Worst post office ever! Staffs at this location are not doing their work!! Dropped off 1-day express mail on Monday afternoon and it was guaranteed to be delivered next day to my lawyer, but it is now out for delivery as of Friday. They held my mail over 24 hrs at that location before they send it to regional facility. Now it is out for delivery, but tell me if any of law offices open on Friday after Thanksgiving!! This ridiculous delay is all because of this location! The document and payment are now delayed a week!!! 1 day express takes a week?? all because this post office held express mail too long!! Also few months ago, a mailman dispatched from this location literally skipped my home to deliver very important package which requires a signature. I was at home all day on the date that it was out for delivery, but all of sudden, tracking update says couldn't deliver because no one was home. Again, I was home all day and no one ever ring my door bell. I was very angry at that time. So I decided to catch the mailman hoping he is still in my subdivision. Couple minutes of driving around my neighborhood, I saw that lazy mailman putting mails in mail boxes of different block. I came up to him and ask him to give me the mail he skipped. I complained about how he could just skip the delivery and lie about reason he couldn't deliver the important mail. He never replied and never apologized. This post office is not doing their job!!

I wish I could leave NO stars for this post office. They continually mis-deliver my packages and then say that it is due to the label not having my correct apartment number. I have checked myself to make sure that I put in my correct address in at purchase and have even called the companies to verify that they shipped it correctly, and everything comes out correct on my end. The issue lies with the post office. I am livid as they seem very unwilling to help and are not at all apologetic for their mistakes. I am never shipping to my address again and am instead shipping to a friend's address as she lives in a different location and uses a separate post office. Sad that I have to do something so inconvenient just to make sure that my mails gets to me! Update: STILL the worst. Postman did not leave a notice for attempted delivery, then my package was sent back OVERSEAS because I had no clue it was even at the post office for pickup. Get it together.

I wish leaving no star was an option. My encounters with this office have been HORRID. I have never been treated so poorly. On top of a misdelivery of a package, it was delivered almost two weeks late. But to get to that point I was talked to extremely unprofessionally & even HUNG UP ON. I drove up there to resolve my lost package situation & they want me to speak to the the lady (her name is Lynn) who hung up on me!!! I asked for Rodney who is apparently the post master & he wouldn’t come out to speak to me. Fast forward to now.. I paid $40 for 2 day shipping. Go to track my package since it’s the end of the 2nd day & it says “forwarded” .... I have not forwarded my mail & the address on the shipping label was correct. I haven’t had one pleasant experience with this place. Coming from someone whose mother is a rural mail carrier, this office needs to clean house & hire people who will do their job & do it well.

Literally the worst USPS in the state. Never had a problem EVER until I came to this one in Nashville. My package was not delivered when it was supposed to be when I paid for them to deliver it. I was told to pick it up. Went in to pick it up they told me it was to be delivered even tho I don’t even think my mailbox is big enough for the package. EVERY employee was not doing their jobs and standing around. I asked to speak to the manager but apparently she’s too busy to do her job too. HORRIBLE. Literally just want my package. I also tried calling them before they closed yesterday to ask if it was in fact there. never got an answer. When I brought this to her attention she said “oh so you expect one person to answer the phone and help customers” is what she replied. Even tho there were 3 people standing around. Including her.

Not sure who the postmaster is now at this location but my property manager has been sending email's to a young lady there who she was told was the postmaster with no response. Our mail center continues to be vandalized and something needs to be done to fix it. I have been told by our property manager that in order for them to make it safe they have to coordinate with you all. We are irritated about the whole situation and the postmaster needs to contact our property manager immediately. Also to those that answer the phone there tell them it's ok to be nice to people especially when they are nice to you. Even if I am irritated about a situation I am very nice to people because I know first impressions mean a lot and the person on the other end did not create the issue.

On 3/24/20 I went to the 4112 Nolensville pike location to return a package. I observed the clerk go out of her way to assist a lady a few places in front of me when I was asked to go to the front of the line the whole tone and demeanor of the clerk changed. She was rude and disrespectful, she turned me and my package away because she could not provide me with a piece of tape. She stated I needed to purchase a roll of tape if I wanted to send my package. I asked to speak to the manager who stated she would speak to her and also told me she could not provide me with a piece of tape and if my items fell out of the box “then they fell out of the box”. I felt very disappointed with the interaction of these people. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I have never posted a review in my life but I am livid. My package was randomly delivered to this post office for the first time in 4 years of living here, and after driving an hour in Nashville traffic to get there, at 4pm, I waited in line for 20 minutes just to find out they close their “package pickup” window at 4:15pm. The horribly rude old woman told me the other people at the counter would refuse to get my package for me and I had to come back later. (???) This was not on their website and was written on a piece of paper that was taped to the wall. So my mother’s day gift will not be ready in time. Horrible old lady at the counter, horrible people working there.

One of the worst establishments I have ever dealt with. Paid a premium for 2 day delivery on a package, was not delivered due to the fact that the mailman was too lazy to deliver to the leasing office when I was told by customer service that the mailman should have done this. Was given the number to this post office where the package was being held, would not answer the phone after multiple calling attempts. Went to the post office and asked to speak with a supervisor, she would not even come out to talk to me. Completely unprofessional and a complete joke of a business, but then again it's run by the government, so I guess this should be expected.

The postal service sure isn't what it use to be .. The type of people they hire now are especially lazy ,and don't seem to have much common sense .. They need to do a massive rehire , it use to be a good paying quality job that only people with good work ethic would be hired for .. like really what has happened? Please Please fire your H.R. and get someone who will actually screen future employees before they hire them, it's like you all are hiring any Ole random that shows up .. Are the Pickens that slim?? Give some good folks a good job and let go of the madness you all calling the USPS these days . THANKS TAX PAYERS EVERYWHERE

Thanks to Ms. Woods and Mr. Lopez I received my package after eight days of waiting for a re-delivery. After a lot of calls, going through their process, the women who handles re-delivery during the day shift said she couldn't find it and I should "file a claim". That same evening I called again, Ms. Woods found it in less than 3 minutes. Wow!! What a difference in attitude. I cant say anything positive about the day shift employee or her manager! Thank you Mr. Lopez for going out of your way to re-deliver my package!! The five stars go to the two excellent employees' at this branch and any others who have a great work ethic.

I dropped off six packages to ship on Monday, 4/11/22. Of the six, four have been delivered, and two are missing. They were priority and when I look at tracking info, its just says that they are waiting to be received. I have gone to this location twice to try and get help, but on both occasions, the postal worker just shrugged and said "I don't know" without even asking for the tracking number. They couldn't care less about the lost packages. My customers are angry, valuable items are lost, and I paid a crazy amount to have the packages delivered. Shame on you USPS. This is the worst post office in the city by far.

I'm gonna throw in a positive review to cut some of the negativity. The mail boxes in my apartment complex got broken into so we have to pick up our mail from this location. They are clearly understaffed and doing the best the can. Every single time I come here there is a long line and all of the customers have a horrible attitude and are rude to the employees. I feel so bad for them so I try to be pleasant. I have had no issues with this location and if something of yours goes missing it's not the fault of the people at the front desk so please try to leave your attitudes in the parking lot!

  • Lauren K

Took a Priority package in that was pre-paid on a Tuesday before 11am, I was the only person in the waiting room when I dropped it off. They didn't even scan it in as accepted by the facility until Thursday at noon... Same issue has happened with other Priority and even Express packages I've dropped off at this location. Not to mention that every time I've had a package delivered to my address that says "Fragile" or "This side up" all over it, they slam dunk it at the door flipped upside down, genuinely every time. I'm moving to avoid this center's service, it really is that bad

If I could put 0 stars for this location I would. I’ve lived in middle Tennessee my whole life and I’ve never encountered Postal workers like at this location. They are rude in the retail part of this location as well as the delivery part. I can’t ever get my mail even thou informed delivery says I have mail coming that day. They absolutely refuse to answer the phone. Government work at its finest here. USPS needs to hire all new workers for Woodbine because obviously this sort of behavior comes down from what the location Postmaster allows!

  • Robert Sutherland

I recently had a package from overseas that got caught up in going to the wrong place, but Tim was excellent and fixed the situation for me as soon as it could be. So, why isn't my revised review now 5 stars? Because, the day after that one was fixed, they've sent a package of mine that was at the Annex in Nashville, that came from Washington state, for some reason to Ohio. This isn't the first time, it's one of many where packages were either at Woodbine or the Annex, and then oddly sent elsewhere, usually far away.

I was flooded out of my apartment and all of our mail was automatically held for pick up here. I see the same 2 workers, and both work very hard at their job! The last time I stopped in, there were a couple of guys that didn't speak english well and they phoned a friend and that person spoke with the guy behind the counter. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location, and the guy and gal I see working there do their level best to help! Thank you! :)

Worst postal branch that I have ever experience. This branch cost me $48.31 due to their inabilities of picking up my mail at the Regions Bank location of Old Hickory and Edmonson Pike hampering the processing my property tax in a timely manner through Davidson County Trustee office. I will make sure in the future to avoid anything that has anything to do with this Branch. So Sad, your lame, inept, and worthless. Thanks for creating debt for me.

I had a certified letter slip left on my door on 5/15 Carrier date 5/16 which is a Sunday no mail delivered on this day. On Monday I signed the slip. Carrier took the slip however left no certified letter. No mail at all was left. I made numerous attempts to contact LOCAL POST OFFICE all they are concerned with is a survey. Please have a Supervisor from the Nolensville & Harding place post office contact me regarding this major dilemma

Y'all know there's still a nationwide worker shortage right? Ease up on your postal workers, cashiers, waitresses and other service workers because most are doing the best they can with what they have been provided. This has been my post office for the last decade and I've had very few issues with them and although they may not be the friendliest, most are just as competent at their job as other USPS workers at other locations.

  • Dixon N sucH

I never have any issue with this Post Office. Very efficient, helpful and professional. Only once have I stood in line during lunch time on a weekday, which was typical as anyone tries to ship during their lunch hour. With the line moving quickly and additional help from the rear of the post office, I was out of their in now time. I appreciate the Nolensville Post Office and Keep up the GREAT WORK!

  • Mitchell Torrence

THANK YOU to Porsha for helping me today. I came in without labels, with the wrong labels put on my packages, and more... She patiently helped me get everything I needed squared away with a kind & compassionate attitude. Porsha is definitely the person you want helping you for any sort of customer service... Big props.

Hi all, long time taxpayer, first time commenter. We are always missing mail. They are really good at making sure you get the advertisement and scam mail. But your actual mail? Good luck! The best part is when you find outgoing mail in the yard. If anyone would like to start a Pidgeon service, let me know.

  • Jerrod

Went to drop off a package and got to the post office at 5:55… 5 minutes before close. The door was locked and the clerk refused to acknowledge me… Whats the point of having operational hours when you close 10-15 minutes before the COB? This is a federal building and should adhere to federal standards…

  • Chris Gulley

CLOSE DOWN THIS LOCATION NOW OR HIRE NEW STAFF. No one answers the phone but when you get there people are just talking like there’s no care in the world. A representative never provided me a receipt. When I go back to the location there is such a hassle to just get a receipt for my purchase.

  • Peet Slikker

I wasn't getting my packages - no delivery attempt, no note. The manager of this post office told me that they no longer will deliver packages to my apartment complex. We didn't get any warning . It's nice trying to get my packages without a car. Thanks very much, USPS.

  • Dezman Careathers

Came to the post office to pick up a very important package. Employees said the office is closed at 5:30 when Google clearly says 6. I could hear the employees in the back laughing. I should’ve known to expect this due to the location. No wonder it’s only a 1 star!!

  • Owen York

I used the premium forwarding service. After 7 weeks of not delivered mail, at least 8 hours of my time between the 800 number and the local office, a manager who seemed to care less if they were doing their jobs or not and was defensive in

Got an email from Amazon saying - Unfortunately, USPS ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again. You can contact USPS for more information

  • Toni Marcum

They regularly steal packages here. I learned the hard way. Don't take chances. Go somewhere else because they will claim there is nothing you can do.

Today was the first time in a long time I had to come to the post office in a long time. They have new employees that are awesome and very helpful!

Dropped off three prepaid packages six days ago. Only one has been shipped, no idea where the other two are. I tried calling but no answer.

I was in the post office for 5 minutes. Every customer in there demanded help. All three women were kind and patient.
