My boyfriend and I just finished Acadia Earth at The Well and since we had a lot of time to kill before our dinner reservation, I came across Vie Nail & Beauty Salon. I had an old chipped gel manicure that I’ve been meaning to remove so this worked out perfectly. First impression of the salon was that I was welcome by the owner Vivian with a warm smile and that the salon was an elevated and clean atmosphere. She offered water for myself and I was getting settled and she also offered to my bf as he was waiting on the side for me. The employees there handled my nails with care and consideration. My nails looked amazing and The service was excellent and what I appreciate is the feeling of luxury from the ambiance and the services they provide yet the customer service felt warm and inviting. So I definitely will return again! Please ask for Vanessa as she was lovely to talk to and she did an amazing job on my manicure.

Samira saved my nails. This isn't an over-the-top exaggeration. She saved my nails. I went to a place on 12/01/23 on Queen and went to a girl that everyone told me to go to. She was nothing short of terrible. I had to deal with the aftermath damage. My nails were destroyed after they recommended "bio gel." There were even grooved drill marks after I specifically told them not to use a drill. I'm so sad we didn't take before pictures but Samira literally brought them back to life, reshaped and buffed out whatever else was leftover. Even Vivian (owner) came over at the end and she could see leftover damage. I don't think I can go to another nail salon after this. I couldn't stop thanking them. This review is purely based on corrective work, detailed cuticle maintenance, a healthy base coat and top coat. Just a regular classic manicure. I wish this place all the best success for years to come.

My friend & I got a regular mani/pedi last week. The pedicure was pretty average but the manicure is probably the worst one I've ever got. The technician was not careful enough and ended up damaging my cuticles so badly that they are still puffy & hurting after 4 days. They are all red & tender which is impacting my day to day. She was also not careful while using the nail drill bits, which were heating up quite frequently. On top on this, the place felt pricey. They seemed like a new business, still figuring out how to run the place smoothly. Hoping they invest in training more so that the technicians know how to make the experience enjoyable.

I recently visited Vie, and my experience was nothing short of fabulous. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was soothing, creating an immediate sense of relaxation. This new beauty salon at the stunning location in The Well is a much needed luxury experience in the city for a great price! Online booking system is easy, clean aesthetically pleasing salon, nice location across from Sweat and Tonjc, salon membership services offered. I got a Gel Russian Manicure, and I’m so happy with the results with high focus on cuticles, precision and clean results for a fraction of what other Russian manicure salons charge (& this is way better than all of them in city). Will be back for more services that they offer which is pretty much a one stop shop.

My technician did a great job with my manicure and pedicure but my only complaint is, I took 6 months to grow out my nails and the technician drilled my previous shellac off to the point that my nails have become so thin and have started to break out 2 weeks after going there. I hate to give a new establishment this kind of rating but I paid 200$ for Mani and Pedi and I had anticipated a longer-lasting result without compromising the health and strength of my nails.

I have not had my nails done in YEARS and this was such a wonderful experience. My nail tech was very thorough, asking if everything felt okay and if I liked my nails as she went. That was so appreciated! The vibe is great too. I got the bio gel nails and it's been a week and they look great still. I also signed up for the membership ($60 one) because it definitely gives a great bang for your buck if you want to keep up with your nails.

The prices are ridiculously high, but that makes sense since this is a "fancier" mall. You'll be spending like 200+ bucks if you want a basic gel mani pedi (NOT INCLUDING ANY DESIGNS) The owner of the salon seems to really push for a good impression but it's a bit overbearing. To the point where you feel pressured in a way. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place unless you really want to waste your money

We had a great experience at Vie.Our pedicures in the more private room for 3 were relaxing and restorative. Vivian made this a wonderful experience for us and we enjoyed chatting and laughing with each other and staff. We also enjoyed walking around The Well and the figure skating demonstration. A great afternoon!

My boyfriend and I both got the rejuvenating pedicures here and we were both very happy with the treatment! The space itself is modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing. We were lucky enough to get the separate private space to ourselves and both our technicians were thorough and meticulous.

Vivian and her team are committed to providing the best experience to their clients and preserving the health of my nails. I was also impressed by the decor, the quality of products, the level of talent. I'll be back with my mom.
