The service staff are very kind. Books can be renewed online twice, and books can also be returned in other places. For example, if you borrow books in West Vancouver, you can return them in White Rock Town. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and it would be even better if there were drinks for sale!

I LOVE VPL! I’ve lived in a few different cities and no library has compared. The fact that they frequently have brand new releases already on order before their release date is amazing. Fireball branch is a wonderful little spot and I love that I can get all my books sent here for easy pick up :)

Extremely hospitable and helpful staff - we signed up as new members today, and the person who helped us went out of his way to welcome and get us started. The library itself is cozy with positive vibes; can’t wait to explore all that VPL has to offer!

It's not great for studying if that's what you need. The quiet area often gets booked for meetings and there's no way to check online before your visit, so you could make the trek to find out you need to go elsewhere.

VPL is amazing library, great digital services and the holds system works really well. This is my locla branch, don't spend too much time lounging here, just go to pickup books on hold.

Parking not easy to find, even paid parking. Kids enjoy the fact that it's adjacent to a firehall. Staff friendly and helpful. Moderate selection. A great community resource.

Street parking and pay parking nearby. There’s a separate room for studying/working. A little old. Staff are friendly.

It was great mind your own business, mask or no mask and pick up your books. They have the new self checkout machines.

Wifi is kind of slow, the size is not really big but staffs were really kind and the environment overall was nice

This is a small busy library but it's not well kempt. It's a bit dirty. Parking isn't well lit. It functions ok
