Walked in to get sone pillows for my new lounge, the first one I picked up was all dusty and yuck so I went to put it straight back but instead a young blonde staff member marched over and took it and said I’ll put it back and instead walked it back to the counter with it annoyed that she was inconvenienced and then had a little laugh about it with another girl behind the counter. Annoyed I flipped a few more pillows around the store for her and left and don’t really feel like I want to go back. Shame. Edit. After ready the owner responses to other negative experiences I definitely will never return just wow lol

I Michelle is quite a regular customer of the Vogue Homewares at Gregory Hills 2557. NSW I WAS.GREATLY INCONVENIENCE BY OWNER'S POLICIES; 1. NO REFUND AT ALL 2. NO EXCHANGED AFTER 7 DAYS. My purchase was $120.00 I had my docket and the items were not touched at all. There were nothing wrong with the items. The owner should recognise that people who do not live in the area may find it difficult to come back within 7 days for an exchange. What am I to do with these iems that do not matche my home decor and that i no longer like. nor would i gift them to anyone I know either? I will not shop there again.

I have spent a lot of money decorating my house with their items but have had a terrible experience today which will make me never go back there. The owner misguided me when I bought an item and told me that I could get a credit voucher if It didn’t fit and when I went back today because the item didn’t fit in the cabinet. When I went back today to get the voucher I was told that the voucher will only be valid for 4 weeks despite me explaining that I am going overseas tomorrow for 6 weeks. They refused to extend the validity of the voucher to 8 weeks to accommodate a regular customer!

This store has an amazing variety of unique homewards with original pieces to display in your home. Their customer service is excellent and whenever I drop by they always help me to pick the best items for my new home. My friends all compliment me on my taste and it is all thanks to the great staff. They regularly change their stock so there is always something new to explore. Definitely the best shopping experience in Sydney. Thank you for continuing to do business. I will always be your loyal customer. Happy Easter to you all.

I could spend hours ( and serious money) in there. The store is beautifully set out and full of tempting goodies. It's my new favourite place to shop for all things beautiful. I would like to add that the staff were fantastic. The owner indulged me arranging my little "house" inside her shop and made some excellent suggestions. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I recommend this beautiful store.

The store has such beautiful pieces but I went twice and of course left with something, although I will definitely not going back as the customer service is horrible! Seriously...not even a smile or any help. I prefer to look drive further than have to deal with people in a bad mood especially if I am spending my money.

This is my favourite homewares store in Sydney. The owners go out of their way to find unique items you won’t find anywhere else. Whenever I visit the staff al always dedicate the time to help me make the right choices for my house. The layout of the store is incredible too.

No customer service whatsoever, they just stand and chat to themselves, learn how to operate a business before you open one. The way they reply to negative reviews as well shows how they conduct themselves instead of taking real feedback and improving on it. Shame.

Vogue has always been a personal favourite, Anywhere from home decor to always saving me for a gift choice. The staff have always been exceptional in there service and the products have been nothing short of unique and never disappointed!

Beautiful homewares but worst customer service ever received. Spend thousands in store constantly and not once received a smile or any customer service- Never again as all items purchased now are tarnished with their horrible service !!!

I had a beautiful experience at Vogue,the owner was very welcoming and friendly. I bought some very nice cushions and will be going back to buy a few pieces for my home.Their stuff is very unique and of good quality.

I love all the staff in Vogue homewares. They are all so helpful with trying to put things together. I took a photo of my room and the owner was great at helping me. They also welcome my poodle in the store Chanel.

Such beautiful items in store Shame the staff turn you off from shopping with them again. No customer service at all, they’re too busy chatting amongst themselves to even notice when customers come in the door.
