Went to this park today to check it out and I was not disappointed. They have great walking paths with distance markers in the ground to let you know how far you've walked. There is a water play area for kids ages 2 to 12. Plenty of shaded areas to sit & look out at the Hillsborough river & bay area. There is a conservation area where it's fed by natural springs and there are fish everywhere. I seen huge tilapia, Mayan cichlids, and a bunch of other fish. A beautiful place. I will add photos to this review on my next visit. Go check this place out.
Great park. Very relaxing. Visited here for the market and checked out all the vendors as well as the waterpark and playground. Was able to find close street parking which was a plus! Plenty of seating around the park and walk ways. There are also picnic pavilions with tables located throughout the park. Kids loved watching the boats by the river.
Playground
Clean playground with gates so kids can't run out of the area.
Restrooms
There are restrooms near the playground

This is a very family friendly place for the day and also excellent to bring the special someone to get to know better... Evening seems best with the lights...it is not to busy but definitely popular... restrooms are a no it scarce hut there are some...bring a camera to get allot of good photo opportunity to shoot... Enjoy your outing...
Excellent clean family location. They have a kid's water area for those warm days, and the water view was fantastic. Free parking next to the park but can be scarce when busy. Very well-kept and has plenty of shade and food/ drink options in the area. I would bring my grandkids or go for a stroll here again in a heartbeat.
Someone must've had a romantic experience here before we arrived lol. It's a great place to hang out for a walk, and there were seemingly interesting coffee shops around. Would recommend this for a summer night because when we were there it was very cold in the winter.
Great family atmosphere different races of all kinds gets along with others. You don't have force the kids to play with family their energy level be so high. If any parents want to find a way to put their child to sleep then here
Great park to take the kids to get away from the heat. It's another place to hit up if you don't feel like packing up and going to the beach. Plenty of water splashing/dumping/spraying for the kids to enjoy. There's a restroom/changing area
Splash park is fun for smaller kids. Difficult to find parking nearby. Restrooms are ok for a public park, but didn't really have a changing area for the kids. Picnic shelters are shady and accommodating. Keep in mind that they may be
Love this place. My kids and I always had fun everytime we come here. There's a designated place for kids and adults. It has splash pad and play area. For adults also, has high end restaurants and bars. It's overlooking by the river.
Great playground for both littles and bigger kids. Play equipment and splash pad are both fenced in, with bathrooms and a small picnic area all within fenced area (additional picnic area and bathrooms outside of fence).
My top priority place to go, water playground and a few steps away from getting food and sangria..
Restrooms
Very clean, and has family bathroom too
Dog-friendliness
A dog park next to the playground…
Great spot on the river to let your kid play. Has both a dry and wet area and well secured. Also has plenty of restrooms available. The proximity to ulele and other food options is also very convenient!
Great place for a family experience. Around the area there is something for everyone. You can relax 8n the park, the kids playing in the water park, kayaking or having a beer or food .
Great park. Very relaxing. Visited here for the market and checked out all the vendors as well as the waterpark and playground. Was able to find close street parking which was a plus!
It was fun but then it starting to smell like marijua and this was in the afternoon and was 3 Birthday party. Beautiful place but it a shame that I had to cut it short due to that.
A great resource just outside of the main downtown Tampa area. My kids enjoy the splash pad, which is in need of some minor repairs and more timely bathroom maintenance.
Loved this little park! Take the kids to the splash pad and then in walking distance there is a huge Warehouse It's like a mini mall full of food. Recommend highly!
One of the playgrounds with the highest rating nationwide: + easily accessible public bathrooms + lots of shades for parents in sitting areas under pavillion roofs
Great place for the whole family including dogs. Plenty of space to walk and run and you can bring your kayak. Great water park for the toddlers.
It was crowded. A couple of festivals going on at the same time. The facility is nice but given the overcrowding, not sure it will Last long.
A wonderful stop on your walk down the riverwalk, the “water park” is usually full of families trying to coll down in the summer heat.
Great place for the kids to cool off at the splash pad..vendors around with food and drinks..not too overcrowded..yet small..3 stars.
Great spot to take kids for a fun afternoon play time! They will love the water bucket and the other things in the playground
It’s a beautiful park, perfect for kids. Close to the river walk. Today we enjoyed the Chinese New Year celebration
It quaint. Quite. Small, but enough room for Big and small dogs. Has seating and toiletries for Dogs …
The park is well-maintained, they have clean bathrooms, and the Riverwalk is absolutely beautiful.
Had a good time at the Vegan festival they had different vendors with food and crafts.
