This store, actually called Upper Wentworth Convenience and listed on google as "Seven Convenience" AND "Green Garden Convenience", clearly has to keep renaming itself due to terrible customer service. The man that runs this place is horribly rude. He overcharges for everything. I went in to purchase a bus ticket. He told me the price which was a FULL $1 over the regular sale price of HSR bus tickets. I asked him why he was overcharging so much for bus tickets. He proceeded to then tell me he wasn't going to serve me or sell me anything (so I was unable to even get change for the bus) and that I was to leave the store. I told him I would be stranded in -20 degree weather if he didn't at least sell me something so I could get change. He laughed in my face and told me to get out. This place should be shut down. I am shocked that businesses are allowed to treat people this way. I would not recommend this store to anyone! Even if you need to go here, please do not give a business like this your hard earned money. Just walk for 5 minutes down toward Limeridge Mall or even toward Rymal there are other convenience stores with much nicer owners who know how to treat their customers.

This convenience store has most of the necessities you could need and is kept well stocked and clean. I really enjoy the lovely couple that run the store. They are always friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. The prices are very reasonable as well. They have a convenient banking machine so that you can get quick cash when you need it. They also have a fax machine and a photo copier machine as well which are really well priced. There is always plenty of candy, potato chips, popcorn, chocolate bars, ice cream bars and soda pops. I am usually there for the bags of milk which I always seem to run out of. They also sell Loto tickets for all of you gamblers out there and if you get too hot this summer they even sell big bags of ice. If you are in need of a convenient store come on in. Store is not wheelchair friendly (not a personal problem for me, yet it is a violation) and their hours are quite inconsistent. Giving them a 3 star because the staff have always been friendly to me and have given me deals in the past, yet they need to ID more!! I know many people who come here to buy vapes underage and when I purchased a scratch ticket here they did not ID me (I just turned 18, so it should still be expected). They also do not keep their rolling papers, vapes, etc. hidden behind the counter, which is the law and is a HUGE fine if they get caught. Please consider my suggestion and ID more as well as learn how to properly store tobacco products, I would hate to see this store get shut down over something that’s preventable.

Great place to get Kawanias Bingo tickets, lottery tickets, many product you can think of including pet food. Prices are reasonable, great environment with the staff being very friendly & helpful….I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank You to the staff & owner for having a great corner shop…

The couple who run this place is actually really nice. I go there often, usually to buy Popeyes, the candy. Their items are not overpriced at all; it's pretty cheap compared to other stores. They have wonderful customer service. I just wish they'd close a little later though.

Great family run business, large selection on drinks and snacks, grocery, lottery tickets, and any of your smoking needs. I just wish it was open a bit later, definitely one of the best convenience stores in Hamilton!

This guy is hilarious. If you think he's rude then you clearly do not comprehend his humour. Really wish it was open 24/7. I have to walk from rymal to limeridge to find an open store.
