Reserved a car from dream car rentals San Antonio For an anniversary weekend in San Antonio.booked a hotel and planned a whole weekend. Went to pick up the car and they cancelled the reservation on the spot because the guy wasn’t there to let it go and didn’t want one of the other employees to release it! Paid online and no one called to cancel or talk to us about it even though the owner had been out of town for days. That is horrible customer service!!!! With no advance notice from them we couldn't even Book a car from anyone else because of such short notice. Also wouldn’t let me post without giving one star, I didn’t want to give any stars. If they would have just let us know ahead of time it would have made all the difference.

Tried to reserve a car as a surprise for my husbands birthday. I got a call 2 hours before we were supposed to pick up the car saying it required maintenance. They only had 1 replacement option for us which was not comparable...They were supposed to call me to set up a replacement date and never did. I tried to call them and either no one answered or once someone answered saying they were out of office and would call right back. They never called back. Going to have to call my bank to have the charge denied. Would not book again, terrible service.

I rented the Corvette Z06 & Porsche Targa 4S, amazing cars, great condition & so fun to drive! The per day rates for all of their cars is a great deal! Next time I am in S.A. I really look forward to renting another exotic car from Dream Rentals :)

I had a great experience with this company. Even though the vehicle I originally reserved had an issue, they were very helpful and accommodating resolving the situation. From the minute I left the lot, I felt as though I had a personal concierge. Give them a try, I know you won't be disappointed... I'm looking forward to doing business with them again.

We had a great experience renting from Dream Rentals of San Antonio! We had to book last-minute and Art and Dave were very accommodating and efficient. We were renting for a family wedding and the guys made it that much better of an experience for the bride and groom! Our thanks to them and we will return!

Love working with these guys! My husband and I love renting something fun to drive when we come in town to visit family. They're very professional and easy to work with. LOL Now if they'd just open an office out in Hawaii where we live, we'd have a new rental every week! Aloha!
