I have now stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, both for business and privately with family. The hosts live on-site and are really friendly and accommodating to any unique requirements. The rooms are twice the size of a typical hotel/motel room and are beautifully appointed. The rooms, hotel, and grounds are very clean and well-kept. With choices of a full cooked breakfast or a continental breakfast either in the dining room or your room this Motor Inn is a winner! Located on the outskirts of the city close to the major roads it's in a perfect location.

Made getting ready for my wedding incredibly special!! This place is wonderful. So glad I found it after searching for ages to find a hotel that could accommodate myself and my 3 bridesmaids (and not charge me for a whole extra night because I needed to get ready in the room for my afternoon wedding). It was so homey yet felt grand and romantic! Family owned and they are so lovely and helpful! Rooms are incredibly spacious - I felt like a queen! And don’t get me started on the beautiful balconies (in every room!). Great value. Can’t wait to go back! Will always have special memories there.

I was a little concerned about 'victorian-style' but it was nothng to worry about. Motel was set up really well and the rooms were very private and very big. The small private car park was very handy. Our room and the motel in general was clean and really well looked after. Spa bath worked well and the bed was probly the best motel bed ever seen. Had a really comfortable fantastic sleep. There was friendly personal service from owners that are heavily involved in and care about their business. I dont think there could be anything better than this in the price range.

Stayed in many nearby hotels in the past as we have to come down for work regularly. This Motor Inn is owned and run by such a beautiful couple that we felt like we'd made friends from the start. They gave us great recommendations for dinners as the evening restaurant is no longer operating. Breakfast on site was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here. Easy to book with and absolutely no hassle when we had to postpone. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic-spacious clean rooms with great food and service. Enclosed glass balconies on road side, high ceilings and timber fittings, glass atriums, quaint intimate dining room etc n keeping with Victorian era but with modern amenities eg secure keypad entry from private rear carpark to internal hallways, comfy beds etc. Owners are lovely and nothings a problem. 2nd time for me with business travel and would definitely return or if was visiting the area personally ie with my partner.

My family and I stayed at Victoria House last weekend. Renee was very accommodating to our big family and all of our needs with 3 little kids under the age of 2. The rooms were huge, clean and had everything we needed. Great stay at a fair price. Can't recommend Renee and Victoria House Motor Inn enough. Thank you Renee and team.

Gives three stars a bad name. Had a standard room so maybe the other rooms are better but ours had issues. Uncomfortable mattress and one was a pull out with the bar down the middle. Right on a busy road so get a room on the backside. The shower was in need of repair. Staff was friendly and helpful on check in. Again, maybe the other rooms are good but the standard felt run down.

Very clean and comfortable. This business is run by friendly and welcoming owners . We will be staying here again next time we're in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very neat and clean. Bit of an antique looking furniture but looks clean. Plenty of room. Good bathroom. Quiet enough. We were of 2 adults and 2 kids. Really enjoyed the stay. Recommended.

Wow... Just stepped back in time and stayed in a beautiful place with old world charm.. Rob (our host) was a pleasure to deal with from booking in to checking out, and even cooked us a great breakfast. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space. Would not hesitate in going back or recommending to others..

A great place to stay with the deluxe room superb. Very neat and clean and hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Our room was very quiet even though close to the main highway and furnishings very classy. A great place for retreat, romance or doing business, great value for money. Thank you hosts.

Excellent staff,friendly and inviting,beautiful place, had restaurant, Aldo pet friendly a BIG PLUS with me ad I travel with my Chihuahua's.

The whole place is decked out Victorian style, excellent food and the owners Rob and Renee make you feel at home, very pleasant atmosphere.

Their receptionist Rene is rude and don't know anything about customer service. I am never gonna go back at this motel ever.
