"Edit: moving from 2 stars to 3 stars because owner took the time to reply!! Tip, give them a call and they'll help you! I can't call because I don't have a European sim card that was working in Brussels! Original review: Ouf"
"The price for a token is 4"
"This one is decent and best option near my place"
"It's a good place to do laundry, but it's not for visitors since there isn't a single word in English (or other language there) in the signs so it's quite difficult to know that you need to buy "laundry coins" to be able to use the washing machine but you need actual coins to use the dryers"
"Het is er netjes en de machines zijn proper"
Edit: moving from 2 stars to 3 stars because owner took the time to reply!! Tip, give them a call and they'll help you! I can't call because I don't have a European sim card that was working in Brussels! Original review: Ouf... March 18, don't go here unless you have your own detergent! The vending machine has been broken into. We were super blessed to have a local give us some! Tip: some dryers don't really work, check how warm it is after a run, we wasted a couple euros on one dryer having it do nothing (see photo of the one not to use!) In total, we spent $9 euros for a load of laundry and most items mostly dried (decided to bring the rest back to hang dry in our hostel) so it was a meh experience! The music was nice! Wish there was wifi like other laundromats we've been to.
The price for a token is 4.30euro for 9kg machine wash. For drying it's 0.50euro for 5mins and 1euro for 10mins I guess. Everything is self-service. There is a vending machine for washing powder as well and a vending machine for soft drinks.. It takes approx an hour for the entire process. Get the token first, find an empty machine, feed your clothes and start your wash. There will be timer on the machine that will tell you how much time is left for the wash. Once the wash is done you can take your clothes for drying. Baskets are also available to carry your clothes from wash to the dryer.
This one is decent and best option near my place. Takes less time to heat and dry my cloths. More machines compared to near by wash machine stores. Have options to buy detergent incase if you forgot. These washing machine accepts only Jetons that you need to buy in the wash club. 1 Jeton cost 5€. For 9kg you have to put 1 Jeton. For 18kg(big machine) you have to put 2 Jetons. To dry the clothes, for 4 minutes it costs 50cents. Make sure to bring change(coins or cash) instead of debit or credit card.
It's a good place to do laundry, but it's not for visitors since there isn't a single word in English (or other language there) in the signs so it's quite difficult to know that you need to buy "laundry coins" to be able to use the washing machine but you need actual coins to use the dryers
Het is er netjes en de machines zijn proper. Er is genoeg plaats en je kan er je poeder kopen en je was drogen. Er zijn stoeltjes die je het wachten vergemakkelijken. Een cyclus duurt ongeveer 40 minuten.
Vending machine with soap was smashed in. Have to exchange money for tokens. Timers on the machines are off by +-10 minutes. No soap included. Rather out of the way of the city center. Good radio music!
Plenty of washers/dryers, vending machine for washing powder, a change machine and seats to wait on. A little expensive in my opinion however as it was €4 for a token to use one of the machines.
Got an early start to complete some last minute laundry. Found the services unclear and quite expensive with the same service a kilometre away. Not worth the expense for the future.
Everything always works and you can meet servicemen there from time to time, looks like they take care of that place. 4 Eur for washmashine, 50 Cent/5min dryer.
My place to wash. Price now increased to 4.40 EUR per token. Good machines, the place tends to get really crowded on weekends so either go early or very late.
Very well maintianed machines. The only problem that we face is about change. Please bring sufficient change to get jetons for washing and drying
The soap dispenser machine was broken, as if it had been stolen before. we had a problem with the dryer, it didn't work and we lost money.
Very good laundrette. Has English signs up aswell so very easy to understand. It’s €5 to was up to 9kg. Drying is 50 cents per 4 minutes.
Perfect solution for expats like me with no washer machines at home. The store even has a machine with good quality soap and softener.
Easy to wash and dry than I expected. Maybe have more English explain will be better for foreigners. No credit card payments. … Meer
All alright. Please accept cards for the full rate. See the pic of prices and banknotes accepted for change. Bring cash! :)
Nice place. Machine's working well. Near to carryfour express. Both shopping and washing happens parallely
It's clean, big. Enough of machines. Might be a bit over expensive (4€) but really accurate.
Be careful. You do not need the coin for dry the xlothes. Coin is only use for wash.
Very friendly support, clean and with machines with higher capacity than usual.
Nice laundromat. Everything was easy an dit had explanations everywhere
Value for money, easy to use, good background music while waiting
its located on rue de laken , most specius in brussels area ,,
Decent, clean, good machines, too expensive, that's why 4*
A lot of machines of different sizes. Good quality
Good, but costs 4€ other cities it's only 3€
Nice place to wash clothes and dryer
Not tidy. Room for improvement.
