I used to come here for a hair cut every month and I was really appreciated with cut. Especially asian woman barber is much much better than male barbers. In short; do not have a hair cut from old guys and when they are about to close the shop. I had a hair cut couple days ago which was totally disappointing. It was 6pm, after work, and they closed the gates to prevent from new customers. I knew that I was going to have a really bad cut but I had anyway. Around40-45 years old man cut my hair but he was rushing and he just wanted to go home obviously. Even I show what kind of style I want, he just cut hair randomly. He cut one side longer and one side shorter, he didn't even check lenght of the hair. It was totally disaster. I tried to warn him to fix my hair couple times but then I just gave up. He was just making worse. It was one of the worst hair cut I have ever had. I cut my hair again when I got back home. So do not have a hair cut from old guys and try not have a hair cut when they are about to close the shop.

Booked a last minute appointment here as I couldn’t get in anywhere else. I was looking to get half a head of foils, cut and blowave. I am beyond grateful that they were able to fit me in and not only that but I was greeted with a warm welcome which has made my experience wonderful throughout the process of getting my hair done. Ashleigh did such an amazing job with my hair and will definitely be seeing her from now on very convenient as I do get my nails and eyelash done just next door to them woohoo! Arrived at this shop 30 mins before they close, and found out that i will have to get a haircut with a barber Abdullah, whose previous customer made a fuss about him not doing what the customer had asked him to do which made me a bit sceptical. Nevertheless, went through with the haircut and beard line up, and turns out this lad gave me the best haircut i have had in a while. While talking to him mid-haircut, i learned the customer was giving him a hard time for no reason at all. To the owner, if you're reading this, you've earned the business a customer.

I've been looking for a place that does good skin fade for ages, but was never successful. This was the first time I was actually happy with my haircut. Ryan is a professional hair stylist/barber and has been in the business for 35 years. He has great banter, very welcoming and absolutely amazing service overall. Truly a professional at his job. I will definitely be coming back here, might actually make this my permanent hair salon. 10/10

Beware of the poorly dressed brown barber with Curley hair. I hope the other barbers are better but this guy is horrible. He did not know what he was doing and rushed through the entire haircut. I told him just a small trim at the top and he cut my hair super short. He used the shaver for practically 90% of my haircut and used the scissors 4 times to cut off half of my hair length off. 10/10 would not recommend

Worst experience I ever had there. The barber didn't even listen to me, only used a trimmer to cut. If I asked to fix or suggested the style that I want, He just disregarded it and ended up having a bad haircut. Didn't even use shaving cream and cut my neck with blade and didn't go slow/smooth when I told him that it's hurting. The worst part was that he didn't acknowledge that he something wrong .

Wow! I'm so glad I made a spontaneous decision to have my blonde highlights done at this salon... I couldn't be happier! Mary is so very talented (a true artist) receptive and friendly. She was meticulous with her foils- the outcome was even better than I expected! Best blonde I've been in a long time! Cannot recommend this salon (and Mary) highly enough! Won't be going anywhere else from now on!

Depending who you get, you’ll have a different experience. The first barber I got was really good, but the rest were average If everybody was able to book, things would be a lot smoother but that’s now how they run Ivan is a friendly barber but took 30 minutes for a fade, barely cut my hair, side of my hair was still sticking up and he left a scar near my edges

Had my latest haircut from Universal Hair and loving it. I made a appointment with Fuzna (I didn't have any prior experience with her but she had good google reviews) and she was indeed talented. She is so careful and listen to all your requests and voila finally she style your hair perfectly. Totally recommend the salon and the hairstylist.

Had my latest haircut there for the first time, while I was in a rush and in real need of restyling my look before a holidays trip! They kindly accepted to take care of it and squeeze me in. The fact that she didn't easily give up on styling my hair both wet and blow-dried whilst being fast amazed me! I'm absolutely loving the result! <3

Do not recommend this place at all Ray cut my hair and I know it needed a lot to get cut, he asked if I wanted layers I said no. But he did it anyway down the bottom and now my hair was uneven and it was all one length ones so short the layers he did. The blowwave was beautiful and toner rest so sad …

Mary was really nice. She did amazing for the full head hair colour / tint with hair cut and blow wave. I got compliments everywhere about how much my hair suits me and how much healthier it looks. I will definitely come back. Definitely recommend Mary. She has such a good hand!

Highly recommend salon. Ashleigh does beautiful job, extremely professional and friendly. Colour looks best I’ve had it in years I almost feel asleep while washing colour out, her hands are magical. All so had my teenage daughter in with Ashleigh my daughter LOVES her hair!

I did my hair color from them and costs around $270. To make it nicer they set your hair after doing the treatment but after came home the very next day my hair looks same before doing the color. No one can see I’ve done a hair color. Don’t go there. Waste of money

The lady cut my fiancee's hair without following instructions. The cut ended up way too short. Next time, it wouldn't hurt to ask him what he wants and what he thinks about the cut before making it shorter and shorter. Not recommended.
