My parcel's location was at this office, i travelled 20km just to find out that the staff had no idea where my parcel is, they just denied that my parcel is in this office, no explanation were given. And. They also didn't have any knowledge of abbreviation used in parcel tracking system. Worst experience.

Very poor service, there weren't even too many people still the staff at the counter kept on doing other work and after 20-25 minutes of waiting they simply denied taking any courier saying they do-nothing take courier after 3pm.

I went for updating my Aadhaar but the department denied the service saying that they don't update aadhaar after covid.
