"No one would ever imagine that a Nigerian post office could possibly be efficient"
"Nice structure, but services needs to be upgraded, the staffs seems to be overwhelmed and therefore they may transfer some aggression to you"
"Like most government owned office"
"Nice and clean environment"
"Never been there, but i know i had to bribe someone to receive my parcels over and over again even if postage was paid already"
No one would ever imagine that a Nigerian post office could possibly be efficient. It is afterall the most visible component of a most inefficient body. But it would be unfair to paint them with the same brush. The staff at the vi post office are actually good. Very. They're computer savvy, they document things, return your change... very impressive. In fact, Thanks to the experience there, it's cheaper and more convenient to import things via eBay etc, than thru private sector shoppers like MallforAfrica! Highly recommended.
Nice structure, but services needs to be upgraded, the staffs seems to be overwhelmed and therefore they may transfer some aggression to you. You need to be patient with them and may have to explain well, and have tracking numbers of your items as they claim to have so many mails. I have been there twice now for my Google Local Guide Socks and yet I don't have it.
Like most government owned office.., a lot of money goes into structure but not in people., Yes things can get busy but it's expected., when I'm here I just expect to be delayed and bring out extra patience and smile as much as I can. in generally the whole system needs to be upgraded.
Nice and clean environment. There’s parking space. Security. Top notch services and swift and express options. Very affordable. Staff are well trained with good manners. The environment is easy to navigate as the building is well structured. The finest post office I’ve seen in Nigeria.
Never been there, but i know i had to bribe someone to receive my parcels over and over again even if postage was paid already. Change from within my brothers !
Useless people, i never get everything i order, it is always one item or more short, and the useless guy keeps asking for N500 or more.
One of the most efficient Post Office in Nigeria, used their services for a while now and they are very helpful.
Lovely construction. I got my items delivered to my office address for the first time, NIPOST is working again.
Wonderful Edifice. It's working like never before. Sent a document via EMS and it delivered the following day.
Tall beautiful edifice. Way too big for the dysfunctional Nipost. Wonder what they do there …
you will have to always bribe for your parcel, and they are always stealing valuables !
The building is very good. The customer service is a little above average
I think they need to improve on the EMS service section at the counter.
Poor service or poor customer service. They have no regards for anyone
It's usually busy, but you get attended to
