I’m one of the big fans of universal store ,normally I shop there whenever I have a chance to. Today I visited the store after work with a messy look, the way the staffs looked at me was a bit awkward. Normally the staffs there are so nice, greeting and asking if we need help but not these two today. The main reason I was a bit upset was bc when I was about to leave the store , there where two teenage boys that came in and the security sound came on and I left the store right after them. Then One of the staff rash to me and ask to check my bag, I understand it’s there job and he might haven’t seen what actually happened but anyways he kept looking at my other shopping bag (clothes as well) that I just bought from another store I even provided him the receipt it was a little embarrassing tbh in front of lots of people. So I opened my hand bag for him to look as well bc he wouldn’t give up for searching. Then he leaves without any apologies. So the staffs today I’ll say they’ll judge and treat you from your looks .

As amazing as the Universal Store is, Noel's the one who deserves these 5 stars!!! For a person who isn't too picky cause I can't make decisions, Noel helped me pick out the best dress for my birthday! I think she has access to my mind and probably a secret stash hidden in depths of Universal Store to get the perfect dress I wished for! Noel made my day by being extra helpful which she just chose to be because she could and I can't be grateful enough. She's the reason why retail experience changed for me, making me realize how helpful sales women, like her, can actual be! I'm so glad for her and I will be back because of her! Definitely requires a raise just for her hardwork and efforts!!!

Was in the store for almost 10 minutes yesterday around lunch with 1 other customer and the 2 girls who worked there were more interested in talking to each other than even greeting me or asking if I needed any help. I had picked a couple things off the racks I wanted to try but after no one even bothering acknowledging me I walked out and went and spent my money elsewhere. Staff clearly need training on how to greet and work with customers

Shopping in store average looking around browsing,,as been approached 3 times if im ok for everything twice by the same girl and another from another nice girls, but then felt as if I was been followed around the shop and bumping off me to check my bag .. felt as if they thought I was robbing the shop. …

Universal Store in World Sq is so fantastic. Super super friendly staff. I was going to buy only 1 t-shirt for myself but I ended up having 4 t-shirts because staff were so helpful and reasonable price and they cared about what I was going to get. I am going to recommend this store to my friends.

Had a great time shopping here today, the staff member that helped me out was incredibly helpful and offered many great alternatives to the clothes that I originally intended on purchasing. Great selection of clothes and a very convenient location. No complaints whatsoever.

Came in on a busy Thursday night to refund a bunch of clothes I ordered online, in store. Emma who was helping me was very friendly and radiated positive energy. very grateful for her help. her customer service is perfect, and that is so rare these days!

Went in to find an emergency shirt and found the perfect one. The staff were amazing and so easy to talk to while also being very witty and funny. I enjoyed my shopping experience massively and I’m very glad I was served by a marvellous member of staff

The service here was immaculate! the girls today were so lovely and helpful, was after a denim skirt and with a vague description they were able to pinpoint exactly what i was after, so patient and lovely, will definitely be my go to store!!!!

The girls there were more than happy to have me return my online orders which did not fit. Even though it was afterpay they still were diligent enough to return my orders and reorder my new ones

Incredibly rude staff in store ..... and when you try to call the store to discuss problem with item, this store refuses to answer the phone no matter what time you call.

A reasonable selection of some popular grungy streetwear brands. A bit overpriced and underwhelming.
