Still the king of pork roll in Cabramatta, get the hot pork with sweet chilli and soy. Such simple ingredients, but the artform has been mastered here. There's always a que here in the morning, the other shops look with green eyes of jealously, no one no matter how long it takes is leaving the line. The husband and wife who operate this are a lovely couple. If you live in Cabramatta, you know there's only one shop for pork roll, and this is it. Outsiders always walk past not knowing the best kept secret in Cabramatta.
The best slow cooked hot pork rolls I've ever had in my life and is the only place in Cabramatta to find one. The amazing flavour of the sizzled pork just melts in your mouth. Although the bakery doesn't look like much, this place is a hidden gem. The old man refuses to rush to ensure you get a perfect hot pork roll every time and it's always well worth the wait. The best part is its open 24 hours !
Grilling the pork belly until it's crispy and fragrant really makes a difference. Having good service also makes a difference. I always get my crispy pork belly bahnmis from this place after copping ripoff tactics from Viet hoa up the road. Tastes great and has way better food. Have the crispy pork belly - it can't be beaten. Cheers, universal hot bread.
Banh Mi was dry and bread wasn’t crispy on outside, a bit mushy. Lack of fillings, fillings weren’t that fresh and a bit of a strange aftertaste. Tried on recommendation of a friend, but banh everywhere in cabra seems very hit and miss thesedays - and mostly miss. Wouldn’t try it a second time.
Wouldn't Return. Mum swears by this place, but frankly this ain't it. The unique thing with the Pork Roll/ Banh Mi is they grill the pork fresh right before packing it, but they're very stingy with the carrot and veges. Almost zero pate and mayo. Bring Cash.

Best Bahn mi in Sydney. No seating but always a nice sunny spot to stand while waiting.
