I have a complaint against your Kansas City Missouri location 7420 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO 64131. First of all the mailman left to bogus "Sorry I missed you" notices in my mailbox at the same time at that. That was a lie! I am still in covid mode and I have not left my home at all! He just threw a notice in the mailbox and kept it moving did not or anything! I called the location to speak to a supervisor that Friday and she had my letter in her possession meaning the delivery person did not have the intentions on delivering it Friday either! She assured me that the mail would be delivered to my address on Saturday! That letter never arrived! I called the local office today and spoke to a manager she put me on hold for 20 minutes and then another worker came to the phone and told me she was in a meeting and that she would take over the call. How unprofessional of the manager to take my call and then leave me on hold and she go to a meeting. Anyway the other person took down a tracking number put me on hold and after 10 minutes of waiting she hung me up! I called back at least 20 times trying to get somebody at that location and answer the phone. When she finally did she said she was waiting on the carrier to call her back and that she would get in contact with me today that has not happened! The manager that I spoke with her name was Miss Jackson the other person that I spoke to her name was Miss McCray that's if they gave me the right names! This location is very unprofessional the carrier is a liar and I still do not have my letter that I was promised to get on Saturday since the carrier refuse to deliver it Friday! This letter is time sensitive and there's no reason on God's green earth it should take all of this for me to get a letter that I'm entitled to someone needs to look at that location I see that the rating for that location is like a one that's pathetic! I want my letter ASAP

More than one time they have sent my package back because the "name did not match" what showed in my mailbox. Okay, all mailboxes do not have names, so how does that serve any relevance when the entire address and all other information is correct? Basically, I was told that I was not able to use a nickname when having things sent to me and it had to be my full government name. This is completely inaccurate, as I always have had things sent to me using my nickname, and I only have an issue depending on who the carrier is that day. They do not have hours for me to go get the package when it is convenient, so I have to call and wait on the line for an hour just for them to resend something that was already at my mailbox. They need to train the carriers better. I had two packages delivered from the same place using the same name, and the only difference was they would arrive in separate shipments. The one yesterday was delivered with no problem, but with a different carrier, the one today was sent back to the post office. Very silly. The workers complain about the younger generation stealing their jobs, but they are not doing what it takes to keep them. It is really inconvenient to put the customer through days of waiting due to their careless mishap. My boyfriend has continuously put "RTS" or Return to sender for the exact same mail that belongs to a person who has not lived there for 4 years. Why have they not been removed yet??

The ONLY reason I give this facility 2 stars is because I both live and work within blocks of each other. My mail lady at the office is Janice. If I could give that woman 10 stars I would. Can't say enough about how much she cares about real service. On her days off, I've had packages left outside in the rain and my mail gets delivered to everyone but, you know, me. I never see the carrier who delivers to my house. My main issue? Having to go inside the post office. The older man who hated everything about his job finally retired. Once Toni learns that her sell by date expired years ago, the place might have a chance. She's rude, condescending and after she's lectured me about where and how I stand or asked for identification documents for the 50th time (how can she not know who I am), she proceeds to lecture me that she doesn't like my attitude. Well honey, you get what you give and you ain't my mama, so I don't much care what you think about my attitude. It might improve if you'd treat me as one of the reasons you even have a job. But if I've learned anything, the fish stinks from the head. This is a management issue and nothing will change there until someone cares enough to see that the people in this minority community deserve better than this. If I have to do any business at a postal facility, I can be treated with respect by going to the Brookside branch.

Wellllll...you know what they say, if more than one person says the same thing, then it's probably true. Of course I would like to leave 0 stars, (by the way Google that should be an option). I've experienced clerks in-store with horrible attitudes to many times. I stood in line for 35 mins just to ask about obtaining a po box and change of address form, then another 14 mins just to get back to the clerk to return forms. Rude workers, lazy mail carriers, ( my route carrier literally drives around to every house to deliver mail). One day she was right next door to me,right next door ppl and I kid you not when i approached her about my mail...she said "Wait until i get there". Ok so she goes to her van, drive not even 10 feet and park, get out, walk up to my steps and hand me my mail. I almost caught a case because trust me it crossed my mind to just do the most. Another carrier on my route was nice enough to knock on my door to tell me he had my package on his truck but once it came time to deliver he drove down the street. I literally chased his truck to the next block, Me: "Hey what happend to my package?", "Carrier: "Oh damn i forgot tryna get back to smoke" really??? Theres so much more to tell, its unfortunate these are the people with entrust with our personal information and property.

This is by far the best post office in Kansas City, MO. I have interacted with several of the mail carriers and managers, many many times, and they're awesome. You will find cashiers at most post offices probably don't love their job on days when the line stretches to the door. They probably "don't love" their job even more when super impatient customers get to the front of the line but don't know what method of shipping they want to use and haven't filled out their address label yet (probably because the customer has been chatting on their phone the whole time). Oh, and let me guess - you don't fill out your deposit slips at the bank before you get to the window, either. Bye, Felicia. There are two types of people in this world, those who blame everyone in the system and those who just figure out the system. Don't want to wait in a long line? Figure out what shipping method you need and fill out the "to" and "from" fields on your mail while you're waiting so that you're ready to go when it's your turn. Better yet, print your dang label at the kiosk or online, at home, for free! Don't want to get a busy signal when there's only one phone line for about 40,000 residents? Try GOOGLING your question.

I keep going in circles handing the post office a huge stack of mail that does not belong to me. Do you think over 14 people live in this house with all different last names? I don't even get my own mail a majority of the time. I've had to cancel all my subscriptions because my packages never show up. I pay for them, they day "delivered" and they do not show up. That to me says someone is pocketing my belongings. Just went in on Monday and had a full conversation about this, even double-checked that I'm going to the right post office and ALL that mail has been shoved right back into my mailbox. I have 3 MONTHS of 14+ individuals mail that is not mine! Which for the first time actually got shoved way into my lockbox mailbox, so some of the massage got through. I also keep having to pass out my neighbor's mail because other than 14 other people who do not live here I get multiple addresses. I am having to be the Postman for my neighborhood, which I'm not being paid for. I understand the mail room is the one that sorts it, but just a flip through could save me so much time. I've been calling the post office and nobody's even answering, I would greatly appreciate if a supervisor could reply back.

Service is disgusting. Stand in line forever to mail a card. And get quizzed rudely mind you by the one lady who acts as if she owns the place . only one worker while the line goes out the door. I mailed a card with a money card inside for a sick child in St. Louis hospital priority mail. Meaning I paid 5 dollars for a simple get well card to get there early. Its a WEEK later its STILL not there!!! Thanks post office for leaving the child's mother without their money! Thanks for taking my kind gesture of raising money for her with me being. Further away as something I could do for them. Sign me as sending Fed EX for now. This place is the reason the postal 78th is not used as much UPDATE dec 9th STILL mail is lost STILL sitting somewhere probably sitting at post office since bank says money order was not cashed so um tell me why they cant look for it its alot of money in that mail just sitting somewhere its rather sad considering child is no longer sick but passed away and family needs it even more !!! I had to go get a frackin money loan to get this taken care of so I didnt owe everyone this money!!

Cannot begin to describe the incompetent ways of Julius Maddox, the supervisor of this particular branch of the USPS. Routinely kicked off of the clock by his own bosses for his gross neglect of his duties, and his forceful harassment of his employees, Julius Maddox has managed to make this specific branch of the USPS on of the lowest rated not just in the City, but the United States. Complaints to the office from customers are met with vanity, ferocious defensive language, and further idiocy, resulting in delayed, missing, and damaged mail on the regular. The management of this branch daily keeps their letter carriers out far past regular delivery hours, causing disruptions to their customers by delivering mail into the most wee hours of the night; all of which is wholely unnecessary and caused by the outright mismanagement of employees and resources by Branch Manager Julius Maddox. I sincerely pity every customer who must trust this branch, and it's indignant, incompetent manager, with their mail. Their mail is doomed.

If anything I have had no real problems with this post office the lady that works here has always with the extra mile to get another opinion on certain things and that I submitted all that I needed to do on my part and they gave me benefit out of the doubt that you have to be patient things actually went by faster than I thought I got my key to my mail box in no time flat and they have always kept me informed and up to date on certain things that I should have already been aware of so please discard all the nasty comments from some of the rude customers who are saying rude things about the rude people that work there if anything they have always been fair with me I am always nice the first time but when push comes to show you will supply and demand and that's why its called goods and services and as of now I would have to say that I am very pleased that this post office still remains here in the inner center.

The original clerk that helped me on Friday the 13th of November was very helpful, I was mailing my mother's Breathing treatment machine and she needed it right away. I paid $73.35 for it to be there the Next day... today is Monday the 16 the and she still doesn't have it! I went in to the post office and they basically told me to call the post office where I sent it! No refund! Is that our fault she didn't get it??? Yes! It is! I paid all of that money for overnight guaranteed delivery, and it says online the postal carrier couldn't get in, it is a secured building and I told the first clerk that. She stated all postal carrier' s have key's to get in. Now my mother has no breathing machine at 3:37 pm Monday, and I have to wait on the post office to call me back for the second time today which takes over an hour!!? What service and guarantee is this?!? Next time UPS or FedEx it is!!

  • Trevor Killion

Absolutely the worst! Deserves negative stars. Still waiting on keys to our mailbox 3 months after we filed the correct paperwork. So far it has been 4 weeks since we’ve gotten a single piece of mail since no one in this post office can either read or understand that since we don’t have keys, to not put our damn mail in the mailbox! I work 8-6 and can only come in on Saturdays and every time I get the same routine; No keys, talk to the manager, wait for 20-30 minutes, explain the situation once more, give me your number I’ll call later today to get your mail. No phone call, call back once a day throughout the week with no response repeat on Saturday! Simply ridiculous! How the hell would a non-government business expect to stay in business if they couldn’t perform their service for over a month in row!

  • Aida B

Our mailman is seriously the worst...WORST!!! We moved from Los Angeles to KC. You would expect we would say something negative about the mailman or mailwoman there in L.A.... NOPE!! Bless their hearts, they were sweet and personable. This thug that delivers on Forest is nasty, negative and mostly on his cell phone dropping profanity to whoever he is talking to. Hey, if you hate your job, go get another one please!!! Our mail gets delivered every 3 days, and when it comes, we have over 20 envelopes. My husband even made a joke when I told him "hey we should have the post office hold our mail since we are going to be away for 2 weeks" he said "why? he will only come twice while we are gone". So we didn't; sure enough when we got back he had stopped by twice (thanks to our Blink camera).

  • Brandy Johnson (#BfromKC)

No stamps & no money orders available. They stopped mail on my block because of someone elses dog. The mailman threw rocks at the dog, very unprofessional. We were advised that they would not contact Animal Control, instead us as neighbors had to contact Animal Control and we still have not gotten our mail resumed yet; and we may have to obtain PO Boxes because of this. I had ordered photos of my deceased brother-in-law and they told me they couldn't find them but they had them for a week! Everything in this place is a horrible mess oh, it's dirty things are broken and they barely ever have one person behind the window. Generally an unhappy experience when I have to stand in line for 20 minutes just to get my mail.

  • Celina Hawker

It has been 10 weeks since I submitted a request for a mailbox key. I have mail sitting in my mailbox and an Amazon order that I can’t get to. I went back to this post office last week to get an update and they didn’t have anything for me. All they said was “there’s one person responsible for all of South KC and they’re not good”. Somebody came up and took my phone number so they could connect with the carrier and figure out a way for me to get the mail that’s in my box but nobody’s contacted me. The most I can do is sit outside by the mailboxes and wait for the carrier to come but I have no idea when they drop off the mail. This is the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with USPS

  • Linda Coleman

Always unpleasant but this week's experience was an all time worst. Had to circle the parking lot a few times until someone left so I could get a spot. There were only 12 patrons inside besides me so what's up with a full lot? Three people were waiting to get packages from the back and were totally ignored. No standard forms were stocked in the public area so I stood in line for 25 minutes to get what I needed and was then treated rudely by the postal clerk. It was so hot in there that I was drenched in sweat after about 10 minutes. Lack of any cooling or air is always a problem in warm months. Would have given a lesser rating than 1 star but that isn't an option.

  • Spccky

The ladies working were EXTREMELY rude. we arrived exactly at 5pm which is when they close, however we only needed to pick up a package that wasn’t delivered to us. There was still one customer there, and they didn’t even seem like they were doing their job. They were having a good time with the customer, considering they were all laughing together. They didn’t even give us the chance to ask for what we needed, instead they said “we’re closed” right to our faces, when our package was right in front of us. When we left, we could overhear them laughing in the distance and mocking us. Never coming again, still haven’t even received my package. 0 stars

  • Pat Shimek

Took 9 MONTHS to get our mailbox key. Requested for it multiple times. Every time we called to ask staff was rude and made us fill out ANOTHER request form. At one point I called and asked to speak to the post master & they told me they didn’t even know who that was. My key came in and they gave it out to someone that was neither me nor my wife. THEN when our key is finally ready And I go to get it they have none of my mail at the post office and the lady working said “don’t let it happen again or it will take longer to get another one” as if it’s our fault we didn’t have one to begin with.

  • Steve Nguyen

I had a package that was delivered to a different address (I can see why because there's an exact address a block away from Terrace instead of Street). I made a call to the Troost location after hours and Chris picked up the phone. I can't say anything more for the service he did for me! The automated system is a nightmare, if your tracking ID is not all numbers, but he handled everything professionally and I couldn't be more satisfied. USPS hasn't lost my packages, and mistakes happen. I was upset at first, but I quickly realize how much he cared and wanted to help. 100% satisfaction

  • Emily King

If I could leave negative stars I would. Our postal worker never does things correctly. They falsify deliveries by scanning a package in, marking it as 'delivered' and then doesn't actually bring the physical package until days later. They falsify reasons as to why a package couldn't be delivered. The latest was 'animal interference'. My husband was home with our dog who: wasn't outside, wasn't barking, and wasn't anywhere near the CLOSED door. Our postal worker will also mark packages as 'attempted delivery' WITHOUT knocking or ringing the doorbell. Unbelievable.

  • Celeste Forrest

There was 25 min wait, I had to stand in line for a very long time. I am pregnant and it got very uncomfortable. I proceeded to get yelled at for leaning against the window sill (again, I am experiencing bloating and lower back pain and needed some support after standing in line for 20 min) I then get treated very rudely at the window. The lady being sarcastic to me when I asked for stamps. She treated me like I was a child. I felt very patronized. I will not be back for sure, I’d rather drive farther away if it means I can be treated with dignity and courtesy.

  • Greg Neaderhiser

I believe that this is The worst Post Office in the whole country. There's all there's always a bunch of people in the back talking and laughing but never anyone in the front to help the customers you will go in there and see them standing there at the window and they will not help you when they do help you it's a whole attitude they saw whole production. I'm not sure where the supervisors are and if they know the dishes how their store or their business is being ran but it's ridiculous and it's sad because there's nobody in there but black people

  • Milton Harris

Reluctantly the worst post office I've ever been to. Highly recommend getting a P.O. box at another location not once have I walked away satisfied or with a clear answer. I remember this post office as a child and being excited to go in to have letter delivered as an adult relying on them to get my postage I am utterly disappointed. An attempt to do better is not a thought in the minds of this location, it is what it is. I expect more and upon talking to other in the cummunity they do as well. This is a community pillar...do better.

  • Madeline Sammons

I never leave reviews for places, but this is quite possibly the worst place I’ve ever been to. I have waited, and am still waiting, two months for mailbox keys. I have filled out four hold forms because they lose every one I have filled out and even though the postman has told me my mail is at the office, they can never find it. I spend at least 45 minutes here just to get awful customer service and never actually get what I came for. There are a couple employees who do try to help, but other than that this establishment is a joke.

  • The Oculist

This branch has lost at least 3 packages now that have never come back to me, and 3 more that got "lost", but came back to me weeks later. They ALWAYS deliver mail to the wrong addresses here in my neighborhood of Harrison Street. They have also damaged a few things too. When I've gone there to try and get a package that they "lost", I always meet with very rude individuals who try to tell me my mail isn't there. All in all, they are literally the worst post office in town, and I HIGHLY recommend UPS or another delivery alternative.

  • Katie Gamble

I wouldn't even give one star if i didnt have to I recieved a disconnect notice two weeks after being shut off and turned back on a day later. Mail barely ever comes and when it does its days/weeks worth all at once. Right now I'm waiting on a paycard that was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days and here wer are on day 6 still haven't even recived anything no junk mail unpaid hospital bills nothing at all when i called she said i was last on the route so i should expect it in a couple hours 5 hours later still nothing.

  • Joseph Huth

The mailman walks through my flowerbeds everyday. Today I politely said "excuse me" so I could ask him not to do that. He completely ignored me. After I said excuse me about 3 more times he said "I don't have time to talk to you." When I said "please don't walk through my flower beds." He completely ignored me. I asked "Okay?" several times and he continued to ignore me. When I said I could always call the post office and report him he yelled "Okay." This was at 1:00 on Thursday, March 31. I have photos of him on my phone.

  • Love Jae Vixen

11/04/19 Update: they never put out notices when they tried to deliver anything. Worst postal office ever! 5/10/19 Update: what's the point in having a hold mail request option if they're just going to try to deliver your stuff ANYWAY! 10/10/18 1st post: They only have one person at the window even though they're not underhanded. They need chairs for us to sit since there is only one person. And with all the bad reviews for this branch, you'd think usps would go down here and do a thorough inspection

  • Antwaun Blewett

Who do you contact who will do something? It’s more than just a extremely bad review. I want to know who to contact. This post office is terrible. The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE and they know they can be because they are not help accountable. I spoke to a manager which did absolutely nothing. How is this even possible. They know they are the only game in town and you have no other option to receive your mail so they can treat you and talk to you how ever they want to. This place is a disgrace.

  • Marquis Williams

Everyone working the front desk is rude was told to come back in four weeks to get my mailbox keys 4 weeks past and I went there and the lady was so rude because she felt like I shouldn't keep coming looking for my keys well if you tell someone 4 weeks and it's been more than that its not ok. Always yelling at people just all around rude this whole place needs to be re staffed and I know you guys don't read these reviews cause if you did that would have happened already.

  • johnny howard

Well I'm use to writing a negative comment about my Post Office in my neighborhood but times have changed. I can report that my mail has been coming regularly without days of disruption. My mail persons are courteous and dependable. I don't know how long this will last but I'm very satisfied with the service. Im a guy that will tell it like it is and right now my neighborhood Post Office is doing a fantastic job. I'm thankful to whoever solved my situation. Good Job!!!

  • Maxine McMullen

I have lived at my address for 13 year which is in the 64131 zip code. But now all of a sudden my mail is being returned saying not at this address, and I have been getting other peoples mail on the block, or several blocks over. But our mailboxes are in a group mail boxes. And I have called the number listed and it is Always busy. I work from 8-5, so I don't have a chance to come into the post office in person. So please tell me what am I suppose to do?

  • Faith Beaven

They lost a ring my husband got me for christmas. They were suppose to call me about it (after I drove there to ask about it and they couldn't find it even though tracking says its there) and never called. I've called several times with no answer. And then when they did finally pick up they put me directly on hold without letting me say a word. I'm still waiting on hold right now. Super dissapointed.

  • Hoodballer Gaming

Avoid at all cost...... THEY STEAL PEOPLES PACKAGES. Every time I have something sent to we that is high value it disappears. and they match fake delivery attempts. Do your self a favor and pay the extra money and send it fed ex or ups. FYI South Troost Post Office have have cameras all around my house.... I will be sending in videos to the Post Master Gen... I hope you all face Federal Charges.

  • Gabrielle Smith

The people that work here and the service they provide is so very bad. No one I speak to here is nice or helpful. I went here several times in a year to try and get my mail key but I never received it and they kept coming up with excuses as to why. I really wish I didn’t have to use this specific post office because all they do is cause stress and annoyance.

  • Ja M.

So, when you call USPS and this branch keeps closing our ticket without fixing the problem. How difficult is it to just send mail to a house? Closing the ticket and not doing anything is not solving the problem. Please send all mail that has been accumulating in your warehouse! I don't understand how people get paid so well and not do their jobs correctly.

  • Mr GG's Zero Money Down Realestate Structures

It was Great !!! I had a Box that needed to be Taped Badly that was in Horrible Condition and they Tapped it and Prepared it for Shipping with No Extra Cost since I had a Printed Shipping Label. So far the CURRENT Staff there was Polite and Not Evil and Rude. I hope they Hire more people like that to continue to run the inside Counter in the Afternoons.

  • Sangtawun Miller

Took over 6 months to get a key to your own mailbox and lost several packages (even with a tracking number). Most of the staff there were helpful (or at least tried to be), except for the one individual named Toni. She was rude, condescending, and flat-out refused to answer any questions. I was simply there to retrieve mail, not ask for a miracle.

  • Mandie Phipps

This office is so disorganized. They just closed at 2:45pm, when they are supposed to close at 5pm, and sent everyone in line away with no explanation. Update: returned and the staff was incredibly rude and could not assist me in figuring out where my mail is located. They also said that is would take 4-6 weeks to get my mailbox keys.

  • Michaela Clark

The post office it self is great. The people really seem to try. It's just the phone system that is less than stellar. I paid to have my package before the weekend. It still has not arrived. I just wanted to know if it would be delivered today. Had I known it would take the same time I wouldn't have paid extra for 2-3 day shipping

  • Eva Wang

0 stars is most suitable for here. I arrived here on November 29 last year and it was a lady at work. I filled in the address to change my business and home, but until now, I have never received any letter from the previous address to the new address. BUT Still mail to the past address! Such a poor service should be closed.

  • Madeline Chamberlain

I moved into my new apt in November. It’s now almost Feb and I still don’t have a key to my mailbox. I’m sad about that If you have an apt, dont even bother sending mail to your new address. Send it to work, a PO box, anything but to your own mailbox. Trust me it will save you so much heartache, missed bills, and nonsense

  • Angela Robinson

Just left a few minutes ago and the older woman working the front was very rude to everyone she helped. No one had any issues, it was just obvious she didn't want to be there and her attitude showed itwhich made it a sour experience. I hope their upper management sees this review and replaces her. Just no reason for it.

  • Tonita Cowans

I've been to this location just once. The line was to the first set of doors. The one and only cashier was good. She told it like it is, love her. During the busy hours, there must be two cashiers. And that way someone would be able to answer the in coming phone calls. You're abusing the one good cashier that you have.

  • Chelli F

Have not seen a mail person for two days. Haven't received any mail for two days Which was Friday and Saturday. Sunday I know no mail and Monday was a so call holiday President Day. I hope I get my mail Tuesday. No one received mailed on Friday and Saturday. Waiting on something very important please bring the mail.

  • malindsey3

Received notification my package was delivered. I never received it. I don’t have a theft problem on my block. Filled out form. No response. Received email asking did I get a response. Stated no, still no response. I knew better than to go to the location. Always long lines, one teller, and they never know anything.

  • Cheryl Kay

If I could give a negative number of stars, I sure would! I have never in my life waited in line at a post office at 3 PM for someone to return from LUNCH! Of course, they were to be back at 3 PM. It's now 3:15 PM and still no one is at the window! I'm not sure to whom I may complain, but WOW!

  • Marvette Bell

very poor customer service and the 1-800 is no help at all !! and most of my couriers do a horrible job. I run a small business and depend on your services. this is not the first time this has happened and I have file a complaint and nothing never seems to be done. This is very unacceptable.

  • Charles W

Unable to receive packages. It says “Out for Delivery” perpetually and after putting a hold on our mail, they’re unable to provide packages because the mailman has them?? Literally 6 or 7 packages that are weeks late with no indication of where they are or when they will be delivered

  • K QUINN

THIS IS SAD ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS FOR THE WORLD TO SEE,IT MIGHT BE TIME TO HIRE NEW PEOPLE, 6WEEKS 4 A MAILBox KEY IS PITIFUL ON TOP OF HAVING TO GO DOWN THERE ASKING FOR YOUR MAIL ONLYTO FIND OUT THEY SOMETIMES DONT EVEN CHECK IF U GOT MAIL,SMH That's a Dam sham in they black people

  • Vinith Kumar

I have been to this location around 8-10 times. Staff at this location are rude and they never help with any questions. The staff are not efficient at the front desk , very slow they take 3-4 mins to handle each customer. You have to wait atleast 20 to 30 mins to get your work done.

I never receive any packages I order or mail delivered to my house, having to come up to the office is an inconvenience in my day and sometimes the clerk isn’t the most professional, I’m not sure why mail oh isn’t being delivered but it’s an inconvenience for me and my community

  • Jay Daguy

Wish I could rate lower. You will never get ya mail. Mailbox keys are never made. It's only one girl in the front everyday they can't keep employees there's no mail being held as it should and no mailman for most routes. They should burn it down or let white people work there.

  • Henry Newsom

This is by far the worst post office in the United States. Why is it still open. Disrespectful people, slow service and not once have I got a clear answer to any question I ask. I feel the community should protest against this place. No one has ever been treated right here

  • Pamla Singleton

This place is getting worst. I only get mail Tues, thur & sat. It us now nov 6th & I'm waiting 4 my voting ballet. 2day is mon & we vote on Tues. The place that send out the ballots tracking said the post office received it on 10/23. It is now 14 days later & no ballot.

  • Levi Thomas

They are under staffed but all of the employees are great to work with and surprisingly have good attitudes while working in the conditions they are placed in. Chris goes above and beyond to happily help customers when you call in, that dude deserves a raise.

  • Cortez Hatch

This is the Worst Post office in the I haven’t received mail in 2 days so I put mail on hold went to pick it up just for them to say someone didn’t put it on hold they deliver when it’s convenient they need corporate involved …

  • Rachel Keener

Having to wait in line over 30 min to get your mail is one thing, it’s another for the staff to talk to you any kind of way. The old lady who works there should go ahead and retire. No one should be subjected to her miserable self.

  • Lee H

This post office have not delivered my mail in a week. I was told that the mail carrier was out delivering mail. So I got up the next day still no mail. So I'm still waiting on my mail with important information that was sent

  • Dawn Youngs

A line is forming outside the station which is locked during business hours. No notice or sign about when they will open again. People can be heard laughing in the back! I have been waiting over 20 minutes. What is going on?!

  • Dustin Smedstad

Kc post offices are all pretty bad. This is one of the worst. One clerk at the window with a line backed out the door. I prepay online, but you can't even drop off a parcel without waiting in line. I won't be back.

  • Tracey Peterson jajasle

They are very slow always packed with costumers and every time I go it's only one cashier. I recently moved they gave me the wrong mailbox key after I've been waiting for two weeks now I have to wait again sad

  • David G Norris

This is the 3rd time my postman has not been working and for the 3rd time my mail was lost. Flea drops for my cat, found a letter to me face down in my drive and now my meds. How hard is it to read the lable?

  • Dirtbag Distro

Haven’t received mail to my house in almost a year. No updates. Hundreds of other people come in with the same problem so there’s always a wait. Removed drop box outside for no reason. Very bad post office

  • Tony McCowan

The only thing regular about my mail carrier is the fact that he is going to show up every 3 to 4 days. And then complain about the stop. If you are looking for prompt, courteous service try anywhere else.

  • Debra Cunningham

Website says it closes at 12:30p on Saturday, just came from location and it has tape of the 30 min on the door. So they close at 12. It would be beneficial to have the correct close time on the website.

  • Katelynn Stull

I put in a request on December 2, 2022 for a mail key. It's now week 10 with no key. I went back to the post office to make sure I was on the list and they had no update on when I'd actually get my key.

  • Roxanne Mcmullen

slow , lines are too long always one person working they need more ppl, went get mailbox key takes 10 what ? @!@ do that at you thnk box bn changed diffent lock been moved an still can't get mail , suks

  • Brandon Womack

Why is there one person trying to service everyone? Line of 20 people and this poor girl is the only one up front. Hire more people or have the people walking around back there come up and lend a hand.

  • Michelle Carr

Horrible Horrible customer service in person and over the phone. The mail carriers don't deliver mail for days on end! Then when you complain your treated like it's your fault! All I want is my mail!

  • B P

I don't know what is going on but I recieve my neighbors mail and have problems getting my own. I thought the post office on Truman road is bad this post office is worst. I just want my mail.

  • Alissa Hopson

I’ve never seen a post office who says attempted delivered but was never at your location how is that possible or that it is out for delivery but never shows up. I just don’t understand it.

  • Amy Raquel

This post office is a total nightmare. I have not gotten my mail in a week now. The supervisors are no help. I will be filing a formal complaint. It is a crime to tamper/steal peoples mail.

  • Lolamae Bey

You're right this post office is terrible. The mail carrier's steal & lie about deliveries. I I'VE complained for months & still don't get my mail. I'm disabled and it's really frustrating.

  • R.C. ENTERTAINMENT

Why is every service soo slow? I go to get a new key for my mailbox lock & they said 10 business days for the service guy to come out. Well 13 days later I still havent received anything.

  • Frieda Green

Our mail is always getting mixed up with the neighbors and they either claim to make a delivery attempt when they don't or deliver to the wrong block. This has happened multiple times.

  • Chris Featherston

One of the main employees Toni should be fired immediately. Shes rude, slow, and needs EXTENSIVE customer service training. This location is awful and you should avoid at all costs.

  • Dannie

How do the worker ( just 1) have air behind the glass but we standing in this line with no air? The old rude black lady needs to retire fast. This place needs to close the f&&k down

  • Benjamin Gaughf

No mail for three days now, my carrier said he has to do another route after he’s been doing mine for 20+ years, and I can get ahold of anyone, so help me god if I have to go there

  • Gregg Block

Truly disappointed. One person working with 9 people in line. Told me I didn’t have 3 of my packages even though all 3 tracking numbers show them being located at that location.

  • Kent L

Not the fastest mover working the counter.. but helpful nonetheless... It's the parking lot that you need to worry about... It's full of more holes than there is pavement

  • Debbie Karles

Parking is horrible and mail seems to set an extra day at this post office. If I need something to go out I drive the extra distance to make sure it leaves that day.

  • wes kemple

Mail hasn't ran in 4-5 days. Had the same letter in the mailbox to be picked up for days. Haven't received anything and have been waiting on important mail.

  • Jeremy Horn

Terrible customer service. Good luck if you’re trying to pick up a package on a limited time frame. Also, don’t expect them to actually open on time

  • Laura Freeseman

Love our delivery person, but I have only ever had trouble when I have had to interact with this USPS location.

  • Sarah Rollins

Closed hours early on a regular basis. Tried to get my mail that’s on hold multiple times and can’t get in.

  • Elvia Cantu

The most terrible people and usually always close, I need to wait more than 2 hours for open again.

  • Tyler Jones

Closed for a two hour lunch break during open business hours. Picture was taken at 1pm.

  • Justin Stawarz

They have been closed 3/4 times I've been there during their regularly posted hours

  • Corretta Carter

I haven’t gotten my package at all and it’s first class and it’s been 7-8 days

  • Erma Conner

My experience was okay. They needed another person to help.
