Amazing customer service. Rita in the branch has been always very helpful. She handled my recent visit to the bank exceptionally well when I was almost going through an emotional breakdown. Hope the staff there get much deserved respect from customers.

I refinance 6 months ago and lost $5000 because not giving the proper advice. They just wanna sucks customers don’t wanna help at all . So you decide you wanna go home loan with westpac or not. Very bad service never recommended.

Called them yesterday 430Pm ..called them today 430PM -no answer voice message says to leave contact details and that i will get call back at end of the day -no call back.

Rita was great at helping me with my accounts and provided excellent service. Did have heaps of trouble with calling reception, no answer for over an hour...

Would have to be one of the worst banks in Craigieburn next to ANZ taking first place, can’t believe I signed up my business account with them.
