Best service centre I have ever seen. I own V90 Cross country model. This service station shifted from Hosa road. Biggest & best international quality service centre. Customer waiting area could have little bigger. Where as parking area and other space for staff is excellent. It's located immediately after Dommasandra towards Sarjapur road. It's on the main road. You can see sweedish style of politeness of the staff & neatness. I have been a Volvo car customer since 2012. I had XC60. Having fantastic experience with Volvo service staff. They attend promptly and help you with their best efforts. Most important thing is when ever I see Volvo road accident cars near service station, I m happy to know no casualties occured in such accidents, that proves car strength and safety levels. Happy to be a Volvo customer.

This Service orientation is amazing experience. They way they explained every feature is amazing. We did not know few features and learn good features about the car. My best experience so far from any service Center. Special acknowledgment and my application to Anusha, Dharani and technician Suresh. Dharani did splendid job of explaining each and every feature in detail. He has amazing knowledge. Anusha coordinated well and Great to connect with Suresh. Overall tremendous experience. They did do great free car wash and did not even do any business pitch, when we asked they provide few details and did recommendations. My best experience so far and love to have same or even better in future.

Recently I bought a VOLVO XC60 mild hybrid version from Martial Motors and taken it for a software patch update to their Service Centre. The team is extremely courteous, professional and very interactive. They explained to me the root cause of the issue in detail and updated the patch in no time. I am using other luxury brands for quite some time and the best of the experience in terms of pre and post sales has come from Martial Motors. Their team headed by Shinoy, Anusha,Deepak,Guna and Dharani are extremely passionate about what they are doing and it is reflecting in their job also. I feel Volvo got the right dealer in Bangalore and I wish them all success.

Jan 2021. My year started off with a mishap on my drive back from Kochi when a stone chip cracked my windshield. When I contacted Guna I was immediately put at ease and by the service advisor Deepak who were both very professional and courteous assisting me throughout. In a week's time my windshield was replaced and my car back with me. I have to appreciate the team at Martial Volvo for their commitment and dedication to brand Volvo. Appreciate it. Many thanks. December 2020. As good as can be expected. Thoroughly professional and competent. It's an asset to the Volvo brand. The crew is excellent as well especially the courteous and friendly Guna.

Worst service center I have ever been to . The service staff all are pathetic...didn’t expect this from Volvo . I own an xc90 and brought here for regular service but after the service the apps and system got messed up ...whatever apps and the system was working initially stopped working . And these people sent a technician who doesn’t even know anything about Volvo car. Today it’s the same case I drove about 360 km just for the system updation and it’s been 7-8 hours and we still didn’t get our car repaired.. a service incharge called Ashok has been rude throughout ...I hope something is done right away .!

Customer treatment is not satisfactory, every staff required customer service training, a person after spending crores on the Volvo car should get a proper response atleast. One of our company owned car while delivering after service there were found a tyre marks on the seat and showroom people not accepting the cause & was unable to remove it. Later after so many escalation they have rectified, it was purely because of negligence. Parts will be imported every time, if any defects in the parts and will take more than 10-15days for delivery. So one should have backup car until your car is ready.

The best place to service your car. The Volvo martial motors advisors provide crystal clear instruction on what are the spare parts that needs to be changed, and what service is vital for the vehicle. The billing is accurate. Vehicle pick up and drop are always good. I make a point to drop the driver back to the nearest bus stop ao that he doesn't walk too much. Overall experience with martial motors is wonderful. Happy tonbe associated with Volvo. Once Volvo,life long Volvo !

First of all it is very far from the centre of Banglore almost takes 2 hours to reach. Then the person over there is very rude. After traveling 2 hours from Bangalore got a very bad response, because of their way of speaking I felt bad and i cancelled my plan to get it repaired over there. I used to get better response and service in Toyota.
