I think 1 Star is being way too generous for a business that lack customer service! I waited for a prescription to be filled that was sent over hours prior to me arriving. They didn’t bother giving me an option to leave or wait…instead they made the executive decision for me by lying to me & said the wait is only a couple of minutes. Where I’m from a couple is usually considered 2 not 45!!! After I kept prying to see how much longer it was going to take for the prescription to be filled and lied to again finally it was “ready” & it was time for me to pay. After I paid my money for the medicine I was then told to wait a few more minutes for them to mix one of the medications! Like come on!!! No one apologized for the wait or said thanks for waiting patiently…NOTHING! Like this is the norm!!!! I surely hope those who need their medication quicker don’t have these kinda problems. But then again judging by the reviews online and the other irate patients in the waiting area with me this is an ongoing issue that seems like it will NEVER be resolved! Sad that I have to travel out of my community to get treated decently. I strongly recommend that everyone else who have a issue with this location do the same. Eventually change WILL happen.

The women in the pharmacy are borderline incompetent. I received a call that my prescription was ready for pickup, when I arrived the woman at the window said I have two prescriptions and that they would be ready in approximately an hour and a half. I returned almost three hours later for her to tell me it’s almost done and take a seat. When I’m called up she hands me one prescription, when I mention there’s two, she says “no just one”. I remind her she told me I had two prescriptions to pick up earlier and even told me the price of payment, she constantly tells me there’s only one. This was about a week ago, today I’m receiving calls and emails saying my prescription is ready for pickup, the SAME prescription that I was attempting to pick up. No this was NOT a new prescription submitted by my doctor. Safe to say I’ve already requested my dr transfer my prescriptions to the CVS around the corner. If you can avoid this Walgreens for the pharmacy alone, do so at all costs.

Not only is the staff (suequiesha) is rude and unprofessional, she also do not have customer service skills and should really think of changing professions. I have a very sick child and his doctor e-script his order 2 hours before I arrived to the pharmacy, I was told by (suequeisha) that my child did not have any insurance, which was inaccurate, and that I would have to pay 65 dollars out of pocket for a prescription that he desperately needed at the time.Not only did she talk over me but she repeatedly said that my child did not have insurance and that I had to pay in order to get my child medication. Instead of doing her JOB she decided to walk away from the drive thru window. If she do not like her job, I am pretty sure someone would gladly take her place! I asked to speak to a manager and explained to her that I will be in contact with their corporate office.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Walgreens. The Pharmacy section at this Walgreens is the absolute worse, the line was so long that it started to form down another aisle disrupting other shoppers experience. Upon dropping off a prescription and being told it would be 3 Hours before it was processed and or ready for pick up, I called and was left on hold with an automatic recording for 30 minutes no one ever picked up. I then decided to just make the journey back up to the Walgreens only to find that there wasn’t even any customers around, so I’m trying to understand why no one picked up the phone and was left to listen to a recording for 30 minutes. And to add insult the injury the cashier along with the pharmtech had a very curt and nasty attitude. I will be looking to get my prescriptions filled with another pharmacist in the neighborhood as I refuse to patronize this Walgreens on 11 E. 75th Street.

Ordered pictures online. I arrived 3.5 hours after the time it was quoted that they'd be ready. Of course they hadn't started printing them. Instead of it being a pick-up, I had to wait 15 minutes. I also attempted to purchase a picture album. ALL of the frames and albums were in the wrong place. When I inquired with the manager, Alexis, she did mark it down but picked a random number instead of honoring the price where the albums were sitting. In all of the chaos, I sat my sunglasses down by the register. After a few minutes of searching, I finally asked the cashier and he had placed them behind his register. I couldn't help but wonder if he was planning to gift them to his mom or sister because I don't know how he didn't see them in my hands the entire time I was standing in front of him waiting for him to print my pictures. But these kids nowadays don't pay attention to much if it's not on a screen.

Literally worse pharmacy in Chicago , literally anytime I’ve ever needed meds for me or my kids they on LUNCH break & it’ll take a few hours or come back ! Noooo smh ‍♀️ it can be 3pm 5pm 9pm idc, The phamrcist is on LUNCH & etc… and when you say! …Ill will wait.!?!? Oh! Well it can be longer than a 1hr ? what happened to the 15-20 tops if you WAIT???, all they do is laugh and talk about customers and unnecessary things . But don’t have time to prepare ppl meds . It’s sad because ppl come here actually very sick & need their meds asap , 75th & State don’t care! Please use another pharmacy, I use to go to the Walgreens pharmacy on 55th & just switcher back , I’ll take that ride , at least , I’ll get my meds in a good amount of time& they are more professional, and every hour ! They ain’t on a lunch break .

Lack of professionalism with service in pharmacy. Please fully train the attendees at the main pick up counter. If I receive a message, text and voice mail all in the same day and then get there for you to state the order didn't exist. To sit in my car,call and the tech that answers the phone can see the order. To then tell me 3 hours after the order was sent from. Doc office that you don't have all requested items Then the tech states over phone that they could send the order to another desired walgreens, i agree to that requested and provide where. I still had to call them, switch it over myself, that tech tells me they never received a call to then wait an additional 3 plus hours at that location. WALGREENS DO BETTER!! , it's way too many urgent care centers that can have on premise pharmacy networks

They never answer the phone. On several occasions I have waited on hold without speaking to anyone and then been hung up on. They don’t actually fill prescriptions even when you get text alerts saying they’re ready for pick up. They refused to update my insurance information on file or to print a prescription out for me so I could take it to another pharmacy. Another time they told me I was paying the discounted insurance price when I was actually paying full price out of pocket for meds. So many problems with this awful Walgreens. They do not care that they have a responsibility to help people access medication. I am asking my doctor to transfer my prescription because this place is so bad.

Manager (Miguel) middle-aged African American gentleman 6'3 160 lbs bald...a very rude and unprofessional, the man wasn't helpful at all he talked too me as if I was no one, simply asked if they had any shoelaces he replied aisle 7. What I couldn't understand was why was the floors being waxed while customers continue to enter the store and the aisles courted off where the item that I was looking for..he said too me that I couldn't walk on the floor. Which in fact I knew that it's just the tone he use that made feel very uncomfortable too ever visit that store again. just simply rude condescending and facetious! The store gotten a makeover yet the people didn't!

Here for a booster shot appointment. Appointment was at 5:30 pm on 12/30. Already a queue of people waiting ahead of me when I get here, on time, with one person processing, and that same person giving the shots. What's the point of requesting folks to make an appointment, if it's not going to be honored? It's like this is the first time this location is giving out vaccines, and they have no idea what to do. I strongly suggest you do NOT visit this location to get your vaccine/booster unless you absolutely have to, as I didn't get the shot (by a rookie no less), until 6:30. Very trash location

IF I could rate this Walgreen's a Zero I would this is the most nastiest ass Walgreen's by far for the last two years I don't know where the hell the other staff went but their replacements needs help. Their Rude , uptight , slow as hell and disrespectful to people that ain't even giving them the reason to be. I have been using this Walgreens a couple years since I have moved. This Pharmacy is managed very poorly. You wait 30 to 40 minutes in the drive thru. They also are frequently under staffed. The last time I needed a refill they said they needed a prior authorization form. My mom waited in pain for 2 days. They first said they didn't have her medicine. Then they said they needed a form completed. They never even called to say there would be a delay. When the Pharmacist was called she had a bad attitude. This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been too.

I'm a big believer in positive feedback when warranted, and I don't usually leave negative reviews. But my experiences with this Walgreens today were spectacularly terrible as a prescriber. I ended up calling a different pharmacy to get my patient the meds she needed urgently because I had waited on hold over 45 min on 3 separate occasions only to be hung up on by an automated machine. The one time I did get ahold of a human, she rudely told me to leave a message and she'd get to it, then instead of sending me to voicemail, hung up. Avoid this place.

I've been going here for years and I've been able to tolerate this location for the most part. Recently, it's been a nightmare to get my prescription and my nurse has left me messages stating my prescription is ready. But when I try to reach a representative (because I'm not going to drive there for someone to tell me it's not ready) I'm placed on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time and the one lady I spoke to had an attitude. Today, I was just on hold for 30 minutes and hung up on. If I were yall I'd pick a different location.

How many managers does it take to print off a poster ? The answer is 3… this place is terrible. My poster wasn’t printed on time, then I had to pay just to be told they didn’t t have my size I wanted. Got a refund then sat for 30 minutes waiting for the 2 managers in store to play the blame game on why the printers broken then to call another manager on the phone to ask her what’s going on. Never again mmmmmmhmmmmm

I had my prescriptins filled today and just called your store to ask a question about WHY the prescription took 2 hours to fill only for me to open it and find a small vile, the size of my thumb. And when I asked to talk to a manager or supervisor on duty the woman got rude and put me on hold again. I got put on hold AGAIN in pharmacy just not have my questions answered. You can actually kill someone by giving them the wrong dosage. And the fact that no one has an answer is really telling.

This bad of service would never fly in a white neighborhood!! There is no way walgreens would have this bad of service in a white neighborhood. This is literalllllllllly the very worse walgreens in America! Always a looooooooooooooong line, they shut down the drive through for no reason when its supposed to be 24 hour, their system texts you and says your medicine is ready then after you forever in line you get up front and your perscription isn't even filled! Screw this place!

This Walgreens has to be the absolute worst. This store was looted during 2020, it took them forever to reopen it. Now it is very poorly stocked, the checkout lines are always long, and some of the cashiers have the worst attitudes. Too bad this don't allow me to give them -negative stars!! I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that the only thing keeping this Walgreens open is the pharmacy/clinic, and possibly the drinking alcohol, (that seems to be well stocked)!!!

The Worst pharmacy ....I have been to in my life..I put my prescription in at 4:15p and was told by the pharmacist that it would be 15-20min..it has now been an hour with no sorry about your wait..they don't even make eye contact with you and the pharmacist who took the prescription has now left for the day I advise no one to ever come to this pharmacy....I will never return...this is not a place for customers who are looking for fast friendly customer service.

The worst Walgreens ever. I come here every month to drop my son medication off they always say it will be ready at 3:30 so I allow them 3 extra hrs before I go pick it up. Wen I come to pick up the medication the young ladies at the front are very rude and disrespectful. This store is the dirtiest and slowest one I've ever been to, here's a picture of their soda cooler RIGHT BY THE REGISTERS. Absolutely disgusting, you would think that if their employees move this slow that they would make sure it's clean where you have to wait in line. Needless to say I won't be back. My buddy sent me the picture of them cleaning it. That was after the other photo had over 5k views.

This pharmacy is ridiculous!! I dropped off at 6:30pm, pick up time giving was 7:54.. I return at 8pm and was told to come back at 9:30pm.. I had no choice but to wait because my friend had surgery the day before and had no pain pills.. Go to CVS like I suggested to her before all this happened. People are coming in the door saying they hate this pharmacy. The wait is unreal

This Walgreens was finally renovated! For a long time they filled pharmacy orders from a TENT! I decided I will not be humiliated and had my prescriptions filled elsewhere. I did not loot and was very offended that the Walgreens in my neighborhood was shut down the longest. It felt like they were making our neighborhood pay because the people who looted share my complexion.

Two days later I received an email and call saying my prescription was ready and if I didnt puck it up they would call back in a couple of days. I waited another day to make sure it wasnt another wasted trip. The prescription was ready.

Pharmacy takes to long to fill prescriptions. Sometimes the check out line takes forever, but the staff is always friendly. Photo is okay. I wish they would get rid of the panhandlers at their entrance.
