If I could give 0 I would. I had the worst experience with this realestate. Beware do not rent your house out with this company. They lie to you and give you wrong information. I had to call fair trading to confirm they were lying to me. They care more about the tenants than owners of the property. They can’t be bothered dealing with situations and don’t even do proper inspections.I had to complete my own inspection and send photos for them to cross check there were damages to my property. Very incompetent people in management. They make mistakes and don’t even answer calls or reply to emails. I had to contact higher management to get a response and got no apology. Higher management also only cared about making things easy and the tenants not the owners of the property. They also charged us a fee when damages were done to our property by our tenants instead of charging them rediculous!

Worst real estate ever. Don't ever go here. They're dodgy as hell. They would notify you to tell you that you've been terminated but would keep forcing and pressure you to get out even though you're still paying rent but wont let you know that if you did find a new place before termination date that youd still have to pay for the rent of the previous house even though you're no longer living there!! They definitely are misleading and I would not trust these people. They also held the bond without giving you the dispute reasons given they also had new tenants before allowing you the opportunity to rectify any problems. No notice was given at all prior to the bond being frozen. Fair trading will be involved with these people. Brie is not professional. I don't recommend her to anyone as a property manager

Tenants beware. Signed leases mean nothing to them until you move in and they won’t fight very hard for you, let alone offer you an alternate solution if everything hits the fan. Went through the most time consuming 5 WEEK ordeal with these guys JUST to secure a move in date in the midst of getting married. We frustratingly withdrew our application and left empty handed due to them not being able to provide us with a third move in date after the first two, which they were “99.9%” certain of, failed. I’ve dealt with a lot of real estates over the years and have been fortunate enough to have had great experiences until now. Do not recommend.

We are fully impressed with professionalism and focus on great customer service of Nahro Hasan. He made this whole process much easier than it could have been. He went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. Great level of satisfaction with the correspondence and explanation about the property.
