package to the wrong apartment and when I called about it and spoke with a supervisor she was soooo rude and did not have time to answer any of questions and said they it was delivered and to check with my office and when I tried to her I already did she had to go. Every time I have to deal with post the workers are rude and mean. If don’t want to deal people and their misdelivered packages then find another place of employment. Supervisor closed my lost package request, carrier delivered my package to wrong apartment number and I’m paying for something I did not get

Lazy, dishonest, and rude would be the best description for the staff at this branch. One week after a single "dog incident" in which the carrier kicked and pepper-sprayed my 12 lb dog for enthusiastically approaching her, the carrier decided to stop delivering our mail. We were asked to submit a handwritten letter to the branch accepting responsibility for keeping our dog "restrained" in order to resume our mail delivery, which we did immediately. Now over a week After submitting the letter, our mail delivery has yet to resume. Therefore I have no choice but to go to the branch daily to pick up my mail at which time I am told that the issue has been resolved and my mail delivery will resume the next day. Except it never Does. Now I have no choice but to get an attorney involved.

Giving KUDOS to the staff @ The Bacon Station for their help with the customers on Wednesday April 23, 2015. I noticed there were 2 staff members pleasantly helping customers especially the one that helped me. Her name is Ms. Tate and I could not have aksed for better customer service. I needed to send 2 boxes to the Chicago area and I wanted the boxes there by Friday and with a signature required receipt. Of course I had not used the correct boxe on one of them and the mailing label was also wrong. Ms. Tate took the time to explain the box I needed for 2 day priority mail and assisted me with the correct mailing tools. She was very patient and just NICE. I appreciate this experience and hope that you will let her know that she is Appreciated. Thank you.

They have missed delivered my items l, from two different businesses, in the same day 10/12/23 saying they delivered to my front porch at 5:50. I came home at 6 and they were not there and left at 8:30. Also one of the packages had not been scanned as delivered on that day. Miraclesly, the next day it always it was delivered the previous day. I walked around knocking on doors to find my packages and nothing came up. I called, they said contacted the carrier because they did misdeliver it to a different address tracked by GPS. They said would call me back and didn't. NOW I am out of $180 dollars and have to figure out how I am going to get reimbursed and or get my items 1/2 I really needed. They do this all the time to my address and it is ridiculous.

  • Zach Baker

It's pretty bad. It seems like the carriers are given routes without being trained. My home carrier likes talk on the phone while she's sorting mail, which I'm sure doesn't improve her accuracy or efficiency. She prefers to open up every single box for the entire apartment complex at once and leave them open while she slowly delivers parcels. If you approach to check your mail while she has all 160 units open she will come at you with the most hostility and tell you to come back when she's done. Many important items have mysteriously disappeared in the care of Bacon Station. Unfortunately, USPS is the preferred carrier of banks and government services such as the DMV. If you have the option, use a private delivery service like FedEx.

  • Chris Garren

I had a letter that needed to be signed for delivery. We missed the delivery so it went here. The first visit they told us it was out for delivery, so we had missed it again. The second time, they said they would take our information and call us, which never happened. So after 3 days, we were given the same, "we'll take your information." After refusing that, and waiting 20 minutes to speak to a manager, we were told that they just didn't know where it was. After arguing for 5 minutes that they needed to go find it, it took 30 seconds to find it on the wrong shelf. Totally ridiculous and a waste of time. Awful customer service. A person shouldn't have to argue for an hour to get someone to look for a lost item.

  • Brandon Bennett

I received a "Sorry we missed you" notice that was marked as the first attempt. I did not have an opportunity to go get the package until nearly a month later, but I reasoned it must still be at the post office since I had never received a final notice slip. Turns out, they don't bother doing that, nor do they let you know the date that they will hold it until. When I asked an employee, she said she didn't know why they put those spots on the slip since they just don't do that. The lack of information is extremely unhelpful. On top of that, I have had my mail delivered to another apartment in my complex, and I have received mail destined for others. Again, there is apparently nothing to be done to fix this.

  • Estela Vargas

My package was delivered to the wrong house. The post office says they'll have the carrier retrieve it. Three days later, I haven't gotten my package. I call again, I'm told by the supervisor they would have the carrier try to retrieve it. I say, I've been told this already. Could you call me back to confirm. She says yes, she'll call me. Two days later, no package and no call back. I call again, I'm told they'll have the carrier try to retrieve it again. Since I don't have insurance on the package "there's nothing they can do despite the fact they acknowledge it's their fault". Fine but why can't they follow up with the carrier and call you back when they say they will? Ridiculous.

  • Heather Douglas

I agree with everyone else that if I could give zero stars I would! Almost every time I order a package online and it ships through USPS the mailman REFUSES to actually walk up 3 flights of stairs to deliver it even if it is a small package. Nope. He leaves it at the front office without even attempting to deliver is. There is ONE decent employee at this location who actually will deliver my mail but everyone else at this location is absolutely useless. It's the holiday season. People steal packages all the time. I don't want my packages left with anyone. In fact, I never authorized my front office to accept my packages anyhow, which clearly doesn't matter to USPS.

  • shai collier

Bacon branch really needs an overhaul. I've had two packages go missing/stolen because the courier doesn't do his job right. He marks packages as delivered well before they're delivered and leaves them out for everyone to see. Called to follow up about it and no resolution. Don't wait on them to call you back to follow up because they never do. I have lived in apartments the majority of my life and I have never had this many and these types of issues with USPS. I no longer have packages shipped to my apartment out of fear they'll go missing. Filing a claim is a joke as it just gets denied because they go off of the package indicating it was delivered.

  • barrett brown

Dishonesty is not appreciated, USPS. On two separate occasions my Amazon Prime deliveries (2 Day Shipping) that were routed through this USPS location were marked as "Delivered" in the online tracking on the second day (probably to meet a Service Level Agreement with Amazon) but the items did not arrive until the next day. This left me worrying for an entire day that my delivery had been stolen off of my doorstep and contemplating whether or not to report a theft. USPS is clearly lying to Amazon and its customers in order to increase margins by under staffing, under delivering, and reporting timely deliveries to its affiliates.

  • Josh Bland

**Update** After getting a hold of local management, I have had no issues with package delivery the last few months. Really turned things around, very pleased! Thank you and great job!** Original review: My local carrier cannot seem to deliver mail or packages with any sort of consistency. I live in apartments with my address clearly above the door. Sometimes I receive things, sometimes I do not. I have had many packages from Amazon show as "undeliverable" "customer moved" I have not moved in over 5 years! I've had packages delivered to me that do not belong to me. Anything I order that comes from FedEx or UPS is flawless.

  • Erin Kahre

Staff not particularly friendly over the phone. Was treated fairly poorly and told, 'I don't understand how it works' when calling to inquire about a package. Told me they had no date to provide me and I had to wait 'like everyone else' for my package. I completely understand the Pandemic and holiday have been crushing the USPS, but I was just seeking information that I thought the post office may have that I didn't. Instead I was treated poorly and by the end of the call had no information I didn't already have going into the call. Was just looking for some insight as I have items I'm legitimately worried about.

  • Brandon Pyle

There is always, ALWAYS something not working at this location. This is how a typical visit goes. Show up to a sign on the window specifying what's broken, usually, it's a mysterious "systems are down" sign. Try the self serve kiosk. Surprise, it's down. Go to the main area. Stand in line forever. Finally make it to the front. Get told they're only taking cash. Get told the printer is down so you'll have to fill out a form by hand and get back in line. Leave in anger while muttering "I hate this ****ing place." If there is a hell, it's modeled after this post office experience. I hate this ****ing place.

  • Abby Hall

I rush here after work to drop off a package that I already have a prepaid label for. Went and grabbed the tape they have sitting on the counter available to use, I needed 2 pieces of it to tape my label to my bag. The man behind the counter stops me and says I’m not allowed, and that I could either buy their tape for $2 to use or go home and use my own tape. Got some really kind people working here! I mean wow. You all are pathetic as it gets. I’m done going to this ghetto, run down post office. The 20 minute drive to the Castleton post office is 100% worth not having to deal with you awful people.

  • Candice

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this branch/delivery consistently gives me issues. I've had multiple packages marked as delivered (camera shows packages never made it) and the postal person (I think it is a substitute) who should have a key to my mailbox routinely BENDS the lid to shove mail in (even though I have been told repeatedly that they have a key). Filing a claim does nothing. I've done this multiple times with no follow up (they say it will be 48-2 hours). I live in an apartment, so I don't have a lot of options when it comes to delivery. This makes me feel helpless and hopeless.

  • Thomas Savidge

Employee asked if my package was fragile, which I said "Yes." I clicked "Yes" on that disclaimer stating that my package was fragile. Employee asked if I wanted insurance on the package and I said, "No thank you." Employee then took my fragile package and chucked it like a football. I said, "Oof. I guess I should have gotten the insurance." Employee looked confused and asked, "Would you like to add it?" Guess the joke was lost on this employee. I got a couple laughs from the folks in line behind me. Edit: The package arrived damaged. I did not add the shrink wrap, the Post Office did.

  • Glimmer & Gloss LLC

It’s very unfortunate that we have to rely on such an incompetent system to deliver our mail. And the audacity of the customer service representatives to be rude and unprofessional in their handling of issues as though we should not waste their time bringing it to their attention. At least once a week a neighbor has to bring me my mail, a package goes “lost in transit”, and/or I just do not receive my mail due to my route not having a dedicated carrier. There’s no need to highlight the importance of receiving my mail and packages not only as a small business but as an individual.

  • khristoma russell-white

The apartments that I lived in refused to give me a key when I moved in my apartment to my mail box. They kept giving me excuses to why they couldn't get it done and giving me fake keys. Well I called the post office to see what they could do about the situation because I received medicine and other important documents in the mail. The post office was so nice instead of charging me the normal $40 fee they fixed it for free since they had so many problems before dealing with my apartments getting mail boxes fixed. Thank you for caring and showing compassion.

  • Darren Boyd

We have had the same P.O. Box for 5-6 years. For some reason we are always getting other peoples mail in our box which makes me wonder if someone get our mail in their box. We are a business and several customers have sent payments that we never received or received 2-3 months later. Within the last year up to date we have several customers that mail was returned saying undeliverable not able to forward. The correct name and p.o. number was on the mail. Of course the Post Office can never tell you why this is happening.

  • Tierney McGuire

This is the worst post office I've ever been to. They never have enough people, the staff is due and is never helpful (save one very nice woman). I wanted to buy a roll of stamps and they couldn't run a credit card on one machine, and refused to run the card on another register. I couldn't purchase it because they refused to run it. I've tried to give them more chances, but I've only ONCE had someone be nice and helpful here. Don't even bother, I'd rather drive downtown to the main post office than 5 min to this one.

  • Patricia Howard

It's great for me to live in this particular area where Bacon Street Post Office takes care of my mail. If I go inside, the staff are courteous and attentative to each customer's needs. The mail carriers are at the top of their game. I still miss James sometimes; but Max has stepped up to the plate! I know this isn't his only route; but he makes sure that we get our mail each and every day rain or shine. Lately, we've had an awfully lot of rain...but here comes Max! What a tremendous asset he is to his profession

  • Aaron Reed

The Bacon Station Post Office has to be the slowest one in the city. They do offer passport services, but many time one one clerk to handle passports (which take 15 to 30 minutes each) so it slows everyone else down. This also has to be one of the busiest post offices in town, and still only 1 clerk working. They do bust thier humps, but there is too many people to handle. Management just stands around looking like some statues just to scamper off to the back when the line gets long never to be seen again.

  • Moiz Ahmed

On 2 visits, it's always the same lady that is slow and rude. Others seem OK but the lady that works the passport counter is insanely slow and rude. Even the people getting the passports before us had to wait for 2 hours even though they were on time. Looked at us like we were crazy for wanting to get an infant photo. So sorry we're not the experts on that, though to be honest she didn't seem like she was expert at anything. Avoid, go somewhere else. Maybe eventually they'll clean up their house.

  • Adee Cook

Worst Post Office I've ever encountered. Consistently missing/mis-delivered packages. Extremely poor customer service. ETA: A year later, nothing has changed. In five years, they have never gotten a hold mail request right. I always have to hunt down my mail afterwards -- I dread it. In fact, on the same day I called about locating my mail, a package with the wrong address on it was dropped at my porch. None of my held mail, just a package clearly meant for someone four streets over.

  • minecraft updates and show xase dimond play button

I was in line like everyone else and when I got to the female postal worker she asked me to step aside but didn’t tell me why… I guess it was because she was trying to get the line down, I thought it was first come first served I will also pressed for time this was a stop when I was on my way to work. Employee rude and No customer service skill. These jobs really need to train on customers service skills even though it should be common sense. I’ll try to never visit again

  • Nisey Robinson

Long long long lines they have tons of staff in the rear but no one comes out to help they may walk through look and go back in the back. I absolutely hate going on the weekend I just go to a check cashing place to get a money order. And very slow when handling customers. I would think with the volume of people that are lined up out the door they'd at least have enough counter people to handle it. I won't go back until after the holidays because my nerves can't take it

  • Elizabeth hoopninja “beth” Walsh

Omg it should not be this hard. I don't understand how.a post office can do such a bad job in every way possible. It has been like this here for years!! Not only that it's completely not kept up the posters even say they were to be taken down for the stamps over 7 months ago!! Unbelievable. I haven't had a permanent postal worker for 2 years my mail is delivered to wrong houses at least once a week I can't even file a complaint. This place should be shut down

  • Vinnie Manganello

My mail is delivered to the wrong address or goes missing on a semi-regular basis. I get mail for neighbors on a weekly basis. When something important doesn't show up I call and am just told "it was delivered," and have been hung up on during follow up questions. Our mail carrier talks on cell phone while delivering, this distraction might be part of the problem. Wish I knew how to get better service, mail is still an important part of my business.

  • N OLeary (Nikki)

Lost ANOTHER package! This package had a tracking number. The delivered to the wrong address. Of course someone must have kept the package. The company I bought from refuses to reimburse me! Many of my neighbors are having issues and have had for some time now. 3 lost or misdelivered packages in the last 6mos. that I know of just within my small condo community! No help from the local branch. Call and get put on hold until you give up!!!

  • Eric Tandy

Management is the worst they are scared of the employees and let their mail carriers do whatever they want I do not deal with them I have mail delivered at another address I've had too many issues with them I know I am not the only one if you make a complaint daebry will retaliate through a thousand dollar phone against my door destroyed the phone because I complained about them not bringing stuff to my apartment sad

  • Just Say Monique

THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!!! Customer service is trash. I get mail deliver after 9pm most days. Mail Is delivered to the wrong address. Now I haven’t received mail on a week because they say weather is bad when the streets has been cleared in over a week and it hasn’t snowed in a week. I can’t wait to move just so I don’t have to deal with this post office. Y’all playing with people mail and packages is NOT COOL!!

  • Andrea Sheafer

Very inconsistent policies and extremely rude. Constant lectures about what to do, wait in line to drop off, don't wait in line to drop off, I need an ID for pick up, I don't need an ID for pick up, leave prepaid boxes at empty counter, don't you dare leave a prepaid box at empty counter. Just pick a policy and stick with it and stop lecturing and being rude to people when they can't read your minds.

  • notta lackey

Grumpy, slow-moving crew with absolutely no pride in their work, coupled with a customer's always wrong attitude. Their attitude is summarized by the fact that , after 5 months, they still haven't moved the lobby clock up to daylight savings time (why? in 6 months it will fix itself). For 250 years the mail has gotten through despite hail and hurricanes, but it didn't survive affirmative action.

  • Kenny Courts

I've had so many issues without mail Carrier delivering my mil to the wrong address I was expecting an oversized Box with my address on it from the deliverer and it still made its way to the wrong address and the Post Office will not tell me what address they said to to Nor did they say they would contact the address So they can retrieve it I've never seen mail delivery in the past this badd

  • Deadpool Fan

Worst post office ever!!! Should of had a package there waiting for me since Tuesday! Was a one day delivery it is now Thursday and still no package. All I had was a note in my po box went to the front desk and they could not find it like seriously that is your one job to help out customers with their mail!! Never go to this place made the mistake myself in trusting them.

  • jimmy cricket

Priority box on the porch yet the carrier does not pick it up. Right under the mail box, no way one could miss it. I call the station and they say I need to request a pickup. I call the vendor that issued the return box and label and they say wow never had this issue suggesting I go ahead and make the request for the pick up. Pretty much figured that would be the outcome.

  • Andrew Hutchison

This PO has always teetered on the brink of disfunction, but I’m afraid we’re here. Self service kiosk has been down for over a month. Credit card payment option at the window has been down for over a week, however they won’t tell you this until everything is totaled and it’s time to pay. There should at least be a sign on the door. This place needs a major overhaul.

  • Taylor Darnell

Every time I buy something online, they act like they have to hand deliver it to me instead of just putting it in my personal mailbox, a bigger mailbox, or dropping it off at the front office. They have done this to me 3 times. This is ridiculous & extremely frustrating. This time they didn’t bother leaving me a slip so I’ll have to try and call in the morning.

  • Cathy Campbell

So an attempted delivery (that I paid extra to get on time!) is driving past my house in the rain while I'm standing at the front door??? This isn't the first time but usually it's on the truck the next day. I really wish the post offices only handled small little letters and NO PACKAGES but obviously that is too much for their brain to handle.

  • The J WAVE

I haven't received my mail in 3 days was told my mail would be delivered today 11/01/22. But once again nothing this postal office is lazy, rude , and unprofessional. I understand they are short of staff but if that's the case I asked if I could pick up my mail I was told that wasn't an option. Trust and believe on 11/02/22 I'm getting my mail.

  • Amanda Keller

This is the worst post office you could ever go to PO boxes are supposed to be available at 10 AM yes I am here at 12:37 PM in my PO Box is still not ready rude customer service and I really wish people would have more respect for themselves and their Place of employment it seems like nobody cares about anything here at this post office

  • Randy Weaver

Lost a package and a man over the phone went away beyond the call of duty. I spoke with a lady there the day before that did not care one bit! He kept looking and looking back and forth asking many questions. He was genuinely concerned. It was all over.a lost pair of costly jeans from Ireland. He found them!! Way to go!!! Thanks again!!

  • James Bommarito

I showed up on a Thursday afternoon with a big line that only was only going to get bigger, but the clerks moved things along smoothly and swimmingly. They delegated tasks and others came out from the back to help answer questions and move the line along. Easily my best USPS experience. Everyone was personable and professional. 10/10

  • Karl Cook

Phone number doesn't even work and the employee's don't want to do there job. I can't wait to move out of the area so I don't have to deal with the incompetence that goes on here as well as the mail that gets delivered.....not every day but 1....maybe..maybe 2 times a week....what a joke and waste of tax papers money.

  • Ally Bright

The staff was pretty nice. I got my passport renewed and it went well. I wish they had mentioned or that I had read to not fill out the form in blue. Make sure you read throughly! I didn’t wait too long and they seemed to nicely wait on other customers. They worked fast and efficiently. Regina was great and so nice!

  • Stephen Hastings

UPDATE (10/6/20): DELIVERY HAS IMPROVED DRAMATICALLY SINCE I MOVED OUR FENCE IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE FRONT PORCH IS ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT GOING INSIDE THE FENCE. ALSO HAVE A NEW REGULAR MAILMAN WHO IS DEPENDABLE AND LIKES DOGS (THOUGH HE DOES NOT HAVE TO ENTER THE YARD WHERE THE DOGS ARE, HE ENJOYS GREETING THEM, ETC).

  • Madi Alton

I will make an effort to go to come back here, I feel it's the best Broad Ripple location. The woman who helped me this morning was so friendly, and shared all the steps for doing a similar delivery method in the future. Thank you for taking the time to make sure my package was delivered!

  • Sally Janson

Would rate negative if I could. So rude! And they operate based on an analogue clock on the wall which is incorrect. I made a special trip there to mail a package and they wouldn't let me in even though my phone indicated Inwas clearly there before they closed. Just horrible!

  • Mark Walts

Package said it was delivered. Wasn’t in my mailbox. Called the bacon office and our delivery man came back and helped find it, had it in my hand within an hour of my call. The best postal service I have ever received. Needed it before I left town the next day. Thanks USPS!

  • Bill Schroeder

Line moves like a line at the Post Office. Not bad, don't go at peak hours like any govt. gig. Automated machine in the lobby is nice, accepts pretty big packages and is very reliable as of late. Avoid Robin at the counter. One continually disgruntled, angry employee.

  • Megan Spayd

Customer service is not great. I called to make a simple inquiry about my package and was interrupted every time I spoke. The employee was unfriendly and sounded as if she wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible, whether my question was answered or not.

  • Valerie Garrett

The mail is always a day behind. I have "USPS Informed Delivery" and I was supposed to get a "time sensitive" letter, today and of course...NO Delivery service today! Now, I'm forced to pay a fee, that could've been avoided, if I had gotten my mail, ON TIME!

Nicole was absolutely rude to my dad. His package is showing out for delivery still and has been for a week. He got nothing but attitude. I don’t know where your package is. I don’t know what to tell you. Well thanks for the image you put out.

  • Coral Mediger

The new drive up boxes, you need an extension on your arm to mail anything! Same goes for boxes in broadripple! Ridiculious! Had to drive to Nora to mail something! So I did not have to take off seatbelt, get out of car and put mail in box!

  • DeTonyea Dickson

Called up here to discuss my package delivery and was laughed at and immediately placed on hold. The gentleman on the phone did not introduce himself or inquire about my call when he answered, he just laughed and placed me on hold.

  • Brad Manzenberger

People lining up and no one at the counter. One employee came out to make sure everyone had a mask on. USPS is a joke where ever you go. 11-5-21 I’ve stopped in here for the last time. Absolutely rude employees. Total trash.

  • Kinomora

Do not go here for passports. I had my appointment time at noon and showed up 5 minutes early, after waiting in line for 20 minutes the lady at front lied to my face saying I was late to my appointment and had to reschedule.

  • Maire Kruppa

The staff at this location are so knowledgeable, and really do their best to help. Most of the negativity I've seen is from customers not listening to staff. I'm glad this is my local spot, even if it is usually crazy busy.

  • Eva Withers

I received noticed "Sorry We Missed You". In my apartment complex mailbox twice.another Each notice stated I was out of the home. Due to my disability and immobility I Know I was available to receive my package.

  • Ally Muterspaw

I've always had good customer service here, but I recently got my passport application photos at this location. The photograph was such a poor quality that my application got denied. I'd go somewhere else.

  • Marie Mitchell

Negative stars. The worst. I've had a package stuck there for days, and another package delivered to my neighbor's house. Mail is consistently late, missing, or mixed up with the neighbors.

  • Shelby Fletcher

I paid $54 for a package interception that was still delivered to a scammer. Now I’m out $324 , and I couldn’t be MORE UPSET ABOUT THIS. DO YOUR JOB RIGHT OR PICK ANOTHER JOB FOR GODS SAKE.

  • Caleb Franks

This location cancelled my passport application appointment 2 hours prior after I flew in to Indianapolis specifically to take my son for this appointment. Completely unacceptable.

  • Osha Anyá

Rude staff and been waiting for my mailbox key for 4months. When it got ready they called after they was closed to tell me it was ready for picked up and hung up in my face.

  • Maria Quintana

I am constantly getting someone's mail other than mine. It so frustrating I feel a mail carrier at least twice a week!! Makes me wonder how much mail I never see......

  • Zoey Heath

I went in there today trying to get a passport, and they were very rude I didn’t understand with they were saying and they refused to help me never go there!!

  • Mrs. Valentine

My mail is not delivered daily. Then the staff on the phone were so rude today. Get it together over there. This review would be zero stars if I could.

  • Larry Biech

We have mail slot on our door, plus I,have a sign saying put mail in slot not on porch.Again yesterday mail was left laying on my porch.

  • Sam Flood

I've had issues with mail delivery and horrible customer service at the branch. By far, my worst experience with the post office.

  • Claire W

Don't bother making an appointment for passport photos or to apply for a passport here. Staff do not honor appointments.

  • Mariah Howell

The slowest post office ever. They care nothing about your time. The short light skin lady with the glasses is rude.
