This is not a “United States Postal” office. It is a “Texas Post office”. I learned this when I was traveling from out of state and trying to send a small first class package internationally. Apparently because I didn’t have a Texas address I couldn’t mail the package. I felt embarrassed that I was in the wrong place. In all seriousness. In the guys defense... it was a difficult Danish address that he would have had to try and type in. My return address wasn’t easy either. The return address being in another state gave him a shaky escape route to not send the package because I wasn’t a TX resident. Anyway... long live the the Texas Postal Service!!!! #sarcasm

I usually don’t post reviews, but I felt this was necessary. I live in an apartment near this post office and ever since March, I have gotten no mail. I called my apartment front office and they said that the post office had stopped delivering mail or taking the time to put it in the mailboxes at the complex. When I went to the post office to retrieve my mail, they were rude and treated me like I was stupid. They told me the apartment had lost my mail and that they didn’t have it. No one would help me and so I still have not found any of my lost mail which included packages. If I could give zero stars I would.

Got there right after work when they were closing up. Used the kiosk to print a shipping label, paid and everything only to find out the machine was out of the printing paper. Employee basically just said too bad so sad. She had an out of order sign laying UPSIDE DOWN on the counter next to the machine. So now I am out the money to ship and can’t get it back. On top of that my package can’t be mailed today. I know USPS is a mess but I’ve never had an employee just straight up tell me I wasted my money and they wouldn’t help me.

AWFUL... no customer service whatsoever! I need to mail something and I prepare it at home. After standing in line, I'm told that I need to complete one of THEIR forms and return to the end of the line. UPS takes my packages immediately without a line and without asking me to do their work for them. THIS IS WHY THE POST OFFICE IS FAILING!!

The most incompetent post office I have ever seen. They never have ANYTHING you need and the postal service workers are EXTREMELY rude. I waited 30+ minutes for her to tell me she could not help me. Save yourself time a frustration and drive to a different location. I imagine interviews to work here were just pulse checks.

Usually long lines with only one person working the counter. The staff is usually very rude, slow, and generally uninterested in providing any sort of assistance. Sometimes the place will be randomly closed for an hour and a half for lunch In the middle of the afternoon. Sometimes they don’t open up on time in the morning.

Whenever my item comes through this center, it never gets delivered. They are not interested in answering phone calls. And when they do, they will not do what you request them to do. When I told them to hold the item and I will come to pick it up, they still put it on the truck and didn't deliver it as expected.

The location is supposed to be open until 5 pm and it is closed at the moment with a handwritten sign on a blank paper stating that the location is closed for lunch until 3:30 pm. It is 2:15 pm right now, that's over an hour long lunch when the location is not supposed to be closed for lunch. This is absurd!

Whomever is running this place needs to be fired. They say items are undeliverable or state they deliver something or send packages back, because they are unable to get their asses out of their vehicles to walk when it is raining. Truly, the WORST PO in the nation. These guys are idiots.

I'm standing here at 3pm and the gates are closed with people inside. Then a lady comes out and kicks everyone out and says she has to take a break and there is no one to cover her. So she just closed it down and I had to carry my 75 lbs package with pre paid label out the door.

They change the status of you package to delivered and they haven't even come to the property! How can you do that? Why isnt it being delivered first? Then you call the Mockingbird location and you wait on the phone for forever and then the rep is rude!

Masterfully rude staff. It appears they actually go out of their way to minimize the amount of help offered, while maximizing the amount of attitude they give. It’s impressive to watch, almost like a scene from a movie or episode of Saturday Night Live.

This place is absolutely the worst. Very lazy workers I’ve been on hold for over an hour with them and I decide to go there store (while I’m on hold) and they have no customers and 2 of them were on the phones not doing anything. Absolutely terrible.

Would give zero stars if I could. I have tried 4 times in the last week between the hours of 9am and 5pm to send a package, closed every time. I’m not sure what they’re being paid to do, but apparently showing up is not in the role description here.

This is the worst post office in the city. Will lose your packages to the point of having to be paranoid every time you get a package because it will get lost. They will say it’s been delivered at front door or in mail box. It will not.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. Definitely do not recommend. they lost my package and customer service agents were not able to help or assist. no refund was issued. Extremely bad service - waste of time and money.

9:10 AM on Tuesday July 20th and the office is not open as it should be. Employee didn’t care they were not open on time. Need retraining on customer service. The lady was commenting she didn’t care and we had to wait….. really

Garbage… no employees at all in the front to help, they had a sign that said back in 15 minutes with the gate closed and never saw a single person the entire time I was there. If I could give negative stars I would.

Closed in the middle of the day! Went there at 2pm and there was a sign saying they were out for lunch would open at 4pm! Multiple people are returning because they are closed. Terrible hours! Terrible business!

I run an ebay store, ship 1000 items per year. Every time I drop mail at a box that is picked up by this location, very often mail will be lost or heavily delayed. I rarely have issues at other locations.

Tried to charge me for TAPE! When I went to grab the roll of tape on the prep counter, the guys said 'that's for priority'. It's no wonder this is a bankrupt 'business'.

They were understandably closed yesterday for 4th of july. But I just got here at 1:15pm and they have a sign up saying, "closed for lunch until 3pm."

They dont scan shipment to process them. They leave your mail sit at the post office for a week before shipping them. They are horrible
