Up until last week I would have recommended these guys to anyone in a heartbeat. I was so happy to finally have found a great place and I'd been coming here regularly for the last 18 months or so. Unfortunately, my last visit was a real disappointment. Came in for a polish. The car has a pretty bad paint job and the polish work itself turned out ok. But as I took a closer look when I got home, I discovered they hadn't actually washed the car properly. I found sand, small twigs and dirt still left in numerous crevices all around the outside of the car. This stuff would have come off easily if someone had actually washed the areas with a sponge. The door insteps were really dirty and looked like they hadn't been touched at all. Same with the area around the boot. Lots of dead bugs were still stuck on the front of car and also on the front doors. Again, they came off easily with very gentle scraping. The rims we're still really dirty, as was two of the tires. There was white polish leftover in several areas as well. I spent 40 minutes after coming home having to go over the car and do what the car cleaners didn't bother with. Overall the job felt really sloppy and very disappointing for the $90 price tag. Especially when considering this was on a Tuesday and not even during the weekend rush. Haven't yet decided if I want to give them one last chance for old times sake. Maybe it's weekday staff vs. weekend staff? Maybe it's new management? Used to be great. Such a shame.

Paid $150 for a mini detail. Came back after 3hr, they hadn't hovered the boot. The hadn't opened ANY of the compartments in the doors etc,.as they were still full of dust/flutter & sand. I gave them back the car to finish and they did another half hearted job at cleaning what I pointed out. Got home to find more rubbish and dust behind the seats. The glass is smeered, the seats aren't clean and there is dust and sand behind the steering wheel that can be cleaned with a quick hover or basic wipe. Terrible terrible service.

I decided to give these guys 5 because I got the feeling job was done really good. The guy suggested that I'd go to the upper package priced at 65 instead of 50. I didn't know what to do but I knew the car needs a good clean.. so I took up his suggestion. And it did take longer but the guys just jumped on it and did great work by hand. I think when you always look for cheaper option you also don't let them time to actually do the job. And it's true that a few touches were required for finish but they did it willingly.

Based off reviews was expecting this level of quality. “Oh and they dun the Duco too.” As the car owner said about the car, “now it’s so clean I just want to make it perfect,” as in tiny tiny spots in deep dank corners only they’re spotting. And this was after 8 months without a clean. I’d come back here. And this was Saturday peak. “Oh my god it’s so good.” Given their quibbling id go 4.5 stars but google won’t let me. I honestly can’t see the dust they’re talking about.

WOW ! my only regret is not doing a before and after photo. I have a 12 years old car with really dirty seats , mats etc... The guys at Wash Pro literally made my car look like new again ! I went for the full clean which is about is not cheap but it is the best $170 I have ever spent. the car looks amazing and smells great too. I highly recommend Wash Pro carwash if you want your car cleaned properly. Thanks guys

Nice guys who greet you and the coffee is very nice. Car looked great... initially. Then after driving around, I noticed the windows were not wiped properly, leaving smudges. Front window especially. Will I be back? Not a chance! Only tried it out based on the reviews. Aqua car wash at Miranda do a MUCH better job and you save over $10 compared to this place

Amazing job done by the guys which included a full detailing of the job, with extremely friendly and fast service. My car looked on the outset absolutely brand new and smelled amazing inside. Also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and a great chat! Thank you guys so much, I would highly recommend this place for any of your troubles!!

I brought my car to wash a few weeks ago inside and outside, it was quite dirty with sand and dust reason why I have been charged more. When I picked up the car it was still dirty inside, with sand and durst in all the small spaces and smelling bad... I don't know what they charged me more for... Very disappointed.

Slowest car wash ever. Dont get caught in the car queue if you are in a hurry as you can't leave it once in as it's in a tunnel. At least 10 mins per car. We got stuck and waited over 40 mins.

Just amazing. The reviews are correct and honest. This car wash is exceptional. My car was extremely dirty after camping and the guys made it look like new. Will come back regularly now.

Pay $35 for a car wash and they're too lazy to vacuum my boot and seats !! When they see you're a regular customer , they start to take the piss and take shortcuts !!

Paid $60 for an exterior wash and engine bay cleaning. Was pretty pleased with the results. I reckon I'd go there again. Nice guys and quick service.

Can’t really give it any better of a score if the staff literally don’t turn up during business hours. Sad because this used to be a decent place.

My Second time back for a mini detail. The guys are lovely, the owners goes above and beyond for the minor details and my car looks brilliant.

Prices do not match what’s online or on the website...waste of time to drive there to ask for 65$ for a wash when it’s announced at 30$
