Chocolate Sin Waffle, Nutella and Kit Kat, Nutella

Such a bad experience, three four boys area just trying to make waffles and no one is serious towards work. One of the guy make waffles for twice and both time it was burnt and was kept saying give us more time. Machines are dirty and the whole shop are was messy . For one order they took 45 mints and when we ask why you guys taking so long there was one girl must be their supervisor was smartly responded that if you want we can refund your money . Really awful people Z though waffle came it was good . If you have patience you can try it otherwise lot of other shop there . I would urge upon the owner of the shop they should trained their stay take care of hygiene part as no one is wearing hair cap and the way the are behaving are really unprofessional.

Meh. Its good but not my thing. People seems to love it and I don't blame them because they do it well. Its just me who prefer savory waffles but I bought a sweet fruity one. Customer service is very good and with them its easy to choose what we want. Order time is around 5 mins. The will do a really good job on the presentation even though its in a cardboard box. Taste good. Things i would love to change? An extra scoop of ice cream, toppings should be cool/ chilled specially fruits. Otherwise its like a warm waffle _ room temperature fruits or toppings _ Really cold ice cream Anyway overall its good. People with a sweet tooth would love it.

Bad Experience! I ordered Banana Caramel Shake (which cost me 1250 rupees). They only added caramel, ice cream, and milk. No Banana. I think they forgot to include banana. As a professionals they should keep their attention on providing quality foods. And that drink is too costly. Therefore, as a customer I have higher expectation from them. I gave them 2 stars because they gave me a good Banana Caramel Shake on the previous day. Due to the recent experience I won't order from them again.

This desert corner is in the food court of the one galle face, you can find it when you walk towards the keells and it is right next to chocoholic. Ordered the following, Choco heaven belgian waffle - This is crispy waffle with a white chocolate and milk chocolate topping. IMPORTANT: THIS IS CRISP LIKE POTATO CHIPS, AVOID IF YOU LIKE THE WAFFLE LITTLE BIT SOFT.

Since this is inside the one galle face mall there is plenty of parking space

Good place, located on the lower floor(ground level) of the mall. A large selection of desserts for every taste. The staff is very friendly, the prices are average. The downside is that there is no place to eat in the establishment, and you have to take food with you. However, you can do as I did and take the elevator to the 6th floor and eat on the summer terrace of the shopping center.

Very bad customer service, they don't care for time or friendliness. treats you like you're a nuisance. the food is overpriced and way too sweet, ate from this place 4-5 times because we love waffles tried almost all of their waffles but since day one nothing has changed. went there just a few days ago and they literally left our order on the other end of the counter, and left with attitude! it was the worst experience

This Nutella KitKat waffle was LKR 1180 which can be considered as over priced. The staff was friendly but the service was sooo slow. The taste was totally not what I expected. The waffle tasted like the middle part of a hopper. It was only the KitKat that saved the day. You can try this place just for the experience but personally I do not recommend this.

Had the worst waffle for rs 900+. The chocolate Waffle was raw and tasted awful ! Don’t think even an animal will eat it. They said they will have 5 varieties of chocolate for the waffle but I needed up getting it with some chocolate ice cream and smarties . Ended up throwing the whole thing in the bin . What a rip off!!

I ordered waffles from OGF. It wasn’t mentioned that the waffle base would be chocolate .. to add it to, the photo displayed didn’t portray a chocolate waffle either. Misleading! The staff was least bothered when I enquired & when complained on their social media, they didn’t care either. Not worth the price either!

Just woooow!! I dont have words to explain for the Waffle I had. It looked so fine, i didnt want to ruin it by eating the price paid is worth it. I will go there again for sure

Got charged Rs. 910 for half a waffle and a tiny scoop of elephant House ice-cream. Was thinking the waffle would be amazing for that price but was really disappointed. Undercooked and meh.

Best waffles in Colombo. The waffles were really tasty and had a heavenly taste. And especially must say the staff is really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place ♥️
