Zero stars. These people don't know what they are doing. I thought only smart people were allowed to be pharmacists. Looks like they hired randos off the street. They made me come back 3 times. My script was sent over yesterday at 5 pm. I came by at 11am and after waiting in line 30 min they told me to come back in 30 min. I come back at 12 and wait a other 30 minutes in line only to be told to wait another 45 minutes. Now it is 1 pm and I waiting another 30 minutes in line....now I'm waiting for them to figure out my insurance stuff. Do not send your prescriptions here. Go to CVS it a different Walgreens. Don't waste 3 hours begging these people to do their jobs. Go to CVS instead!!

Prescription was called in by a doctor at least 5 hours before closing; I kept checking via the app only to be told it wasn’t ready…I checked one more time at 8:45 PM and message said it was ready and the pharmacy was open until 9 PM (I was allegedly supposed to get a text saying it was ready and should have been notified, but wasn’t). I rushed there and arrived at 8:53 PM only to find the window closed and no pharmacist on site. I had switched from the Walmart Pharmacy for this prescription thinking I could get it before closing since I live closer to Walgreens than the Walmart. BIG MISTAKE! I will never have a prescription sent to this location ever again!

Since the pharmacy came under new management therre is complete disorder. Once they returned my Rx to the shelf because they said it was too expensive. I had to wait several days for them to release the medication. On a recent visit after an Urgent Care visit they refused to give me my prescribed medication for a week because they said the doctor was not responding to their request for a 90 day supply. The doctor only prescribed a 30 day supply and they refused to release the 30 day supply. This seems to be unethical on their part. Eventually they did release a 30 day supply after a week!

I had surgery this day around 12:40pm right after I was released from the hospital my mom and I headed to this Walgreens pharmacy on Coors and Montaño. My my mother speaks broken english and her first go is Spanish the staff member replied very rude my mother. If I wasn’t so groggy from surgery she would have heard my thoughts about how she spoke to my mother. The staff needs to be trained to be more culturally sensitive I don’t appreciate anyone talking to my mother the way she did. I wish I would have gotten her name. I have to say the customer service here is appalling and disgusting!

Went in at 9:50am (nearly 3 hours after opening) and see no cashiers. One guy in photo and he ducked into the back as soon as he looked up and saw someone had come in. Ok, no big deal, maybe it’s bathroom break time for everyone. I took about 5 minutes to gather what I needed…still nobody comes out. Waited at the register for another 2 while watching the photo area for the guy who ducked out…nothing, before giving up and leaving items up front. I get that Walgreens has had theft problems over the last year but what’s going on?…Did you all give up on paying customers or something?

Pharmacy is horrible. Standing around 10 mins standing in line listening to them talking about who did what!! haha ! Hello 4 people in line and 2 employees need to come around counter to look at a dog’s sweater..then 1 girl helps that person, the employee walks away n doesn’t return. okay 3 people standing here. Waiting (I wave at the girl at the drive-threw window “ ) she said we will be right with you” lady behind me said they are always like this. Finally the counter girls says all rude like I interrupted her conversation “oh how can I help “ Seriously bad service …

Stood in line at pharmacy for 10 minutes to get a Covid booster. Finally got to the front of the line at 1:27 and was told they couldn't help me because they were going on lunch break. It would have been a small thing for the pharmacy to assist in getting the shot and taking their break a little later but apparently lunch is more important than customers. I have used this pharmacy for years but their unwillingness to assist today was beyond the pale. I will be using Albertsons pharmacy going forward.

I setup a vaccine appointment to get my booster. I showed up and there was quite a line. Waited 20 minutes to get to the window. The pharmacy clerk let me knew she had to print up paperwork for me to fill out. I waited another 25 minutes without anyone getting me the paperwork. Zero sense of urgency for anyone showing up to get a prescription and over-talked with every customer there instead of being efficient with everyone’s time. I’m in disbelief of the lack of respect of anyone's time.

How dare they shame my son with his medical condition?!? He has epilepsy and has memory issues. He called in this morning to refill his meds, he didn’t understand the conversation and asked me to speak to them. The women on the line got exceptionally rude and said she didn’t know why she had to have the same conversation twice. After I asked her to tell me what the issue with the meds was, she hung up. Unbelievable! We’ve used this location for years and it’s never been this bad.

Over the past year the Pharmacy service has been terrible. Today I waited on hold for the pharmacy for over 2 hours. Finally when it was my turn in line someone picked up the line then hung up. I understand that there is employee shortage but I just don’t understand the employee rudeness. Walgreens pharmacy used to be top notch but unfortunately it’s become horrible. I will be moving my service to CVS. Which I read on the Neighborhood app has much better customer service.

Pharmacy text to say my prescription was ready. After waiting just under 30 minutes at the drive up, then they told me I had to wait another 15 minutes. Which meant I had to go in after waiting almost a half hour in line for my Prescription. The time before this, my doctor gave me a prescription, for my high blood pressure. The Doctor prescribed one pill twice a day, and the pharmacist sent it back to me saying take two pills once a day. Very unprofessional and dangerous.

I’m shocked at their behavior. I had been sitting in line 15-20 minutes before they closed and as soon as soon as I pulled up they closed everything down. It was 7:02. You guys really can’t finish the line? There was one person behind me. We came in the allotted time. How can you say l, as medical professionals that you advocate for your patients? I’m really disappointed with this. Obviously they hired pharmacist that don’t care about patient care. ZERO STARS!!!!!

I've been using this Walgreens for over 10 years. They used to be so helpful and their customer service was always with a smile. The Pharmacist was knowledgeable. Lately, it's been a nightmare. They tell me my prescriptions are ready..I get there and they are not. They never seem to have my prescriptions even tho the medical providers office has a fax showing they did receive it. Some of the people they hire are beyond rude and condenseing.

Monday I was advised two prescriptions were ready. I stood in line 15 minutes. Pharmacist tells me she could not fill both prescriptions and she would order for next day. Next day I get a message my prescriptions are ready. I wait in line again. 15 minutes later pharmacist tells me she can’t locate my prescriptions. I absolutely HATE Walgreens and typically use Express scripts.

Still the worst, this always happens I called in my order they give a day when it will be ready so you go out of your way to pick it up and waste gas only for them to say it's not ready and say you can pick it up tomorrow it's like telling them I have no other option I guess I can waste my 5ime and gas again , they need to get rid of everyone there he'll they should just close.

Walgreens pharmacy has been my pharmacy for years. But lately it takes up to 30min to get ahold of them to fill a prescription. Its almost like they are trying to Dodge calls. I understand COVID has hurt us all but if I need to fill a prescription I need to fill a prescription. I shouldn't have to drive to the pharmacy just to get it done

The pharmacy is completely overwhelmed and has a hard time managing prescriptions. I’ve had issues with their online system, and it was always a crapshoot if my refill actually went through. Had to call multiple times to make sure the prescription was filled. I switched to the CVS across the street and haven’t had any more problems.

I used to like Walgreens specially for curbside pick up but ever since the app changed it’s awful. The specials don’t go through forget about receiving your cash back! I gave it few chances but even at the store when the specials are there in the shelves of the Products I ended up being charged full price when it was a bogo deal.

If I could give negative stars I would. I waited in the drive through line for an hour and half for a Covid test and to pick up (2) prescriptions . They could find my (2) prescriptions and told me to wait back in the line after I had already waited an hour and half…. Crazy…. I will no longer use Walgreens. This is ridiculous..

Like the weren't slow enough before now they are trying to sign people up for credit cards at the register. Everything is locked up, you need assistance with all of it and there is nobody to assist because they are signing someone up for a credit card. I will not use this walgreens again. They have awful customer service.

They wouldn't let me use thier bathroom. I had an emergency and the manager straight up told me no. Never shopping at walgreens again. I would have happily purchased something too if they required it. I'm not a junkie. I had a serious need. And they denied me. They are overpriced anyway.

Every time I go to this pharmacy there is an issue with getting my medication. It’s never on time with days of calling ahead. They make me call the doctor to request the renewal myself. Once upon a time people did their jobs. It’s worth the drive to go to a different pharmacy!

Pharmacy gave conflicting information about Rx, still could not full prescription for operation-aftercare medications within 24 hours, cited being "short-staffed". I won't be able to trust this pharmacy for prescription needs moving forward, unfortunately.

Wished I would have looked at the reviews before coming here. Wait time is absolutely atrocious. Made an appointment and still waited an hour. Pharmacist attitude absolutely sucks. Cvs is across the street though so I definitely am not coming here again.

Pharmacy is horrid at this location. Unfortunately CVS lost contract with my insurance so I had to go back to Walgreens and it's been a nightmare. It's like they don't even want to deal with you. Definitely going to look for a different place

Even though there are a couple Walgreens closer to home, we always have our scripts filled here. Everyone behind the counter is friendly and happy to help. Always felt taken care of and they deserve some recognition!

I have found the staff to be excellent, bending over backwards to fill my prescriptions. All the staff are exceptional! I am not moving from this specific Walgreens!

Horrible customer service! No one answers the phone and if they do the hang up. The pharmacy never has the Rx on hand and must wait for over 2weeks. It's HORRIBLE!
