The staff without glasses can be very unpleasant to work with. No customer services skills. prefers to talk to his colleague then look at the customer. Also carless with packages, throwing them and incompetent when it comes to ID verifications.

Great staff, always friendly and polite. Flows well when 2 tills are open but can be a long wait if only one is open and someone has lots of parcels etc.

Horribly rude staff that should never be working with the public. These people should be out of a job their behaviour was disgusting towards me
