Time after time I have visited this location - and yet to make a review on how BAD and NASTY the staff are. Today I am finally fed up !!!46 mins hold time today. Do they have any one that actually smiles …. The telephone representative ( not going to mention this miserable individual name out of pure human nature) Was disgusted that she even answered the phone …. Not only as a owner of a business but as a consumer I feel disappointed. Yes this will be unfortunately on social media as a “ northsider” more than opinion

I am a presciber trying to call in a prescription for a patient, was told to hold 6 times over 15 min. After the 3rd time she wouldn't even say please hold. Very unprofessional. Will encourage my patients to not go to this location.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I usually have to wait 30 minutes minimum to get my prescriptions. If you go at the right time it won’t be as slow but you’re not always necessarily available at those times

Slowest pharmacy ever! Average wait time for me is 30 minutes. The staff are busting their butts but, not enough of them to get it done in a reasonable amount of time. I wish there was a better option near me.

The staff in the pharmacy are rude. Absolutely the worst customer service. They stereotype their customers. This should not be the culture at a pharmacy.

The staff is nice, but this is literally the slowest pharmacy I have ever used or heard of. I drive out of my way now to use a different location.

Nice Walgreens on the Northside. Manager Claire very friendly and professional.

Plan on a two day wait for refills if the pharmacy feels like doing their job.

Never had an issue. Staff is always efficient and friendly.
