It's almost always a long wait, and there were several times they changed my prescription and shorted me my meds. My doctor's prescription said 2 bottles, and they changed it into quantities and only gave me one bottle, last time I called my doctors office and they told me to have the pharmacist recheck the prescription, and sure enough. This time they are changing their story, first telling me the prescription says 150qty(which would equal 2 75qty bottles) and telling me they were out when they refilled and I could get the second bottle on 9/29 because they'd get more in stock then, and now they're saying it says one bottle, and made me pay and use my last refill. I'll be changing to Publix's pharmacy after this bs.

Extremely understaffed, whether in a store or calling in as per your drs request. No one answering the phone at different times of the day on different days. Covid testing n vaccines available however they don't add staff for the busy times. Poorly managed in Jacksonville-Oceanway, Arlington at Ft Caroline n the Merrill store. National number not any better, on hold for 12 minutes, 25 minutes...prices off the shelves are ridiculously high, I get or used to get prescriptions filled by them

Busy I went in today (Sunday) around 1pm. Not enough staff they were nice but just EXTREMELY slow. Came inside because the drive thru was super busy waited 30 minutes before I got prescriptions that been ready. The front desk lady was working the drive thru and the customers inside.

Said medicine was in stock and had the generic and would be ready later that evening or early next morning. Still wasn't ready at noon next day then said they didn't have generic and tried to give me name brand for over six hundred dollars. Rude people.

Need more staff. Staff needs to learn how to take In store and drive through customers evenly. We are in line too not just the people inside.

They always keep full shelves of their products an items. The clerks are efficient and never have to wait long for check out.

They are very rude and refuse to fill my medication. I will not come here again!!!!!

It's really dirty as stinky inside. Service is terrible.
