Some of the doctors at this clinic seem to have enjoyed their schedules as a result of the covid lockdowns. Every call /visit is preceded by a phone appt., followed by an in-person visit, I assume to bill ohip twice. It is my experience that non routine ailments are being diagnosed over call in appointments with prescriptions being written without examining patients. The receptionist for drs Ledger, Rotbard, Rignalda is nothing short of incompetent, unclear follow ups, unclear messages, multiple call backs because she does not seem to grasp how to use their systems or is incapable of gathering all the info in one call, she must have come at a discount for the clinic. The professional, friendly and competent service from the receptionist previous to this one is greatly missed. The clinic is run down, unwelcoming and downright depressing. The bathroon is filthy every time I have had to go in there. I am wondering if the doctors have given up and are trying to sell the clinic or individual practices. if they want to attract some interest , they better treat the clinic better and have more respect for the patients. I did not touch upon the ludicrous wait times since other reviewers have stated what I feel. I am contemplating moving my family to another clinic.

The wait times in this doctors office are ridiculous. If you are making an appointment, you might as well shedule it a time 1 hour before you actually need to come, because they are always an hour behind. They take on to many patients and not enough doctors. I even heard the secretary have the audacity to say they will take more patients, even though they are at maximum capacity. I have been a patient here for 10 years and I still can’t even get an appointment with my doctor, I have had to see a resident doctor (student doctor) the past two or three times. Really considering switching doctors offices because the wait times are just so bad, and I never get to actually see my doctor I have to settle for student doctors.

Reception is horrible, can never see my doctor becayse i hate dealing with the reception. I have been going here for years and i have had to go to walk ins because reception is unpleasant to deal with, they cut me off, dont listen and i recently asked where i could be pointed to find a physio or blood taken since they "never do blood" (ive had it taken here before by the nurse- i understand if its new because of covid but really? Couldnt state that?) here and "trish" i think her name was- tells me to google it and then hangs up. Thanks for your help trish.

After 15 years I've been trying to find a doctor I finally found one Dr varani amazing doctor I'm so glad that I have her I am very comfortable with her she's very nice and very good at her job the good thing about her is that she doesn't brush me off I had doctors all they did was brush the client out the door she doesn't do that it's amazing doctor I'm really happy with her if you want a good doctor that's who you look for Dr Rana verani

Have to play phone tag to book an appointment. They don't answer the phone so you have to leave a voice message for them to call you back when you are busy, then you make a phone appointment with the doctor, for the doctor to call you a week later 15 minutes late, then finally see the doctor a week after that. It's almost 2024 people. No one cares about that cold virus that was going around anymore. Get with the times.

Dr. Ringnalda has been my doctor for about 3 years now. I am so grateful to have found such a lovely caring and honest doctor. I was referred to her from my long-term boyfriend and in-laws. I could not be happier with the outcome. My family has also switched to her and is as happy as I am. Recently I have moved to London which is 2-3 hours away but she is worth the drive and hassle to get to ! I highly recommend her !

Wow! Horrible wait time calls... expect never to have an actual receptionist answer your call and wait much later for one back if any! Honestly, I love the Doctors here. Dr. Kasaam who is mine is absolutely insightful and has been helping me throughout the years. But I can never reach through! Sometimes better to email because you might get a busy dial and not be able to leave VM.

Offices are dirty and in serious need of updating. Doctors are ok (a physical is barely the minimum) and you literally can NEVER call and speak to anyone live when trying to make an appt. Have never experienced such difficulty making an apt anywhere and if and when you do get someone they are not that pleasant. They need to get themselves a system where it is easy to book an apt.

This office is a joke. the waittime to even talk to reception is disgusting. my specialists office has faxed them multiple times, left messages for them and is constantly placed on hold, even when I call. they just answer, put you on hold and never come back. 46 minutes on hold? really?? so ridiculous. you guys seriously need to consider new front desk staff!!

I’ve been seeing Doctor Ledger here since I was 8 and I’m 31 now. The doctors are great but you can barely get through to receptionist. I work in a call center where we have far more calls and work to do in the back end and I’ve never put anyone on hold upon picking up right away. They really need to update their booking system, it is severely outdated.

Dr Ringnalda has been my doctor since I was 14. Im am 54. I have always valued and trusted in Dr J Ringnalda's feedback on what ever my thoughts or concerns were . She is the only Dr I ever have had. When the time comes,for her to retire. I will be sad but also thankful.

Dr. Jennifer McDonald is an amazing person. She always takes the time to listen to you. She is thorough in every thing she does. The compassion she owns is very uplifting, I am thankful to be one of her patients. And the "Emmy" goes to JM. Thank you!

Houses some very good family physicians. The building is a it shaky and small but service quality is very good . Only downside I can think of is, its very difficult to get hold of them over the phone to book an appointment.

Dr. McDonald is always super friendly and listen's to your problems. The interior of the doctor's office is a bit sketchy but the people are good and nice, usually about 15min. behind schedule but aside from that, great!

This place is often overlooked, good diagnostics clinic. Had an appointment for an ultrasound imaging for my shoulder. It was quick and efficient didn't have to wait long. Dr. Kassam was great, explained every process.

This place is atrocious. These doctors don't know the standard dr lombardi set here. Dr mcdonald checks Google for her treatments and will never see you. Impossible to get through to anyone to book an appointment.

The clinic is not open yet for Dr. visits. Only phone diagnosis is made by family doctor. The receptionist/secretary is rude. The waiting period to book an appointment over the phone is 10- 15 minutes.

Victoria Health has served my family (and previously myself) extremely well over the years. We are lucky to have exceptional doctors available (building isn't fancy, but the care is great).

In the more than 10 years I have been with Dr. Kassam I have found her to be an amazing diagnostician and quick to refer when needed. Her demeanor is kind and thoughtful yet efficient.

HORRIBLE service and staff are so rude book appointments over the phone and when you take off from work and go there they completely denied they ever book an appointment. Worst ever.

Tech revealed the gender of our baby to my wife when she didn't want to know. How do you even mess that up? You see pregnant people all day. Not returning.

Dr. Kasaam is one of the best doctor. She is so passionate. Its been 10 years she is seeing my family. No complain. All other doctor also great.
