Came here after felt disappointed by a 4+ ranked laundry shop. Love this place. Clean and big and everything is clear. I was confused about how to start the machines. A man helped me out. Saw many people was confused standing in front of the dryer and many of them put coins into the wrong machine. So, the only advice is to add more English instruction the it would be perfect. And, you need to prepare a lot of coins because there is no exchange machine OR exchange from the machine

Some part was my bad to not read properly, I put 20€ and I called the number of the token machine and they say explicitly that they won't answer if I got more tokens that I should . I did this very human mistake, and people shouldn't be punished for this. Please fix your hotline. I spoke to the person in charge and he won't help either. Please if you are in charge of this business, contact me I would like to have my money back.

Not a bad launderette and they have wash powder in a vending machine, which is handy. Beware the token system though, I mistook the machine as giving change, when it just gives you a load of tokens for the full value note you put in. Wasted a €20 on a single wash... And they won't change the tokens back after an honest mistake. Ridiculously, the dryers don't take the tokens, so couldn't even use them there. Expensive mistake

Expensive and slow. This is one of the worst laundromats I have been to in Brussels. First—it is very expensive compare to other laundromats in the city. I had to dry two towels, and it cost €4. Crazy expensive. And it took a long time. Lastly, I have been here twice, and both times it smelt horrible—like someone had pooped in the laundromat and they had cleaned it, but the smell was still there. I will not go back.

Very convenient place to do laundry. I appreciated everything was in English even if didn't fully understand what all the types of wash programs meant. Felt like it was very reasonable to do two loads of wash and one large dryer load for €16 and would recommend to anyone who is need of a laundromat. The place also provides tokens for the wash and change for dryer.

This is located in the centre and is very convenient. The cost was approximately just under 4 euros and then an additional 50 cents for using the dryer. The machines took a total of about 40 minutes, so not bad at all! Bear in mind that there were no English instructions and you need to put your money into a machine (doesn't give change) to buy the token.

Exactly what we were looking for and right in the city center. Extremely easy to use (even though we don't speak the language). We had a relatively small load that cost less than €8 to wash and dry. 35 min to wash. 24 min to dry. €4,10 for the washer (token from machine) €1,50 for the detergent (vending machine) €2,00 for the dryer (24 minutes)

The staff was very rude and unwelcoming. The vending machine for the fabric soap and detergent only takes 5 cent coins. None of the signs or instructions of use, are in English. For the dryer you have to pay half a euro for 5 minutes and you have to use it for minimum for 30 minutes to get your clothes mostly dry. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  • Venkatesh Kanchan

Note that the dryers take actual euro coins so don't end up buying tokens for it like I did. Also remember to take the correct amount in coins or just the right currency note for tokens. For eg putting in a 10 euro note will dispense 2 tokens plus 1.80 change. Hence for 1 token, use a 5 euro note or 4.10 in coins.

Easy to use. Wanted to leave a comment so you don't waste time looking for change before going. If you feed the token machine a 5 note you can get either change or a token and change. A 10 or 20 will automatically give you tokens so watch out. Dryers will take 50 cent or 1 euro coins. Left is top; right is bottom.

Reliable, reasonably clean, keep coming back. Few pubs around to grab a quick one while waiting for your clothes to be done. Really love the huge ironing device. Pop in 0.5 E, watch it warm up and...a minute later your sheets come out looking like they never looked before. Do it!

Very expensive - I put 10 euro in the coin machine and got 2 tokens, even though I only needed one, and they don’t give you money back for unused tokens. The dryer ate my only 1 euro coin and the return button was broken. There wasn’t even anyone here I could ask to reimburse me.

  • Heidi Hall

Easy to find, easy to use, roomy and clean. 4.10£ for a token to wash (apx 45 min) 1.80£ for detergent. Half a euro to dry. All machines easy to understand for non-natives. Token and detergent machines gave and converted change. No public toilet to use.

  • Gemma Urquiza

Decent, compared to Spain and Portugal the washers don’t automatically include detergent so need to buy that separately. Have change, read machine carefully otherwise you’ll be stuck with extra tokens and the guy that supervises is rude and not helpful.

  • Ryan Bishop

Had to do laundry here after another close by one was booked up. Process was confusing, machines ate my coins, and I ended up going home with a bag full of mostly damp clothes. No one was on site and no working phone numbers provided. Go anywhere else.

  • Nick S

Quite convenient! Costs about 3.5 euro to wash, then .5 euro/3min to dry (took 15 min for my load with 2 pair of jeans and other items). The washers use tokens but the dryers just use 1 and .50 euro coins. There is a change machine on site.

Great laundromat. Clean, plenty of machines, easy to use. Cheap wash newer clean machines. Easy for a person that doesn't speak the language. Will return every time I'm in town and and need to do a wash. Prewash and wash takes 46 mins.

  • Molly L. W.

Great place to get laundry done however really confusing if you don't speak French or Dutch. No staff on site. Be careful not to buy more tokens then you need. The tokens care only be used by the washers. The dryers take euro coins.

  • Vasil Kolev

The place closed 15min before 22:00. Now my clothes are stuck inside.. Btw the washing machines at Wasbar are much better and washing liquid is for free. I don’t think i will ever come back here again.

  • Alexandra Soares

It could be a good place, bu the machine sometimes keeps your coins and does not give you change nor the coins back. I used to be a regular costumer but I will never come back here again!!!

  • Lument

Good laundromat. Clean and with decent prices. All machines worked well and were easy to understand even for foreigners. Make sure to push well the lid on the detergents machine.

  • Michael Njuguna

I am not a French nor Dutch speaker and was visiting Brussels for 2 days and managed to use this laundromat. Was easy, quick and efficient. Would recommend it any day

  • Michael Hetzel

This place definitely has what you'll need. However, it was a little dirty and lacked some directions for certain tasks. Other than that it does as advertised.

  • Anya TS

We used this laundromat on our vacation and it worked out perfectly. Plus there is a great pastry shop around the corner

  • Maricel Cunanan

I had my 20 euro bill changed for coins but the machine instead, gave me 4 jetons for wash! Please fix your machine!

  • hana daryanavard

The dryer is really bad. I put my clothes in for 20 mins at the highest setting and my clothes were still damp.

  • Allen Smith

Machines work well. Watch out for the token machine that gives more tokens for bigger notes rather than change.

  • Alexey Kobzunenko

Change machine took my money and no one to contact to help. Worst experience ever will never come here again!

  • Emerson Luiz

Take care of the f*** dispensing machine that gets your money but don't deliver. Get soap somewhere else!!!

  • Daniel Cotrim

Strongly recommended! Machines and prices are really good and clothes were super clean and smooth.
