No wonder people shop online... purchased a chopping board for a gift for someone who turned out to have lots already. Went to ask for store credit / swap for another item which most likely was going to cost more. Was asked for receipt which unfortunately is lost however it is a store branded item you can't get anywhere else. Was also willing to show bank statement. Was told flat out that there is nothing they can do.. if your looking for service, I suggest go elsewhere ...update after complaining to head office, they offered me a store credit all is correct in the world

Store stocks many, many different glasses, plates, cutting boards, knives, etc. all at quite good prices, too. Staff here are very helpful and inviting, definitely a recommended store if you're looking for home and kitchenware.

I visited this store approx 3.30pm Saturday 2nd May. The lady who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable in fermentation and even gave us suggestions on where to buy some sushi grade fish when I bought a sushi gun.

Decided suddenly on Christmas eve that I needed new plates etc for Christmas lunch, went into Wheel & Barrow and they were very helpful with finding and packing what we needed …
