I never write reviews, but I had to here. They never seem to be able to deliver my packages on time or even get them in the right boxes. They have "misplaced" or outright lost over 10 of my packages in the last year! Just recently is the reason for writing this. I had ordered a nice vintage dress in my size that was kinda rare and hard to find. I waited anxiously watching tracking every day to see when it came in. I also had a pair of jeans I had also ordered arriving the same day. While I waited I had a knock on my door, it was the delivery guy. I was surprised becasue they NEVER walk and deliver packages to your door, they normally just leave them in the office... The office must have had nobody in it when when he had to walk all that way... sigh... He just left it on my porch and walked off before I could ask him about the other packages. I threw some clothes on to go to my box and get my dress. WELL... There was NOTHING in my box at all! I thought maybe he had left it in the office. NOPE not there either. Later that evening I asked all my neighbors to check and see if my package was in their boxes. Nothing there either. I checked tracking and the jeans said "Delivered at front door/ porch and my dress said "Delivered in/ at mailbox" but ye there was nada in my box. The next day I went up there and very nicely talked to a supervisor about my package. He took my tracking number and checked. he even called the driver and asked him. The driver said he put it in the box and he even showed a satellite image and asked me to point out the box. I did and he said that's where the driver said he put it. So he though maybe it got put int he wrong box and he would have him check. He took down my name and number and said they would call me back when they checked. NOTHING again, not even a return call. Next day, same song and dance... No return call... It's just gone! I am getting so sick of my packages just disappearing from this place. It's not like I can just have the seller send me a new one seeing as it's rare/ one off and vintage clothing. Someone is going to pay for my loss on this one. I am not going to eat this like I have with so many of their screw ups. They really need to either clean house or hire people that actually can do the job properly without losing so many packages. From other reviews, I can see this is an ongoing problem here. I am so livid!

The staff at this location is very nice, but the actual service is lacking. First, it’s very difficult to get through to anyone via phone. Out of the 7 tries, they only answered once. Secondly, we weren’t advised it’d take 2 weeks to get our new mailbox keys when we moved, we learned at the office the day our mail was being forwarded. We submitted the request, were advised it’d take 2 weeks and we’d receive a call when the keys were ready, then advised our mail would be held in Houston until our mailbox was available. Fast forward 2 weeks and we’d heard nothing and not had access to our mail. I call, 3rd call got me a person, and I was advised the keys were ready and had been for over a week. No one called. We picked up the keys and were advised that the mail should be in the box as it was already rekeyed and available. When we checked the box, there were 2 pieces of forwarded mail, in 2 weeks. We then started receiving emails from different companies stating their mail sent to us had been returned. When we visited the office again, they checked and had none of our mail. Not sure where all my mail is going, but needless to say, the ball was dropped many times when it came to this transition. I’ve never had trouble moving, changing and forwarding addresses in the past, so this was an unexpected problem during a difficult time for us. On top of the issues, the lines are always incredibly long and slow, they need more people working the right window. The stars they do get is for the actual politeness of the employees. They fail at everything else.

The Clerk, came out behind me, shouted at me trying to open the door of my car, stop me and stop my car I continued driving and I left the place, so she decided not to send my certified letter, I paid 100% for the service and she disappeared my letter, it was already 10 days and the letter never arrived in NM, the Albuquerque office says that the letter never left the Valley Hi office. I recognize that I made the mistake of taking the envelope but I am only a client of that office for more than 5A but she who works in the post office, receives a salary and she does not have the right to break, disappear or delay any paid service . I went and paid the envelope of the problem. My letter the Clerk hid, broke or disappeared, in 5A never discussed with anyone and never happened this, she did it because she is a spiteful person and lack of professionalism, education, kindness and decency to work in a post office, a person aggressive and domineering as she can not work with the public. We will never go to that Valley HI office where people are discriminated by their language , its color and gender!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! DO NOT get a passport here. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment at 1. The clerk showed up 15 minutes late to my 15 minute appointment, gave no apology, and barely acknowledged me at the counter. I learned that I didn’t have copies of my driver’s license -my fault- but just know they tell you they don’t have copy machines there. Lies. No problem, my husband made copies at H‑E‑B and returned in 5 minutes. Had she arrived on time this entire situation would have been avoided. The employee ended up refusing to help me because it would take too long for us to get copies back before the next appointment (which they double booked by the way) and told me to reschedule my appointment. There was no apology or any responsibility taken by the employee for showing up 15 minutes late for my 15 minute appointment. The manager offered no help other than to tell me to go to a walk in site in the Paul Elizondo Tower, 10 miles away. If you need a passport I highly recommend going downtown to that site - they were incredibly friendly and helpful with no wait. Also, they will make copies for you. This post office and its manager are awful. I will say the other clerk working the desk was a gem. Avoid this place at all costs!!! Never again!

first off, everyone was nice at the office when I went in to get a package sent. as all packages are this one of course was super important, and it was NEVER sent. i didn't say anything, i just wrote it off as a mishap, as things do tend to happen. we ever so often get our neighbors mail, which i don't complain about much. i've lived here for 4 years and have maybe called twice about getting neighbors mail. it's happened frequently enough to be annoying and for me to worry about my own mail. but i just walk to their mailbox and put it in for my neighbors or i'll hand it to my neighbors if i see them. now, the mail carrier thought it was necessary to write on my mail, "DO NOT BLOCK mailbox," that's how they wrote it, caps and then lowercase. i don't even park in front of my home. i found that unnecessary, especially since it's public area and it could have been ANYONE, which obviously it was. maybe they're just sick of their job. maybe it's time to clean house?

They have young lil kids working here at the valley hi post office they can’t answer the phones when calling, anyways it’s been 4 weeks already that I paid for my mailbox to be changed still haven’t gotten my keys or my mail I’ve gone down there and still say I don’t have mail but it’s a bunch of lies because my water bill has been mailed and they say I don’t have mail bull. Do I have to call BBB. The young kid I always get is a lil girl with piercing on her big nose and all she does is take my id and write my info on a paper but doesn’t really look. I’ve called for days and days no answer they don’t care if people waist gas just to go all the way over there and for them to say nothing. They don’t pay for my gas. I spoke to a supervisor one day and she said they lost my change of address card so I had to do another one. So now all my mail goes to another address I’m not even living at which is dumb. Hello

the worst ever i have been tracking a package that have been sitting in this post office for 4 days and is still just sitting there instead of been deliver, if it wasnt for the tracking number i would have not believe it. i have been trying to call line is always busy too. do not have a car to get there or i would have. whats up with this post office ************UPDATE ON MY PACKAGE*********04/30/2015********** POST OFFICE SUPERVISOR NOTIFIED ME THAT THEY CAN NOT FIND MY PACKAGE TO NOTIFY SENDER THAT I NEVER GOT IT.. NEWS FLASH SCOTT (SUPERVISOR) IS NOT SENDERS FAULT I DID NOT GET MY PACKAGE, IS YOUR POST OFFICE LOCATION, TRACKING SHOWS THAT PACKAGE ARRIVED THERE AND NEVER LEFT THERE, SO IF IT GOT LOST GUESS WHO LOST IT .......HUMM!!!! TOUGH QUESTION. SO ACCORDING TO THEM IS LIKE I AM OUT OF LUCK, WELL I FILE A COMPLAINT AND THIS WILL NOT GO UNRESOLVED !!!

They have no problem delivering envelopes but when it comes to packages they somehow disappear. It is unbelievable the amount of packages that have been lost. They sent me a letter saying that there was nothing they can do about and that they aren't responsible for any theft that happens with packages, they also explain that "many businesses Will willingly review their customers file and often replace an item when it is apparent the lost or theft of a package is not the fault of their customer ." So you are telling me that you the CARRIER are not responsible for the loss of MY package and it is up to the company that sent me the package to go OUT OF THEIR WAY to send me another one that will probably be lost AGAIN! Due to your incompetence? That's just unbelievable. At this point I think they have lost more of my packages than I have received.

My family and I just moved on this side of town and my mailbox was broken. They have possession of the keys but say my NON EXISTENT HOA is supposed to fix it. Ive been having to pick up my mail weekly for the past three months because they refuse to do their job and do diligence. Not fair to me that someone else decided to brake something before my move in- I cant get my mail as a normal citizen of the United States. SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I also spoke to the manager of this location and asked her to continue to drop my mail by my front door as they where because pf my work schedule. She told me yes that was ok yet still did whatever she wanted to do for whatever reason. I have the phone call recorded. Now they wont answer the phone at all.. I’ll be there tomorrow. Hopefully all my packages are there and not lost as well.

I scheduled a passport appointment on March 7th for today, April 3rd 9:30am. An employee named Sonya had left me a voicemail at 8:27am, on April 3rd, to tell me my appointment was canceled and that I have to schedule a new appointment on their website. Apparently the agent who does the passport service was on a 2 week leave. Why could they not inform me sooner and help me reschedule ASAP? I called back barely 10 minutes after their missed call to see if they could help me after the inconvenience, but they hung up on me both times. No one spoke to me, they picked up the phone and sent me straight to the dial tone. Now I am set back because of USPS and their unprofessional workers. I did not wait patiently for almost a whole month just to be treated this way. Extremely disappointed.

This post office is very careless when it comes to delivering packages. I am not sure why Amazon uses USPS to deliver some of its packages but they should stick with delivering only letter mail and let UPS take care of the packages. I have had every single package ordered through Amazon either misplaced or lost. I have to go to the post office on a hunt every single time because the tracking shows that they were not able to access my front door. Really, I don't have a gate or gate code so how are they not able to leave them at my address? I think I figured out the problem. They are just plain lazy and don't want to deliver my packages to my front porch like UPS does. I requested Amazon stop using them for my deliveries but they said that is not possible so I am stuck.

I scheduled an appointment here to submit my children's passport applications because my actual assigned post office is always way too busy. Two very kind ladies helped us get everything in order and took photos for the applications. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had assumed that when the paperwork said I needed a copy of my driver's license that part of the reason I'm paying $35 (each!) to the post office is for them to make copies of my original documents which is what my mother's post office in Michigan did but not here. Nope, they had me leave and go pay for copies to be printed at the store across the street, then come back. Anyway, aside from that, the women that helped us were very sweet and this location wasn't very busy at all.

So, the USPS lost my passport in the mail a month ago, and I have a trip coming up, so I've been forced to pay $220 to get a new one expedited. Which in itself is absurd that THEY lose MY passport and I have to pay THEM for their own mistake. The USPS official website says this location does passport application walk ins on Saturdays, so I showed up on Saturday and the clerk there turned me away saying "we only do walk ins sometimes". What kind of answer is that? I can't imagine a private business advertising that they offer a service from 8-12 on Saturdays, but then tell you "nah we only do this when we feel like it" . I'm never using USPS for ANY package ever again if I can help it. Absolute trash.

Lol Loving the complainers in all these reviews. City people, I tell ya. Professional/Patient employees, Great service, and decent waiting time(when there's no one asking the clerk 50 questions or giving the clerk a hard time) I've been using this post office for years to send off Etsy orders and I always get good tracking and it gets sent off with no issues. Like, seriously, I know damn sure those giving 1-star reviews more than likely don't know how shipping works or just want to slander a business. The employees here are also really nice. Sure, you'll get a new person who comes in and will be kinda rude, but those who worked here for more than 5 years have always been nice to me. ^_^

A lady from this location told me rudely that I can not check my mail more than 2 times because my community door is broken because of rain and other nature forces beyond our control. I told them they said maintenance would fix it but it would take a while and I am waiting for some government papers and bills. The lady wears glasses and is a little hard of hearing she has whitish blondish hair would not recommended her. Everyone has been nice to me and my family. She told me like this "SIR YOU CAN ONLY CAN 2 TIMES A WEEK,BECAUSE WE ARE HERE FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY". last time I check my mail goes there does that not make me a customer worst experience ever

Over the past ten years I have bought and sold over a thousand items through USPS and found them to be 99.99% reliable. Except for this location. In the past three months I had about 20 orders with tracking numbers to be received and 2 failed to arrive even though the tracking information showed they were delivered. They were supposed to be placed in a parcel box but never actually showed up. Neither item was something anyone might want to steal so the failure to put the items in the correct parcel box would seem to be the result of incompetence rather than dishonesty. Still, a 90% delivery rate for items with tracking numbers seems a bit low to me.

Im so disappointed in this post office they always have a long line no one ever answers the phone and staff is very rude and unprofessional... mailman broke my mailbox trying to stuff a big package in there even though he knew I had 4 other packages delivered that same day he put my other packages on the side of my house... my neighbor saw him break the mailbox and he still denied it and now Emily from valley hi office is claiming that she spoke with several previous mail carriers and they all say the same thing... I travel the extra distance to the post office in von ormy or the one on pearsall rd because the customer service is sooo much better

What in the world is going on here??!! I’ve lived here 9 years and never had such horrible mail delivery as I’ve had these past couple weeks. I put a hold mail on for a week and they were to deliver the held mail but it never happened. I had to go in to get the mail. The people in the PO are always very nice but the carrier must have changed because mail delivery isn’t happening. I have the email Informed Delivery and have not received several important pieces of mail since last week. Reading the other comments it is apparent that something has changed at this location. Please please please fix the problems!!!!

I gave prepaid return Amazon envelopemailman. It was never put through the system ,never delivered. I lost 40 dollards. I wrote a complaint , I personally spoke to the manager ,described the mailmen nothing was done. I came to the post office the other day with a prepaid box I was told they would not accept it because there was a slightly visible corner from another envelope there. I asked them to tape it. I was rudely told that it wasn't their job. The most interesting thing was they were helping the customer before me to wrap and tape her box. I wish these people were fired and gone.

Absolutely ridiculous. I knew I was going to have issues with them when I saw my delivery person with my package, they saw my apartment was upstairs, and marked it undeliverable because she was too lazy. Now I have an important, sign-for mail piece. They gave me NO info about it, never told me they had it, didn’t leave me any slip, didn’t leave a note on my door, didn’t notify my office, NOTHING. Today I’ve called 10 times in a row because they refuse to answer their phone and don’t plan on stopping until they answer. DO YOUR JOB. The absolute laziest employees I’ve ever seen.

Just drive further to get whatever you need done. 2 times I've gone for passports, the first for myself and second for my family, and both times it took a long time. I don't understand how there's a time slot option for 0915 then I get a call saying the post office worker won't be in until 0930 and there's someone ahead of you. She doesn't show up until 0950 and is slowly taking care of the person ahead of me. The same thing happened last time when a supposedly 15 min appointment ended up taking an hour and a half. Just drive further away for better service or you'll be sorry.

Yeah I recently moved to San Antonio and already hate the area. My apartment and this mail service are the worst. Since the beginning of August this year I've had 3-4 items sent to me, say it was delivered and I never received it in my apartment mailbox . One of the employees accidentally told me this morning that my mail was possibly placed in a wrong box......also depending on the time of day employees will scan an item as "delivered" but actually send it out the following day. I always thought loosing people's mail was a big deal but I guess to them it isn't.

Worse post office !! They don't know how to properly read simple numbers since they always mix up my mail with others, on top of that they never take account for their mistakes instead they blame each other. A famous line they like to use is that they are "new." I'm really sick and tired of their lack of common sense, rudeness, and poor customer service skills!! Like right now, I've been on hold for 17 minutes, apparently they mixed up my mail again so I'm trying to find out what is going on!! Hate it !! Something has to be done about this!!!!

Can I leave -5 stars? It's not just this location but USPS as a whole. I had to contact them three times for them to send an item back because they charged me an extra $22.00 for shipping. It wasn't my fault the seller used the wrong package for shipping. It's been since December, and they still haven't sent the package to the seller yet. The shipping info has been saying "return to sender processed" since January 4th. What the heck have you guys been doing for a whole month? This is ridiculous. Do us all a favor and do your jobs.

I love it here, the staff is always so friendly and caring, I love that as soon as i walk in they welcome you with a smile, they’re so caring and patient with the elderly. I’ve gotten all my family ‘s passport appointments and they were always on time, and professional. They explained the process and time frame. I also use this facility to send out my packages and letters and never had one miss placed or lost. It does get a bit busy but I always see the staff working as diligent and fast as they can. Thank you guys for all you do.

I went in last week, I had a passport appointment and I didn't have a copy of my BC and DL so they made me reschedule. I rescheduled and took time off from work and I go to my new appointment and they tell me all appointments are canceled for the day because the passport certified person is not in today & they are making phone calls to let people know of cancelations. Well it was 840am and my appointment was at nine. They never even called. Go somewhere else. Customer service here is not it.

My experience at the facility has been decent. However, the mail carrier that is working keeps putting my packages in other people’s mail boxes. It’s already happened 2 times this week (3 days apart). Once they put someone else’s package in mine and I had to deliver it to her myself. A lady did come drop off one of the packages that she said was left in her box instead of mine, but I still haven’t received any emails or calls from a USPS representative. This is completely unacceptable.

I can't speak for home mail delivery or passport, but we have been using this location since we been back in 2016, we were able to set up a box up while overseas and able to contact them to get the actual box address so we could forward our mail. Once we got here, we always get our mail in a timely manner. I also use this location to mail out packages over the years with no problem or difficulty. We don't live anywhere near this location, but I make the drive here.

Only 1 cashier and 10 customers, ringing the bell for letter pick up and no response,yet you can hear them in the back and they can't come to help,even the supervisor. Where is the customer service,Lady in a Wheel Chair waiting said she had been waiting a long time. You are the Post Office and yet No Customer Service for Disable,Military people and all regular customers. I never saw the cashier ring the bell for help...Please have a Plan this is not Good at All.

This is the best post office that I have ever been to! The staff there are very friendly and work with smiles on their faces. Not only are they friendly but also stay on track to get you in and out in a jiff. I can actually say that I enjoy going to post office! Always service with a smile. I am glad that i have finally found a post office that is so AWESOME....even if I have to move across town I will always come to this location to drop off my snail mail. A++

I frequent this post office a lot to mail out board games and books that I sell online, probably been to this place 50 times in the last year. The staff is always friendly, but very quick and professional. It's an older building, but I don't really mind, I'm just there to mail stuff. Out of the hundreds of packages I've shipped, these guys and gals have never lost or damaged one, and I've never seen any customers treated poorly while I'm in there.

half assed people, waited all morning after my package said it was out for delivery, at 2pm checked it again and said it was delivered "no one came to my door, i was right outside" i check the mail box and got a sorry we missed you note... come on, I'm partially disabled and some lazy sob now has me scrambling to find a ride to the post office to try and pick it up before it gets sent away, hopefully my christmas gifts for my kids aren't ruined.

I would give this place a zero. This post office has been with holding our mail for a couple days on and off now for a month. And not only that, but they are returning our mail to some of our family members saying our house is vacant. I’m not sure who is running this place but they better hire some new people! With holding mail is a federal offense and I hope whoever sees this investigates the people they hire at this particular place.

The black lady with the straight short hair that works in this office is very rude she interjected herself in to my conversation with another associate about there poor package delivery. If u ordered something through Amazon and it's being shipped through usps and u live in an apt this specific location will NOT deliver it to her home. This is my first time having a problem with package I do not like this location at all

Rude employees. I went there to purchase stamps and went in they had so many office hours in there window so politely knocked on door to see if there where open I thought Mabey with the whole corona virus they would open the door as people came there where two ladys up front both wish ignored me y’all are closed tht fine but let me know that not just ignore a customer. I am having trouble getting my held mail delivered to me. In desperation, I put another hold on it and re-requested that it be delivered. I’m not sure what else I can do, as I am too ill and too senior to wait in the long lines at my post office. The Richland Hills substation is totally overwhelmed as the population has grown dramatically in this area in the past few years.

Im sick and tired of my post office worker trying to STEAL my packages! It has been now 3 times I had to get in my car and hunt down the post office truck to get my packages. Amazon says it was delivered but there is nothing in my mail box. Why am I getting told it was delivered and it was not. Only thought, he was trying to steal them each time.

They cancel your passport appointment with out notice and don’t communicate that to you until you show up. Arrived for my appointment and the clerk says ”oh, they cancelled all the appointments today. All the clerks are gone and it’s just me here so you’ll have to reschedule” Not coming back to this location ever again

These lazy postal employees consistently fail to do their job. God help you if you are wanting for a package to be delivered because if you live in an apartment building the delivery man will never take the time to bring the package to your apartment. They will just note that you are never home to receive the package.

Had a passport appointment scheduled for tomorrow 8/22 at 1:45 pm. At 5:48pm on 8/21 they called to cancel my appointment saying that they only have one person working passport appointments who is currently backed up so I will need to reschedule or cancel my appointment! Unfortunately had to click on a star to even make a comment, what a bunch of useless, rude staff and with zero customer service skills to top it off. My packages are crammed in PO Box torn to shreds took plenty of pictures to report, maybe they need a class in measurements. Taking my hard earned money elsewhere!

PSA: Give the USPS 15 feet clearance on both sides of the position of your mailbox. If for any reason u block or park anywhere near the mailbox there is a high probability you won’t get your mail or packages.. unfortunately it’s up to the USPS employees if they want or (feel like) delivering your mail to you.

IF YOU NEED A JOB AND ARE ILLITERATE VALLEY HIGH PO WILL HIRE YOU FOR TEMP. WORK! THIS IS EVERY SINGLE TIME MY REGULAR LADY CARRIER IS OFF I GET EVERY STREET AROUND BUT MY STREET'S MAIL! THEY CANNOT READ STREET NAMES OR NAMES PERIOD!! Some even steal packages. I have the videos to prove it.

The phone is never answered. I work during business hours, it is hard to get time off work to go to the office and when I do go I don’t have all that’s requieres because you can never speak with a representative. Is there anyone I can contact besides the helpless general customer service ?

Would give negative stars if I could, they have returned my mail a dozen times, marking that I don't have a PO box there. Always a long line to pick up any packages and a general lack of customer service. Got a note that a new person was taking over, hope they can right this sinking ship.

I had a passport appointment and the guy who was helping me was very friendly but the supervisor told him to stop with my process and help the rest of the customer because the line was long.... without an explanation. it's why I made an appointment so I will never back to that location.

The passport office says this place is available for walk ins on Saturdays, however this is not the case. I drove an hour to get here and was turned away. You people need to get in touch with the passport office and get this changed. No wonder your reviews are so low. Good riddance.

Every single person behind the counter on Saturday morning before Christmas was super helpful. I just had to renew my passport and they were treating all customers so well and triple checked everything for me and was very helpful with all the information. I appreciated the service.

The guy who does passport applications cancelled for two weeks and failed to let me know. No email or voicemail left. Horrible service. Would not recommend placing appointments at USPS. Go to downtown courthouse , 2nd floor. They have multiple people working there and not just one.

Not very good. Wasted 30 min of my life. Put note in po box 569, but no checkmark on yellow form regarding what needed. Went to desk said I had package, was for po box 659. I dont care if you hire dyslexic just dont waste my time chasing something not addressed to me. Thanks

Called to talk to a manager about a misdelievery (not the first time, it happens all the time) and got an assistant manager whom was very rude and had a annoyed attitude for no reason. He simply sucked. Why speak to a customer when your just gonna be an ass makes no sense.

The worst post office I have ever experienced. The drivers are lazy and would rather put a "we missed you" card in the mailbox than walk 10ft to the door and deliver something. This is not my first experience with this location, but is my first time posting about it.

Never had any trouble with this post office location. I have shipped items from this location, gotten my passport paperwork done, and have always gotten good support when there was a problem with my home mail delivery. Overall good service and helpful employees.

my last postman was a stand-up fellow and offered help when he could. since they changed routes and postman. The new postman for my route is lazy and doesn't deliver my mail like he should. the worst post office ever and the one on heritage station is 5 stars.

Hadn't had any problems with this post office until now. However, I would caution all who use them that they are not careful whatsoever with packages. I had two pairs of glasses mailed to me brand new, and received both of them with bent frames. Very unhappy.

This post office closed my po box without my authorization. They do not have a forwarding address for me. They charged my account the full amount. And they rented it out already! This place needs some people who knows what the hell they are doing!

Door to leave building has had handle broken with screw sticking out for a month now, seen customers scratch their arms on it, tell staff and what happens? Nothing! Just like the handle, your mail will magically disappear at this location.

Wonderful staff! Everyone was great, but Dwayne and Sheila were especially helpful to get stamps I had gone to 3 other post offices to find. I will definitely make this my first stop for any other immediate needs in the future!

I went there for my passport application in the morning and had a very good experience. The staff was very professional and cordial to work with. No issues at all. A note though that you have to go early and avoid busy hours !

Do not use this postal service to mail off your ATT phone or equipment they will not ship off your product, it's been 3 months and my phone has yet to ship to ATT. Its a shame that they are still operational at this location.

I work at Lackland AFB , but I prefer coming here instead. The hours is reliable, the counter service is good, the credit card reader always work. And specialty envelops, packing materials, etc. are always available
