Shona is absolutely incredible. I'm a business owner and constantly standing or hunched over for my job and I woke up at 3:00am in excruciating pain, I could barely move my neck and back. I was in tears of agony. The next day I called every apupuncture, chiropractor ect... All of them couldn't take me in. Shona was so understanding and took my case very seriously and stayed back way past her opening hours for me! As soon as I walked in I loved the energy and I knew I was in good hands when she started explaining the process. We shared a couple of laughs and knowledge and it was so calming. She took so much time in assessing my back and neck to give me the best treatment. I came from someone who could barely move my neck past an inch both sides or up and down, needing people to hold me while I would sit or get in a car ect... To being able to move my back more and my neck. She gave me an amazing healing pouch thing on my back to help and you can actually feel it working! I have now made a commitment to see her every fortnight. I was suffering from shooting pains in my upper back which were surfacing quite painfully on my skin. Shona applied a few different massage techniques and some pretty serious cupping and totally fixed the problem. I've still got some awesome cup marks on my back! She clearly knows exactly what she's doing, and doesn't muck around. She has a great deal of experience, and also manages to keep up with the latest research in both Western and Eastern medicine. 10 / 10.
