After having a number of other plumbers either not show up or quote ridiculously high prices, thankfully we contacted Jake from WESTWORX. We needed a new hot water heater, Jake came on a Sunday afternoon with a small heater to get us through until the next day. Highly recommend Jake. He offers excellent service, arrived on time, and is extremely helpful. Refreshing to deal with a tradesman that communicates with you at every point and displayed high level of professionalism at all times. Will definitely be using WESTWORX for any future plumbing issues.

Thank you Jake, Westworx Plumbing. I originally used a company called Ferguson Plumbing who charged me $900 for a sewer blockage which wasn’t fixed. They said they needed to replace 2.5meters of pipe, etc to fix problem at a quoted cost of $12,000. I nearly passed out with shock. Called Jake, he fixed the blockage within an hour at an approx cost of $450. Can’t thank Jake enough for his expertise, honest assessment, and a job sorted and dealt with without issue.

Simply put, don't hesitate to use this business. Not saying all plumbers are bad but we've had some poor experiences in the past. From now on we'll only be using Westworx. We've had storm water issues for a while now and Jake came out to fix what was a pretty major problem that we had. I recently contacted Jake from Westworx Plumbing for a minor kitchen leak. I contacted a few other companies that quoted around the $200 mark. Jake walked me through a $5 DIY hack that was perfect for my situation. He offered to come out the day of and fix it for me if I wasn't too comfortable to do it myself.
