H-ll No. What an ordeal!! Just to race you must be a member. The whole process is Very Very disorganized. The entire place is nauseating. The staff at the front are friendly. The others are not they ignore the patrons walking by not saying hello, definitely not smiling, not welcoming any of the paying Members!! Why are they all so miserable?. Victory Lane is really great for adults after a few drinks and a few races they get loud, vulgar and rowdy and its just not a kid friendly place despite the arcade and racing. Don't be fooled BY THE WEBSITE. It's a money pit. $16 burgers! $70 for pizza and wings. The arcade area is very small and it smells like gasoline. Bathrooms were filthy dirty!!! I was here for 3 hours and couldn't use the bathroom! no toilet tissue & overflowing trash cans the entire time. I even circled back 4 times. Since I paid a member fee against my will, I have to say it was NOT worth the price. I won't be eating here again. And I will not bring the kids back here it's really not for kids. Other better options: Frankies, Concord Mills go cart, Dave and Busters, Sparetime in Pineville.

The service we received from the young lady behind the counter was great, but once we entered out the doors to get the kids helmet and other gear, the great service went completely downhill. The young man that was in charge of giving out the protective gear really wasn't much help with making sure their helmets was a good fit or anything. The helmet he gave my 5 year old was too big. My 5 year old ends up hitting the wall and his helmet flew off his head.That's when another crew member went to get him a youth helmet. The food there was good, but the service in that area was just okay. I have visited another indoor karting place where the service there was exceptional!! So I'm giving only 2 stars because the service and help we received could have been much better. I would not visit this location again and wouldn't recommend.

Karts look nice, but first of all the guy at the counter stopped me mid-sentence with a sarcastic attitude every question I asked. My wife and I were just coming through town and decided to stop to eat at the grill, and said we might as well do a race… well, they have buy two get two free on Monday 11-6, so I said we’d do that. You can’t buy two and split with another person, it’s all based per person. You can’t buy yours and another persons and then get two, either. So for us to do one race would have been $70…. I opted to leave. I live near similar carts at home and the races are much more affordable. And who the hell wants to do 4 races in a row after eating? Next to nobody was here. So have fun with no customers I guess?

Had a great time there!! It was ladies day which means I paid $5 because my hubby paid full price. I also got a military discount on the license fee which was another plus. There are two tracks, blue and orange. The orange track seemed to be more cut throat and manly than the blue but I enjoyed both of them. There is no bumping allowed and they are serious about the rules. 8 out of the 10 people in the group I was in was removed from the race early because they failed to follow the rules...luckily I wasn't one of them :) The go karts are fast and are in great shape. The staff is professional friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend this spot and would come back.

I gave 5 stars. I would have given 10 if that were an option. Perfect place for a day out w/ your son. Staff was very accommodating. The carts & track were head & shoulders above the rest that we have experienced @ similar venues. Bang for the buck was very fair & worth every penny!!! Actually, my GREAT review of this place comes only after visiting what I had hoped was a similar set up in Jacksonville Fla. (Autobahn Indoor Carts) No comparison!!!!!!! We were not impressed & felt compelled to go back & leave this review in favor of Victory Lane!!! You will not leave Victor Lane disappointed!!!! Great Job!!!!!

This place is tucked back in the industrial area. Its worth going by yourself or family day out. The staff is friendly, shout out to the front desk girl from Poconos. Super nice with explanations and pleasant attitude. Thanks for taking your time with my family today. Go Karts (indoor) two tracks. The guys that run the track are nice and keep and eye on the track the entire team. They are quick to respond to a stopper or wall crasher. They are quick to explain the flags again in case you forgot. The trip to the place was worth it. Shout out to the other rider Zander who shared the track with my kid.

Well designed and very fun course with good passing room and very responsive handling Karts (can't speak for speed as this is my first time Karting). But very "average" experience overall. I received text notification to prepare and get suited up for the first race, but not the second. Also regarding the second race, my assigned Go Kart happened to be at the end of the line; they moved me to another Kart but didn't re-assign my tracking to that Kart. So I wasn't even scored for the second race, which, being a hell of a competitive person kinda burned me up.

We showed up with a small group to celebrate my friend's birthday. Unfortunately we were not able to go-kart because they were having league practice. We had plans to go axe-throwing but never made it. So my review is based solely on our experience at the bar. The food and drinks were really good! The bartender was very personable and provided prompt service. Since things went so well at the bar, that's probably the reason why we never left! Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely plan to come back to try one of the other activities.

The Victory Lane indoor Karting was a good place for our family outing. We were going to have a family race, but we were unable to due to the age differences. I totally understand that safety is their biggest concern. So our youngest son rode by himself. This was his first time riding at this place, so he was very serious. Our son made sure he had his helmet on correctly. He made sure he understood the hand signals from the employees at the racetrack. Each time around the track, he beat his previous score. We are so proud of him. Way to go, son!!

This is a blast. It is pricey; so just know that going in. We had 6 driving and there was a sale for buy 2 races get 1, and we spent about $350 for the 6 of us to do 3 races. My husband is a sports car driver, so he’s had plenty of experience driving and on road courses.. so he’s pretty good and also really enjoys it. (We did it for his birthday) They are fast, the drifting is tons of fun, and going with a bigger group was fun since we could all race each other. My younger kids love to do the arcade games and we also like the bar. ;)

The first time we went, we received no instructions or safety talks. Both tracks are slick, but we didn't know that until we got on the tracks. No information on how to figure out where to go for helmets or anything. There is a serious disconnect between information. The amount of fumes in the building is insane. I don't know how the workers deal with it. The 2nd time we went, we actually received safety instructions, and it was a much more pleasant experience. The food is ok. The wait staff in the bar area were super sweet.

go-karts here are legit. no aids, which means you can get everything you can manage. orange track is incredibly fun. all carts ran about the same, some minor handling differences but much, much, much better and equal than places like k1. did not interact with other activities, but the arcade is surprisingly large for a place like this. free water at bar, water fountains available too. will be coming back for sure

I came here for a work outing. And we had a great time. They have really good arcade games, the escape room was fun, and the food and drinks were great! Shout out to Joe, the bartender, for taking care of us and Will for helping us in the escape room. The only complaint I have is that there's nowhere to put your drink while playing the arcade games. They just need a bunch of little tables for drinks.

WHEN AND IF YOU ARE IN CHARLOTTE, NC VISIT Victory Lane Indoor Karting was an amazing family experience!!! There is so much more to do than just drive go karts. They have bowling, VR Gaming, Axe Throwing, Arcade, Food Court/Restaurants to eat, etc... There is literally something to for every member of the family. It's also a good way to pass time by thru the day its so much to do!!!

Loved this place! The sign in process was a bit lengthy but worth it. Once inside there a ton of things to keep busy while waiting for scheduled races. Food drinks and games are reasonably priced. The go carts, virtual game, and axe throwing all being in one place is great for accommodating a group with different interests while maintaining a large common space to mingle.

Just had my son's birthday party it's cheaper to do everything individually instead of going through the coordinator my son had a blast it's also a bowling alley you can reserve the lane for an hour. It's cold in the driving area pizza was good enough for the kids. They have a bar and grill. Acarde can use more games but it serves its purpose. Great place great service.

What an awesome place for our team event!!!! Had so much fun racing and using their conference room. Great catering menu as well. For the value, the service and assistance they provided was so good as well. Emily helped us out that day and we could not be more thankful. She always kept our coffee and water filled. She was great at coordinating the team building as well.

I swear this place is a hit or miss. The food and the bar is amazing let me start by saying that. The worse part about this place are those who generally work the front desk. They have no proper customer service etiquette. If you see people tell them one moment, we see you, gives us some time and we will get to you. They will literally not say a word until their ready.

We went Thurs and got buy 2 get 2. We went with a group of 10. The staff were so lovely, fun and patient. The karting itself was great - carts were maintained well. You get a helmet sock for hygiene and the board and ranking system is up to date tech. The food was actually decent too! Lovely bar staff and again, great service. 10/10 recommend and prices reasonable.

Our entire group (ages 12 to 60) had soooo much fun here!!! We raced 4 laps and had a blast! They have 2 different tracks, one slightly easier than the other, both very fun! We also played foosball and ate at the restaurant! Surprisingly everything we ordered was very fresh and tasty! I highly recommend Victory Lane for an afternoon or evening of excitement!!

Took my daughter and her best friend for her birthday ! It was the first time any of us had been there ! We all absolutely LOVED it ! We had a blast ! Especially this Mom that has a need for speed !!! Great fast karts !! Also enjoyed the arcade and restaurant ! Food and service was great from the moment we walked through the door !! Great track! Very organized... my daughters enjoyed our time there too. They have a friendly staff, decent food that is reasonably priced, awesome bartender Brooke & cook. We will be back. I enjoyed the tap beers. They also have special on Sundays & Mon thru Thu before 6 pm for racing. Great spot for a girls night, birthday party or corporate event!

I had a fun experience here for a work outing. These go carts are no joke, reaching top speeds of close to 45mph. I did get t boned four times, which is frowned upon, as your not supposed to hit each other, but just letting you know, it does hurt. I like the adrenaline and competition, though. Staff were professional and helpful.

Great establishment. Not the best I've been to (a place in Spartanburg has a better track layout and longer races) but the food is good and the staff talk and act like they know what they're doing. You get WAY better prices for more laps, so come only if you're willing to do 4 races for $55 as opposed to only 1 for $20.

It was a very fun ride ! There will be a first time registration fee $10. Each race is 8min. Single race is $20 .Double ,triple and five races are $40,$50,$55 respectively. After the race we can play hand football and throw bag for free. Neat restrooms and restaurant . Bowling and video game are also available

I went here for a team bonding event and I had a great time. The staff was incredibly nice and for go karts they were very fast. You do also have to wear a sock and a helmet. The place does have a $10 membership, which you do have to pay yearly up front. It is pricey per race, but it was well worth the fun.

My family had a great time here! Staff were great from the moment we checked in, to the others who made sure they were safe and comfortable while racing. We ate at the bar and grill and had great service, plus the food was amazing! This was our first time coming here and we will definitely be back!

My friends and I had an absolute blast for my buddies bachelor party here. They were extremely accommodating and took care of us extremely well. Great service, great staff, and oh yeah, the Go Karts are wicked fast! Fun for everyone here as they have an arcade and small escape room too! I recommend

I ended up with a few bruises after the VR game. It was fun, but I struggled to run the entire time. The smell of exhaust and gasoline was overwhelming. I just wanted to go home but stayed long enough to check out the escape room and I wasn't impressed. I would rather go to Frankie's.

The customer service was great. They answered any and all our questions we had. The blue go kart track was fun. The prices were very reasonable. They have lots of activities such as go-karts, bowling, axe throwing, arcades, vr gaming and eating. We plan to visit again in the future.

I haven't been here. But my 11 year old went for a birthday party. He had a blast. There were arcade games, the carting was a blast and staff was nice. He definitely wants to go back. I was bummed he told me they don't have 2 seaters. I would've loved to bring my 5 year old

This place was a lot of fun and I will be back, but I wasn't able to see my results for one of the races. They say to make sure you go to the kart listed under your name so this wouldn't happen, but kart #4 didn't output any results for me.

Andrew greeted us with a smile and provided plenty of information about the fun to be had...and oh what fun we had!!! We even forgot to take pics! We will be back soon! Arcade, bowling, go karting, food and a bar - how can you go wrong?!?!

My child's all time favorite place. Depending on the time of year we could be there bi-weekly to daily. Always pretty consistent. Just did her birthday party there and it was a great experience and easy to put together. Very flexible too.

This was a very fun experience. I’ve taken both my son and nephew for their birthday and they both had a ball! Highly recommend. There’s bowling, 2 racetracks, a game room, Ax throwing (have not tried yet) and a cafe to eat.

Great indoor karting with 2 tracks to choose from or try both. Good for casual and serious racers both. Great bar and food menu as well, which will surprise you. Been here 3-4 times with company groups and a few friends.

I took my son and several of his friends for his 11th birthday. It was a blast! They all did the slower track first then we moved up to the faster track! Exciting for sure! The staff was very helpful and fun.

This place was absolutely fantastic for my son's 15th birthday party. There was hardly no wait.. Staff was exceptional. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a birthday party for their son.

Best go-karts in Charlotte. They actually let you race against your friends/family... We bump and grind and they never get upset. The restaurant is good. The arcade is fun. Good place to have a family night.

I spent $400 here between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. had seven drinks they cut me off took away my races and told me to leave didn't even let me finish my food there I will never be back again

We love this place! Our son races on league night, and we've come several times to race outside of that. The karts are fantastic, the food is great, and there's a ton to do here.

Great Atmosphere and the staff is always helpful. My wife and I love having our date nights here. Always good to plan ahead on busy seasons of dates. All in all great place!
