A love to shop for vans. This time I went in for one of my kids birthday gift is it pricey yes it's very pricey it's Vans I ended up paying $89 for a pair of shoes but it was exactly what my child wanted customer service was a bit rude it was like if they were playing ball throwing the ball at each other but finally one gentleman came up to me and said can I help you with something after I went through three different other people so I would just say for the price that we pay for one pair of shoes customer service should be better

I almost always have a great experience and interaction with the staff here. Tonight was different. I was inquiring about a specific collection that was supposed to drop yesterday and was asking about it, she kept interrupting me and talking over me. I can’t deal with people like that and politely said thank you and left. I’m sorry for inconveniencing her with my questions. Will probably start shopping online from now on after that interaction. Have them a 4 because other times I’ve been treated with respect.

Tonight was not good at all I had to ask for help and when I did the young man just walked away from me and went and talked to a co worker then he finally came back and helped me they didn't have the size I wanted and he didn't even try to sell me any other pair and just walk away from me again that's the worst experience i've ever had so I just walked across the way and bought 2 pair of shoes there

Riley and Mara helped my husband and I with purchasing some shoes at this store and they were friendly and knowledgeable. Usually ordering stuff online is my personal preference, but when you have a good experience shopping in person (something that unfortunately doesn’t happen often these days) it makes you want to come back. Would def shop here again.

You order online and then they sit on your order for 5 days before they decide to ship it put. Bit the ship out on a Saturday which means ups won't pick up package from them until monday. Then they use the cheapest way to ship so it's all ground. Needless to say from thr time I ordered until the time I get my shoes will be 3 weeks. Ridiculous.

Getting shoes was fine, but saw a male worker touch a female worker and when the female worker had visual disgust and moved away from him there was nothing done about it while I saw there, looks like the manager likes r*pe culture and doesn’t doing things when people are s*xually harassing others. (Apologies english not first language)

I embrace shopping here mostly because of the variety that this store has and the above average customer service. The employees were very helpful in getting me the size shoe that fits well. This store is probably going to be my go to the next time I need a pair of vans and will certainly recommend to others in want/need of new shoes.

It is Christmas Eve and they were crowded. The employees were on top of it and made things move as quickly as possible. I got into line while my daughters shopped and the got what they needed right before it was out turn. My wife and kids shop here regularly. This was my first time and I was impressed with them.

We located preferable shoes to purchase but weren't in stock in the size needed. Young lady seemed lost after locating the wrong shoe size and color. Didnt seem interested in really dedicating herself to assist us with our needs. Will not go back unless management trains staff better on customer courtesy.

Sold me a worn pair of shoes with dirty sole then gave me a hard time about swapping them for new pair before I even left the store, slowest service, waited more than 15 minutes just to get someones attention, slowest cashier I've ever experienced and terrible customer service.

Staff not helpful. The pink haired manager told us to wait over by the yellow line for help instead of helping us herself. I asked for the regional managers number and she kept pushing 800-VANS-800 for a contact number. Not happy. Bought our Vans across the corridor at Zumiez.

Bianca and Ashley were awesome in assisting my goddaughter. She is very indecisive and throughout all the hustle and bustle of the work day they made sure we always had a personal touch and informative guidance in my goddaughters first pair of Vans! Thanks again!

So, everyone is always very attentive. The woman at the counter was extremely nice! It's difficult to work in the service industry these days but these workers still managed to stay upbeat! Happy to see happy workers. Just hope they are actually happy ha.

Super busy but they seem to be properly staffed. My Gradnson just had to have a pair and is so very hapoy with them. I bought my first pair in the late 70s or early 80s and still have a checkerboard pair I bought a couple years back. They are trendy!

Horrible customer service. I was waiting to look for shoes for me and my son. I was asked to leave the area because I had my son in his stroller. I guess they did not want the sale. Very disappointed that they are unprofessional.

I went there to get my son a pair of shoes and it was so awful the workers would ignore me and it took us a long time to get a pair of shoes and I already knew the size and color!

Keegan that's a very good stout he was really high and he helps with everything and ask questions to see if we need to help us what we needed for him to have he was great

Waited for 20 minutes with no help, then I came back stayed another 20 minutes and still got no help. This is the absolute worst Van's store I've ever been to.

I like this place it was my first time going over there but the shoes are a lil tight to me and I'm gonn rate it 4 stars because of the tight shoe

I had never been to the Van's store till tax free weekend and my kiddos wanted to go there to buy some shoes and I got me some Van's socks too.

Best Vans store I've been too. Sale reps are always able to help, and are always on their 100% best attitiude. Great service!
