This development is a shining example in Brisbane of a transit-oriented development that connects public transport, offices, and commercial shops, including fast food outlets, cafes, and a supermarket. It underwent a refurbishment during the Covid pandemic and now boasts an even more aesthetically pleasing design than before. However, there is still room for improvement. The most glaring issue is the absence of toilets in the mall. I have searched for them to no avail, and it seems that the only option is to purchase train tickets and use the restrooms at the Fortitude Valley station. This may be due to concerns about the high prevalence of homeless and drug-addicted individuals in the area. Nonetheless, I believe that this type of "railway mall" should be promoted in Brisbane as it offers great convenience and helps to reduce the city's carbon footprint. Unfortunately, so far, only this mall and Toowong Village have adopted the TOD model, which is a shame.
Conveniently located right in front of the Fortitude Valley train station entrance/exit, this food court has a variety of cheap and tasty eats. The Japanese stall has a curry special where you can add extra meat for free. Mr Curry has a happy hour special where meals are $5. There is a KFC. Pie Face has recently been replaced by Rosario's. There is a pedestrian bridge out of the food court into McWhirter's and there are public toilets beyond the Go-Card machine. There is also a grocery store and a chemist's in the same area and a bus-stop outside.
The new renovations have given this area a fresher look and space especially for physical distancing while eating in the forecourt. Having a Woolworths metro store is a great addition especially for a coffee and snack or grabbing something instore. Nice variety of other food places and just a small amount of other retail businesses including a chemist. The rest rooms are modern and very nice.
The disabled toilet requires you to buzz an intercom for access. My wheelchair-bound client was forced to pee himself as the intercom was unattended. A totally degrading and shameful state of affairs. Why should people with disabilities be required to ask permission to use the toilet while able-bodied folk are not? Really appalling stuff.

The short guy that was working 2:30 today was working is so rude every time I go in there. He doesn’t acknowledge customers at all unless they initiate it (even though it’s his literal job to initiate it) he just stands there with his lips pursed. Too busy getting his back cracked and talking bad about other staff to acknowledge anyone.
This place doesnt exist anymore. The food court is now a system of tunnels. Don't hold your breath. There is a 7-11 at the Brunswick street entrance, and there is a coffee place with great deep house music, on the way to the parking stack. and a chemist. Stay tuned.
It's OK since it's been done up. Has a Woolworths metro, BWS, restaurants and a Starbucks, a gym, and a newsagent as well as a hairdresser. Covers basic needs in the area but still lots of strange people about, hence only the 3 stars.
Modern; clean toilets (great improvement); Metro supermarket; Guzmen Y Gomez=YUMMY; Boost juices; & also food for less healthy minded; Chemist; Dr; Vampire/blood pathology; bank; Asian market; GoCard top up; train, buses CONVENIENCE
It's a nice food-centric shopping mall that's got some good fast food restaurants, a Woolie's Metro, Starbucks, and a good Asian grocery store. Generally well kept up, and super convenient from getting off the train. RECOMMENDED
One of Brisbane's best train stations at the heart of the Valley. You'll find a variety of restaurants at the food court along with Woolworths and Sunrise asian grocery. Coffee @ Starbucks and Tea @ Gong Cha. …
Love this place since the Reno's, woollies of course plus sunlit, phone shop, gym, barber, newsagent, chemist, Dr, and loads of eating choices. If I didn't have to catch a train I probably wouldn't need to leave....
The cleaners on this site needs to be sacked they just walk around not cleaning tables and where's security 90% of the time this place has gotten worse since JLL has taken over if I could give 0 stars I would
Will be great when the renovations are complete. There is still a long way to go before then. A handy shopping centre and food court which will be much better when the work is finished.
The metro is gradually coming to life after its mammoth re-invention. The key businesses, Doctor, Chemist, Supermarket etc are all very creditable shopfronts to the developer.
A bit of everything and of course Woolworths and Sunlit Asian groceries that provide the convinence. A selection of food outlets for a quick bite and plenty of eating space.
Clean shopping complex attached to Fortitude Railway Station. Great KFC food and nice Starbucks. Shows up Brunswick St shops as well as the Adult entertainment venues.
This place has really changed! It has a good variety of food outlets and the super market has some $10 options also. Lots of seating - Wait times are not long.
Great Train Station. Lovely choice of restraunts, Picked up a few things at Woolworths Metro. Clean and cool. Great place to have lunch if travelling through..
Don't like going there the lift in the car park area to take you up or down never works the steps are decusting and full of needles and to many scummy people
Spruced up nicely and with Starbucks and Woolworths as anchors, the space here is now acceptable in comparison to the years before it was given a makeover.
Looks really good since it been refurbished so many eating places to choose from great Asian supermarket and a awesome woolies for snacks and essentials
Food court very clean & so is toilets... I would highly recommend GOLDEN B.B.Q on Wickham St, Fortitude Valley... Best bbq pork & roast pork 10/10...
Okay, reasonable stock of fast food outlets, not so much for seating. Great to have Woolies Metro in there but they had poor service and stock.
Shopping centre is good. But smelly and sometimes aggressive people along street near shops are a problem . Need to fix this problem.
This is the Valley Train Station. From here you can go to the China Town in the Valley and a lot of surrounding shops and pubs
Great renovations. Has a nice vibe, seems more intimate, looking forward to having full competition and all stores open.
Great eat street and marketplace for all your syopnand go or nearby Valley shenanigans. It's a busy place so stay safe.
Went to Woolies metro long line in self serve quick check out not as bad but still took 5 + minutes to go through
Iam in there twice a week for work reason and get a meal and public transportation it's so close and so handy
This place has had an awesome renovation and is amazing! Bubble tea & Woolworths, what more can you ask for??
Its okay. The area makes it a bit grubby but it has a good assortment of fast food and quick grocery trips.
Loads of fast food. Reasonable prices. It can be hard to find a vacant table. Extremely popular food court.
Considering to railway station is very very clean tidy convenient lots of food to eat supermarket chemist
Shopped at newly opened Woolworths. Like all public transport places avoid school start and end times.
Beautiful new refurbished shopping centre, great range of shops and services, clean light and bright!
I really noticed the difference after not being there for 3 years. The food court is fantastic.

Not much of a mall, but how many malls have their own train station?
It's improving rapidly. There's now a nice selection of food places.
