PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS WALGREENS WILL SWITCH UP MEDICATION MANUFACTURE WITHOUT YOU KNOWING IT! THIS HAS BEEN MY WALGREENS FOR A VERY LONG TIME, THE SERVICE WAS ALWAYS OUTSTANDING. HOWEVER I NOTICED MY MEDICATION FOR BLOOD PRESSURE LOOK DIFFERENT AND IVE BEEN TAKING THE SAME BLOOD PRESSURE FOR AS MANY YEARS AS IVE BEEN A CONSUMER. HOWVER RECENTLY THERE HAS BEEN SIME CHANGES AT THIS STORE BRANT WHI SAYS HE IS THE STORE MANAGER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE NON EMPATHATIC PHARMACIST MICHELLE WHO DIDNT TEAM TO CARE WHEN I ADVISED HER I WASNT SURE RATHER TO TAKE THE MEDICATION THEY SWITCHED WITHOUT ADVISING, BECAUSE I HAD BEEN TAKING THIS SAME MEDICATION FOR THE LONGER WITH SAME MANUFACTURE. THIS STORE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND THE MANAGER WAS ADVISED I WILL BE LEAVING WALGREENS AND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE, BRANT STATED PRETTY MUCH....DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO. WALGREENS YOUVE JUST LOST WHAT ONCE WAS A GREAT CUSTOMER! SO GOOD LOOK TO YOUR STORE AT GEORGETOWN AND 56TH ST IN INDIANAPOLIS INDIANA. IM GOING ELSEWHERE AND WILL BE HAVING MY PRESCRIPTION TRANSFERRED OVER IMMDEDIATELY!!!

The pharmacy. Is slow as a sloth or snail. After receiving liposuction and skin removal I went to this pharmacy to pick up my medication for my excruciating pain. I went to the pharmacy drive through, I was told I needed to wait 30 minutes, parked came back through drive through in 30 minutes. Faith told me I needed to wait another 30 minutes I asked her for what reason because I was just told to wait 30 minutes previously. She hold me to wait and walked off, came back and said I needed to pay out of pocket for my meds because my insurance did not cover them. I have her the cash for the payments, she then ask for my id. I get a bag & receipt pull off. Then before leaving the parking lot I checked the bag and only 1 of 3 prescriptions were in the bag. I became upset because now after lipo and skin removal I had to go into the pharmacy. Thankfully for Jackie the store manager I got the rest of my prescription. Faith said she did not give me my other 2 prescriptions because my insurance did not cover it. Faith was rude, inconsiderate, and has no respect for the customers.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is always so conveniently temporarily closed . Then on top of that you can’t get anyone to answer. Even though Googles live prediction of how busy they usually are at this time is considerably low. Still your put on hold and although they say there is only 1 ahead of you, still 20 min pass and there you wait. Still pulling your hair out listening to the recording that their staff is STILL answering other calls and a even more annoying apology for keeping you waiting. I swear it’s enough to go completely in raged with anger !!!!

I am very appreciative of the excellent customer service Spencer at the pharmacy has provided me. He's assisted several times in person and on the phone. He is very patient and helpful especially when I had questions. There was also a pharmacy tech named Flora who went out of her way to assist me in finding an alternative medicine over the counter since my insurance did not cover the medication. Thank you for the excellent customer service you have provided me. Keep up the good work!

I ordered one regular page to be printed black and white, one sided, at 10am, it said estimated to be picked up by 10:30, called about 2p and asked if/when it would be ready and they gave no explanation and just told me probably about 5p that evening. Finally just got an email the NEXT DAY at 1:30p that my order was ready. Safe to say I ordered it to be printed elsewhere and was able to pickup yesterday when I needed it. No idea why it took them over 24hrs to print the one page.

It took 8 times in two days cause of issues with my boyfriend medicine before he got it. Mine they wouldn't fill cause my insurance. Tried to transfer it and they won't pick up the phone so it can be transferred, its been 3 days now and still no medicine. On top it all the lady running the drive thru gave me attitude and told me to come in and do her job. I Probably could of done a better job then her. Poor service, will never go back

Been going to this Walgreens for almost 3 years now that my daughter is 2 half year old gonna be 3 they are the nice people ever they are so sweet and loveable and humble phamacry they know me as and my daughter will love how Aarron is so sweet down to how we met in the winter time just don't ever change your staff Walgreens your prices and your Walgreens card is amazing and the people too

Really upset I had to leave CVS.. So Im stuck with Walgreen's. I come to fill my son prescription (that he needs) and she tells me that she can't fill it until the next day because of 2 day rule .. Talk about mad... I have to drive all the way back over here for one day They closed the other Walgreen's by my house .. I WANT MY CVS BACK!!! signed stuck.. Smh

This particular Walgreens Pharmacy is "PRICE GOUGING" !!! I went to pickup my 30 day supply of diabetic medication my copays is for this particular medication us $40. I received what Walgreens pharmacy had on hand 5 day supply. When I went to pick up the remaining 25 they wanted $40 saying it was 2 prescription.I don't recommend this Walgreens ever never.

I just left this location and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The young lady at the checkout d counter was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about her job. I will definitely shop at this Walgreens location quite often thank you for the awesome customer service experience!

Horrible customer service from the managers too the associates. Whom ever the store manager is needs to clean house, because the people working with the customers are making this store look really bad. I will never do business at this location again and would not recommend anyone else to.

This was pharmacy tends to be slow but that is due to no fault of their own. Everywhere currently is dealing with short staff issues. The last few times I have gone I have been helped by Faith and she is so kind and efficient! I thank her for all her hard work during these hard times!

I love this pharmacy! Every employee from behind the pharmacy counter all the way to the front of the store has been wonderful-friendly, helpful and kind! I’m so glad to live around the corner from this particular Walgreens. Feels like an independent store, not a chain!

To clarify, they are not temporarily closed as an entire store. The pharmacy does temporarily close and close early though. So U shld call b4 dropping off a script or having one sent.. but the store IS open. 4 stars bc of the closed pharmacy and high prices …

The staff is friendly but after 4 times messing up the automated refill order and promising me that it would never happen again, I am taking my business elsewhere. I am having to scramble because I am completely out of meds. They did not even try to fix it.

The cashier was incredibly rude for no reason. She was only working at the photo section, not the regular cash register. I’m recovering from surgery and still somewhat out of it and she was not helpful when I didn’t know where to go, just incredibly rude.

The parking lot and sidewalk along the wall of the building are always covered in garbage. Also their website advertises that they take passport photos, but going in for these was a waste of time, as the person working there said that they do not.

Awful. Always takes extremely long time to get prescriptions, more than once the drive through "closed" while we were still in line, well before actual closing time (had to go into the store and start again back at the end of the line.

Beware: The pharmacy sometimes closes without notice due to staff shortages. If you need a prescription fast, be sure that the pharmacy at this location is open!

The pharmacy are too slow on filling orders and lie to the customers about they didn't get the order but the doctor office said they did see the order in …

So frustrated with the pharmacy and their hours. Close in the middle of the day for lunch and close too early. Always regret sending my prescriptions here.

I waited on the phone for 20 minutes I had to call the store manager to get a hold of the pharmacy. Anytime I call it's at least 10 minutes wait on hold.

I LOVE Walgreen. prices are amazing. I never wait long, it's clean, customer service is an A! And I love when they say " Thank you, be well. "
