Zero stars for the guy at the counter, no customer service, tried to return a parcel for foxtel the instructions are that they provide packaging and labels as parcelpoint has provided by their website, all you need to do is dropoff. he refused to take it. i've reported him to parcelpoint & foxtel

I could give 0 star if i wanted to but there is no option available for that. The guy in the counter was very rude, can’t speak english at all. When i was about to pick up my parcel, he told me to come back after 3pm when the postman already told me you can pick it up now. Very rude

The website says open at 6:30am. Amazon had delivered my parcel to the supermarket as I was not home. I turned up at 8:20 store locked and in darkness with a sign saying back soon. I waited 25 minutes before someone came to open up. Be warned its not a click and collect

got there 10 minutes before close and the man at the counter refused service and claimed to be closed already before the store was officially closed. very unprofessional and rude. basically kicked me out before closing hours.

Worst customer service ever. I often have to collect my parcels here and I dread going there every time. Always extremely rude and unfriendly. On top of that loose parcels every time (just won’t bother to check).

DO NOT SEND OR RECEIVE PARCELS FROM HERE. Untrained staff and no receipts given for returns. Can "lose" parcels. Would play it safe and go to AusPost instead.

They've lost multiple parcels and refused to be accountable for that. Avoid this place. Store manager Lei is very rude and doesn't do his job properly.

Was able to print off some black and white A4 pages easily. Didn't charge an arm and a leg, guy was chill. I just brought a USB flash drive.
