Absolutely terrible service here I tried to reapply for a home loan, and was extremely disappointed with the lack of effort to help ,also wanted to cancel a credit card and get a simple bit of paper work printed to say my card has been paid out 5 days later I haven't herd a call ,email or anything, and yet the bank of Melbourne over the road completed the task in 3 days

The opening hours on Google are incorrect. The opening hours are 9:30am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 9:30am-5pm Friday. People need to check the Westpac website and NOT Google
