Got yelled at by the owner / store manager because I didn’t have a receipt for something I bought in another store. Not only was he yelling at me infront of other customers for something so small but he kept threatening to check the cameras and when I said I would wait for him to check them, because I definitely did not steal anything I was told to leave the store in the rudest tone. Even though I had proof and a time stamp for the things I bought at the other store it was not good enough for him. I understand theft is a problem but getting your point across by yelling at me and being rude is not the way to go. Owner is trash and I would advise people to go to any other supermarket.

Bad customer service. I send by brother to buy cigarette this evening around 8:45 pm but he accidentally bought different cigarettes, and I send him back with receipt to exchange in less than 5 minutes but the guy said once you out of the store you don’t get refund or exchange. Where as in Coles as long as you have receipt they will exchange or refund without any question. Disgusting, never gonna shop in that store or any other IGA in my life.

They’ve become obsessed with checking everyone’s bags to a point I’m now going to avoid this shop and will walk the extra metres to Coles. They would always check my pram when they thought I wasn’t looking and on Thursday I witnessed a cashier accuse a three year old from stealing a lolly from them. Thankfully the mum had the receipt on her from the shop she had been in prior. No apology at all. It was awful and embarrassing to witness.

Bought a $13 packet of biscuits here yesterday that expired 5 weeks ago. Should have checked the expiry but then I figured that 5 week old product shouldn't be sitting on a supermarket shelf. Refund please? "No" was the answer from the checkout team. The manager wouldn't make eye contact let alone speak with me. Do yourself a favour and walk 50 metres west to Sutherland Coles

One of the two supermarkets in Sutherland. This one has plenty of parking in front. A well stocked supermarket with a specialised butcher including delicatessen and also a fruit market. One stop shopping, fantastic for everybody but certainly elderly friendly. Seating at the front if you're waiting for somebody. Disabled parking right in the front. Good choice of product.

A convenient local supermarket that stocks great fresh produce. This is a larger IGA, the shelves are well stocked with most items that you need and the prices are quite reasonable. It's in a good location next to a butchers, so you can one stop shop and their is always parking out the front available.

When your child is looking for an after school job, and expected to work a two hour trial shift for free, and is told to THEN come in for a job interview days later, you have to wonder at the thought process of the owners. Hours of free labour then a job interview - is that even ethical?

A small local supermarket with a reasonable but not extensive range. A fair amount of parking both in the street in front and in a carpark out back. Next to it is a good butchers and a good green grocers - so the combination of all three make for a good grocery shopping experience.

A much more pleasant shopping experience compared to Coles around the corner. Everything is clean and neat and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also right next to an old fashioned butcher and fruit shop which sell QUALITY. We need to keep these small businesses alive!

I picked a hot pie from their newly self serve hot food display, at the check out the lady took and opened up my brown bag to check how many pies were inside. IGA should display their hot food behind a counter to prevent embarrassment and mistrust from customers.

Shopping at this IGA is always a pleasure. The supermarket is well stocked and the staff are both helpful and friendly. I am not sure why they now have a fruit and veg section when the BestFresh nextdoor is already so good.

Very good service on the checkout, friendly and helpful. I found what I was looking for ( which is no longer available at my only local Woolies supermarket ) -Arnotts Dark Choc Royals - 5 stars for having them.

IGA Sutherland seems to get worse and worse each week. The product range looks be shrinking while the prices are rising. The only thing going for this place is the large amount of free council parking.

One of my favourite IGA stores in the Shire, Romeos is legendary for its friendly helpful staff. Always pleasant, always ready to answer any queries. An excellent variety, as with most IGA stores.

Good place to do your shopping. It was disappointing when they took the donation bin away for the Dogs and Cats home. I would often donate and it was a reason i would shop there instead of Coles.

Love this friendly supermarket. Easy to park and has everything I need and nothing I don't. Butcher and fruit shop in the same complex makes it stress free to avoid Coles and Woolies monopolies.

I am a regular shopper here. I love the people ie Colleen & Sandra as they have helped me in so many ways on a personal level. They all go out of their way to help where ever possible. Thankyou

Quite a decent size IGA. Competitive prices to the Coles down the road. Friendly service every time I've gone there. Bar a few things cheaper from Coles, I do largely my shopping here.

Got rice pudding from this store and it had gone bad! Watch out for what you buy from here. They have very few customers and products could stay in the store for long durations.

Always been a great place to shop ever since it was Franklin's. Been shopping there for 30 years, great butcher and the best fruit and vege next door.

They have everything I need, parking is great, handy with the fruit shop and butcher. The staff in all 3 stores are always very helpful and friendly

This IGA isn't a bad one and is much cleaner than most. It has good specials and keeps up the competition with the local Coles around the corner.

A great little place. Has all the groceries you could need. Also a really good rewards program at the butchers and fruit shop.

Good range of products but service could be better. Just a smile at the checkout would suffice. Prices are standard IGA fare.

Pretty good, however i like to get all my food needs in one check out. IGA Sutherland doesn't have a vegetables section.

Actually a really good and clean bright iga. Bought a chicken there and it was delicious and it's quite big inside too!

Beaut grocery store with attached butcher and green grocery shops attatched. More of a family feel. Fresh is best, eh.

With a fully stocked Coles around corner this smaller, more expensive market, is becoming less and less of an option.

Shop has been renovated since I was there last. Very clean and bright friendly staff.

They now have $1 coffee and an almost service station section with cold and hot food.
