I am writing to express my EXTREME DISSATISFACTION with the service at your USPS station, based on a recent incident relayed to me by a friend who dropped off packages on my behalf. My friend informed me that upon entering the station with packages contained in large, new, and lightly scented lavender bags for convenience, he was met with a shocking lack of professionalism from an older employee. This employee, uttered remarks such as "We don't take trash" and "Your package smells disgusting." It's important to note that the bags we use are both new and scented, and we have consistently used them to transport packages to various post offices without issue for over six months. This incident raises serious concerns about the level of respect and professionalism exhibited by the mentioned employee. It is disheartening to encounter such a negative attitude in what should be a welcoming and customer-oriented environment. I strongly believe that employees representing USPS should be adequately trained to handle their responsibilities or consider retirement if they are unable to meet the expected standards of professionalism. I hope that this feedback prompts a review of the customer service practices at your USPS station to ensure a more positive experience for patrons in the future.

I had a PO Box at this location 2000-2021. Over the years the staff rarely changed. Though they haven't always been the most outgoing people, they have always done their jobs well. I rarely received incorrect mail. They work with a large host of customers including Intl. students who are new to US Mail processes and these student seek a LARGE variety of services that the staff patiently walk them through. They work with a lot of older community members who seem to engage the staff as someone to talk to for the day. They work with many people who come and go. The lobby is always tidy. They survived a brutal move in the complex that included some significant mold issues (that they managed to never impact service). I am very grateful for their 20 years of consistent, quality service and for the few friend like relationships I made over the years.

I went in this office to ship off a box, i didnt tape up my box just yet because i wanted to inquire about bubble wrap to see if they had any since they are a shipping company. There was an employee ( has glasses ) advised that she cant send my box off without tape and that she dont have any ( shipping company with no tape is crazy) and that i needed to get my own... so when i was trying to ask about the bubble wrap, she cut me off and said" look are you coming in or out because im closing for lunch" that was very rude and unprofessional of her.

Service is terrible! I got there at 4:25pm to ship a package. The lady was rude, handed me a box too small to fit, and kept rushing me. I ended up removing 2 things. She locked the door ahead of 4:30pm, closing time. A poor guy arrived at 4:29pm and she refused to open the door for him. The truck driver was even worse, he basically yelled at me for causing 1 min delay for his truck! It was my worst experience ever at a post office. Those people should be fired for their bad attitude and anger. They don’t deserve our tax money.

It is very difficult to find. Also in this area, there are NO post offices that have a machine to send packages, buy stamps, etc. that are open 24/7 which is inconvenient. The only one that I have found is the Post Office near Solana Beach/Encinitas which is a long drive from here. Please consider placing these machines to be in an accessible post office for customers. I lived in Portland and there were 2 within 5 miles of my house.

Buen servicio, el horario es un poco corto, y tienes que llegar unos 15 min antes de que cierren por que si no no te atienden. Muy complicado para ubicar ya que no es visible desde la calle o dentro del centro comercial, tiene que irse uno detrás del supermercado whole market (o algo así se llama) y hasta atrás girar a la izquierda y el único local que esta ahí es usps como referencia tienen una bandera de USA en el techo del lugar.

Tried to ship a small article of clothing this morning. The worker opened the shop late and then proceeded to be incredibly rude to everyone in the store. I simply asked for what the cheapest shipping options would be and she essentially told me to figure it out myself. I walked out and went around the corner to FedEx (they ended up being very helpful and decently cheap there).

Tammy is Stressed the F$%& out!!! I make a point to avoid this location but even on the few times I’ve had to utilize this location I’ve had a negative experience with Tammy. I honestly feel bad for her though…& when I leave I treat myself to something nice to put a smile on my face after the sour note that is left behind from interacting with this person.

This is probably one of the few post offices that you don't get frustrated when you enter it. Workers are super friendly and helpful and take time to explain what you need to do and don't make you rush at all. The wait is not too bad either. The location is sort of hidden in the back of the mall though, You have to look around to find it the first time.

The staff was helpful. Over the last few years, I had the pleasure to interact with apple(yes, it is one of staff members name). Apple was knowledgeable and eager to help me in figuring out the most efficient and economic package to be delivered abroad. I really like this place.

Don't know if the delivery man works out of this station but not willing to stand in line to file a complaint. He/she delivers mail for other neighbors to me far too frequently, or fails to deliver mail addressed to me. What is the point of using USPS?

This is the worst post office on the planet. The 2 regular employees at the desk think they’re doing you a favor when they help you. It’s totally laughable! The woman employee should not be in a job dealing with the public. Bad attitude.

Although it's kind of difficult to find it out. It's a complete post office, by car, you have to drive around the back of Whole Foods building, there is plenty of parking over there. Friendly services, they have it all!

NOT A POST OFFICE! There is a shipping store (inside Ralph's) that tried to charge 19.75 for a flat rate box. I understand an up charge for convenience, but that's a little excessive. Guess it would work in a pinch....

The package for our house was left on top of the mail box and easy to steal! The package should be dropped at the door. We are a single family home located at 2247 Calle Guaymas. Please leave packages at door! ALG

**IT IS NOT CLOSED** Great location, friendly service. A bit hard to find the first time, but once you know we're it is, it is easy to access. Maybe some extra signes across the mall would be helpful!

Google tells you it opens at 8:30 but actually opens at 9 and if you ask the employees that are clearly in the back what’s going on nobody will answer and youll be ignored until 9 sharp. Deceiving…

They are never open “due to construction” and this has caused me a lot of problems with not being able to receive my packages in a timely matter. Terrible choice to use their PO Box.

They are very friendly and energetic! The place is a little bit difficult to find at first. It's located on the back side of other shops. Parking is free and easy.

It's been closed for many months for what they claimed would be quick/minor fixes to make it safer for employees. Only the PO boxes are open and the letter drop.

They are closed for the second week, there is no explanation, but this department does not work only for sending letters. Do not waste your time. Bless you!

Never been to such an awful usps location. Romy, the associate helping me was unhelpful and almost insulting. I recommend you go to a different post office.

Clerk refused to take my package for an inane reason. Dropped it off at another post office with no problems not a fan of having my time wasted …

The worst. The lady on the right counter was so rude. I would definitely drive 5 more minutes to the other USPS store which is way more friendly.

When it was open it was fine, but IT IS CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION. THE APP IS WRONG IT IS NOT OPEN. I made the mistake so you don't have to.

Be prepared to use your saliva to seal the envelope. As a delivery company, they did offer any tape, glue… the staff is very indifferent

Fast, convenient, and well stocked. Very easy to find, is in the back of the building behind Whole Foods and Peet's Coffee.

Both employees working are incompetent. Both look junkie. I’m now willing to drive the extra 3 miles to the next location.

The package drop box is not big enough for most packages, so you have to wait in line or rudely cut the line.

Went there today (3/18/22) and it's still closed. There are chains on the door and the windows are covered.

Free parking. Store not very easy to find. It's located behind the main parking lot. Usually not busy.
